A shop where you buy meal tickets! There are counter and table seats, and when I entered, I was the first customer! I heard it was popular, so I was surprised to be the first one in. I tried the most popular dish, the beef shiratama ramen. Despite its rich appearance, the soup was surprisingly light and delicious, and I slurped it up quickly (laughs). The noodles were flat and slightly firm, giving them a good texture. Before I knew it, more and more people came in and the shop was almost full! Thank you for the meal!

Staying at the Kitahama Hotel for work, it's the second day. Tonight is free time. I wanted to find a light dinner since I have work early tomorrow, but there aren't many options around the office district. Although there are many famous curry places, most of them are closed at night. In times like this, ramen shops are a strong choice. This time, I went to this shop which is close to the hotel. It feels like a chain store, but let's see. I ordered the Beef White Broth Ramen for 850 yen. It arrived in less than 10 minutes. The broth was pure white and looked creamy. First, I tried the soup. It had a refreshing and light taste, with no beef smell. The slightly chewy flat noodles were good with the soup. The mini corn as a topping was a nice touch. But the highlight was definitely the soup. I almost finished it all. I can expect good quality from this "Shi Group". I would like to come back again.

My partner often goes here, and I finally got to go. I arrived around 1 pm. It operates on a ticket system. I had to wait a bit to buy a ticket because there were others buying tickets at the same time. The ticket machine only accepts 1,000 yen bills. If you need to change more, you can ask the staff. As it was my first time, I started with the most popular item: - Nitamago Gyuu Shiratama (Beef White Broth) for 1,000 yen The regular Gyuu Shiratama is 850 yen, so adding a boiled egg for an extra 150 yen seems a bit pricey. I've had chicken white broth before, but this was my first time trying beef white broth, so I was looking forward to it! The ramen arrived in about 6-7 minutes. The bowl was relatively small, so I was worried if it would be filling enough. First, I tried the soup. It was delicious! I didn't know beef bone white broth could be this tasty. It wasn't as creamy as chicken white broth, but it was easy to drink. It had a rich flavor, and I could keep drinking it. The noodles were slightly flat, thick, and firm. They provided a good chew. You can also order them firmer, but I wonder how that would be like. The soup was really tasty, but I wished the noodles were more coated in it. Next time, I want to try the Spicy Beef Bone recommended by my partner.

I visited the restaurant around 9:00 PM on a regular day, and there was one other group of two customers. As it was my first visit, I ordered the most popular dish, the beef white soup (850 yen). The dish arrived quickly, and I started by tasting the soup. It had a smooth and creamy texture, very delicious. The noodles were a bit firm with a good chewy texture, which I liked. However, the meat on top had a slightly unpleasant smell. Overall, it was a satisfying ramen dish for me. Thank you for the meal!

I visited for the second time because I couldn't forget the deliciousness of the beef bone broth from my first visit. However, for some reason, the flavor didn't come through this time. It might be because of my health condition, but I know for sure it should be delicious. So, I'll give it a rating of 3.0.

I love the Spicy Beef White Broth Ramen for 1100 yen. Recently the price went up and it was a shock... But the broth has a nice balance of spiciness and sweetness, not too strong, so you can enjoy it every day. Even if you are new to white broth, you will feel satisfied, so please give it a try! I recommend getting the noodles firm. The garlic on the side goes well with the noodles and broth, and adding black pepper at the end for a flavor change is just amazing!

This is a revisit, but since there were no reviews yet, I will leave one this time. The main dish seems to be beef bone, but since they had my favorite salt ramen, that was my only choice. The soup is clear and very light, easy to drink. The noodles are slightly thinner than medium thickness, which I also like. It was a perfect way to finish off my drink.

I ordered extra meat in the beef white soup at night. The combination of the umami of the white soup and the beef was delicious. The vegetables on top also added a nice flavor. It might be a good choice when you feel like trying something different from the usual white soup.

Upon entering, you'll see a ticket machine where you can purchase your meal, then grab a self-serve water and take a seat at the counter. The cozy interior has an L-shaped counter with seating for about 7 people and two tables for 2, with dim lighting and quiet background music playing. This restaurant is part of the Ramen Circuit, so if you show them the booklet, you can get extra toppings like a boiled egg. If you request a boiled egg, your order will come out quickly. The white broth, made from beef bones and salt, is as white as milk, with a light consistency and a milky, rich flavor. The medium-thin noodles have a soft chewiness that makes them easy to eat, and the finely chopped green onions add a subtle bitterness that complements the soup well. The standout ingredients are the pea shoots and baby corn, and the beef chashu, with its rare doneness, has a unique umami flavor. However, there were three women waiting inside, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated. The restaurant seemed to have a lot of families and groups of women as customers. The interior had an L-shaped counter and about three table seats, with a relatively large number of seats. However, the place was being run by just one person, so it took some time from seating to getting the ramen. This restaurant is part of the "___-shi" group, which operates four shops specializing in chicken white broth, pork bone, and miso white broth. This visit marked my completion of visiting all four shops. While there are major chain stores that serve beef bone soup, my previous experiences left me wondering how different it was from pork bone broth. However, the beef bone soup at this restaurant, which is popular among ramen enthusiasts, truly showcases the taste of beef. The noodles were the same for both types: flat and thin. They lacked a refreshing texture and didn't quite suit my taste. The soups, on the other hand, were excellent for both types. Despite the contrast between white broth and clear broth, they both managed to bring out the characteristics of the beef while providing a hint of creaminess and freshness. It was like experiencing the taste of beef in a yakiniku restaurant. Beef bone ramen "Bukko-shi"‼️ This time⁉️ It's in Kitahama, an area with offices and stylish restaurants lined up. Above the station is a high-rise building, and just one block away at the corner. The time is 5:50 PM. The restaurant is almost full, and surprisingly, I'm the only Japanese person here⁉️ I bought a meal ticket at the vending machine and sat down. It's been a while, so this time⁉️ I got the simmered egg beef white soup. The creamy, milky beef bone white soup made from beef bones has a mild and just right salty taste, very delicious soup. The slightly firm thin noodles go well with the creamy beef bone white soup. The greens have a good texture, the young corn replacing the menma is crunchy and delicious. The simmered egg topping is well-seasoned and tasty. The chashu is like roast beef, meaty and chewy with a good bite. For this type of ramen, I recommend sprinkling some black pepper from the table halfway through to add a bit of spiciness, enhancing the sweetness of the beef bone white soup even more. It was a delicious bowl that was creamy and rich yet refreshing to enjoy.

For those who are tired of chicken white broth ramen and want to try a milder ramen, this is a must-see. It is quite delicious among white broth ramen. Despite not using dairy products, the soup is so creamy and mellow that you might think it's soy milk-based. The slight taste of beef umami appears in the aftertaste, but it doesn't feel heavy like chicken white broth ramen. The soup is gentle, allowing you to taste the meat umami typical of ramen. The noodles are slightly firm, which pairs perfectly with the soup. The side dishes are unique, with young corn being a topping that can be used for flavor variation.

Beef broth boiled egg noodles for 900 yen. The soup has a gentle and very delicious taste, rated 3.7. The noodles are rated 3.4, tasty but a bit less in quantity. The char siu is also rated 3.4, delicious but limited. The boiled egg has a hard yolk, rated 3.0. I arrived at 11:20 and managed to get a seat just in time as the restaurant was almost full. Truly a popular spot in Kitahama. The customers are 50% Japanese and 50% Asian foreigners.

I have been to Bukkoshi in Namba, and their soup is made with beef bones. While some may consider beef to be more luxurious than pork, regardless, I personally prefer the soup here. The service was excellent and it was a delicious experience.

I happened to go to Yodoyabashi on a weekday night. Since I had been to the top ramen shops in this area before, I decided to try this place this time. Surprisingly, there was no line at all, and it almost seemed like they were open...? (There was a sign saying they were open!) There were about 8 counter seats and 2 tables for 2 people each. It had a typical ramen shop vibe. It operates on a ticket system, so you need to purchase tickets in advance and cash is not accepted. My husband ordered the Beef White Broth Ramen for ¥800, and I ordered the Beef Salt Clear Broth Ramen for ¥800. It seemed quite affordable compared to recent ramen prices. After handing in our tickets, we were served in about 5 minutes. First, the soup. Hmm, it tasted like beef bones. I couldn't really taste the seafood flavor. My husband's Beef White Broth Ramen might have been more to my liking. It was just the distinct smell of beef bones that I'm not a fan of. (Come to think of it, I didn't like Sol-lontang either.) I probably won't go out of my way to come here again, but if you like Sol-lontang, you might want to give it a try! Additional note: According to my husband, the ramen here is very similar to the one at Hachiza Wa in Kobe.

Went on Friday night at 8:00, there was a line. Waited for about 15 minutes, about 3 people ahead. Only one owner, took 15 minutes for the ramen to come out, not ideal for a quick meal. Many solo female customers. Ordered the spicy ramen. It was rich but not too salty, could use a bit more salt for some. Good for those who like a lighter taste.

I went to a ramen shop in Kitahama for work. It's located on the east side of Sakaisuji in Doshumachi. They offer two types of ramen: beef shirotan and beef shioseitan. I ordered the beef shirotan with a boiled egg. It arrived in just 3 minutes. The soup had a unique creamy flavor from the beef bones, but it was not too sweet and had a refreshing taste. The noodles were straight and had a good chewy texture. There were two types of chashu: pork belly and rare. Both were well-seasoned. The toppings included pea sprouts and baby corn, which set it apart from chicken or pork ramen. I think it's difficult to make beef bone soup, but they did a great job. Thank you for the meal.

"Bukko-shi" in Kitahama, a ramen shop that was on my to-do list for a long time. I arrived at 21:24 on Thursday, April 20, 2023, after enjoying a delicious Italian meal. I purchased a ticket and luckily there was still seating available. I ordered the ramen and it arrived at 21:40. I had the Beef White Broth Ramen for 800 yen, added a boiled egg for 100 yen, making a total of 900 yen. The creamy soup made with beef bones had a unique and mellow flavor. The straight thin noodles had the perfect texture and paired well with the soup. The young corn and rare chashu also added a nice harmony to the dish. It was very delicious.
