Rare wines are also available, so I recommend it. This time, I was disappointed that they didn't have the wine I was looking for from a certain producer, but they did have other sparkling wines. The Takizawa Winery rosé I tried had a very unique taste due to secondary fermentation in the bottle. I purchased Domaine Les Enfants when I visited in June. I didn't buy anything this time, but they also have rare butter available. There is no standing bar. The glass in the photo is from where I stayed. Sorry for the confusion. As for cheese, there is a Tokyu Store nearby, so it's recommended to check with each other to avoid overlapping or missing out on certain brands.

At New Chitose Airport, when looking for souvenirs, there are various options to choose from. However, whenever I'm looking for souvenirs for myself or for my in-laws, I always make sure to stop by here. The variety of cheese and wine sourced from within Hokkaido is simply amazing! You can find items here that are exclusive to New Chitose Airport, and many products that are not even available in Sapporo city. I really love this category of products, so my heart always skips a beat when I visit. I got so excited that I completely forgot to take pictures, and I sincerely apologize for that. Now, I am heading to Niigata. I'm glad I was able to get some souvenirs. Today, I chose Hokkaido orange wine, fresh goat cheese, and Blanc Blanc.

I went to buy only the blue cheese from Engaru, but I couldn't resist and ended up getting the Sapporo Food's pork liver pate. It was a great choice! The blue cheese flavor is strong, but the aroma is elegant, making it a fantastic gateway to blue cheese. The liver pate has just the right amount of herbs and meaty bits, giving it a satisfying texture. Both products showcase the producers' dedication and are truly wonderful.

On November 18, 2022, during my revisit to Hokkaido, I stopped by my favorite shop "Wine&Cheese Hokkaido Koyo-sha". While there are many cheese specialty shops in the area, this one has the best selection! Plus, it's convenient to be able to purchase cheese before catching the return flight (you can add a cooling pack for an additional fee). I arrived around 5:30 pm and carefully selected some cheeses that caught my eye. I bought: - Shiranuka Rakueisha Cheese: 1,250 yen - Ise Farm Blue Cheese: 1,230 yen - Caciocavallo: 1,080 yen - Towa Black Cream Cheese: 540 yen - Shiawase Cheese Kobo: 1,135 yen - Cooling Pack (small): 100 yen It was great to be able to buy cheeses from limited quantities or from cheese factories in remote locations all in one place, especially when it's difficult to visit them directly.

On June 18, 2022 (Sat), revisiting [Early Summer Hokkaido Trip 2022 Day 3 ⑬], it is customary to purchase souvenirs that require refrigeration at the airport. I decided to buy cheese for home use at my favorite "Wine & Cheese Hokkaido Konojo-sha" shop. ● Okhotsk Okoppe Aged Cheese (Semi-Hard) ● Niseko Cheese Factory Melting Cheese Niseko Shirakaba [shirakaba] Plain ● Camembert Cheese At this shop, products from cheese factories in Hokkaido are gathered, so it's nice to be able to try various cheeses from different factories little by little.

After having lunch at "Teshikaga Ramen New Chitose Airport Store," I had some time before my train, so I decided to stop by. It was around 12:50 pm on a Sunday. The store is located in a corner of the 2nd floor of the New Chitose Airport Terminal Building "Shopping World." The exterior and atmosphere were stylish and calm. The customers were mostly adults and seemed relaxed. The shelves and refrigerated showcases were filled with various Hokkaido wines, cheeses, processed meats, and other agricultural products. It was quite a spectacle. The prices ranged from reasonable to expensive. I purchased the "Niseko Cheese Factory" brand "Niseko Momiji (100g) for 1,183 yen (tax included)." I enjoyed it at my friend's house around 7:00 pm on the same day. "Niseko Momiji" is a hard type of cheese aged for over 12 months and has won the "JAPAN CHEESE AWARD 2020 Best Department Award." It was vacuum packed in thin fan-shaped cuts. The cut surface had a bright orange color. It had a good firmness and moistness. It had a rich flavor with a slight acidity. There was no unpleasant aftertaste, just a concentrated umami flavor. I enjoyed it with some red wine. It was delicious. I would like to try other cheeses and wines next time.

A wonderful select shop where you can buy delicious wines from Hokkaido and tasty cheeses that go well with them. They also have plenty of other dairy products like fromage, butter, and yogurt. They offer many cheeses that you may have never seen before! It's a paradise for wine and cheese lovers. I tried drinking cheese which was interesting! It was delicious, but I couldn't really tell the difference from drinking yogurt. I will try the short cheese that Yukari Takanami strongly recommended next time. Highly recommended for those who are tired of the usual souvenirs! Thank you for the meal!

I bought some souvenirs for my host. This time, I got three types of Otokoyama Aged Cheese that I liked before: - Gouda aged 7 months or more: A rich semi-hard type with a deep flavor. - Otokoyama Hard Winter Milk: Aged for 1 year, it has increased richness and deep flavor. - Gouda Smoke: A genuine smoked flavor with a unique taste from cherry wood chips. I tried them all with wine, and they were all delicious, making it hard to choose the best. However, the Otokoyama Hard Winter Milk was the standout this time. Kachobaro was consistently delicious. If you're going to New Chitose Airport, buying cheese at this shop is a must.

The butter, cheese, wine, and cider from Hokkaido are so rich in variety, it's truly impressive. I've seen the Okhotsk Okoppe aged cheese at Nisshin in Azabu Juban, but I was surprised to see so many different types available. I really liked the Gouda smoked cheese that I purchased. I'll have my husband add it to the souvenir list for when we return to Tokyo. This shop really gets me excited.

I went to New Chitose Airport to play, so I decided to buy plenty of cheese here. Today, there are various new brands available, so it's hard to choose. First, there's the Shimoenaga cheese from Nemuro Chikapu. The name is unique and hard to pronounce, just like the Yui cheese from Niseko's Masuko and Ashoro Cheese Factory. The Montvizzo from Rakueisha is aged for 180 days. And then there's the classic Ochi no Hoppé. These are already well-established brands. I like white mold cheese and hard cheese, so I'll probably continue to search for more here. They are all delicious in their own way.

Every time I pass through New Chitose Airport, I always stop by here. Today, my usual favorite was sold out, but I discovered some new brands instead. There was Ine (Mimolette) from Tomita Farm in Okoppe-cho, Koban from Ezo Rishinotani Cheese in Shintoku-cho, organic hard cheese from North Plain Farm in Okoppe-cho, Gouda from Toa Veil in Kuromatsunai-cho, and a soft type from Soga at Niseko Takahashi Ranch. I tried various types from soft, semi-hard, to hard, and each had its own unique characteristics making it hard to choose a favorite. It's always a pleasure and I can't stop coming back.

As usual, when I arrive at New Chitose Airport, I go back to the departure lobby and buy cheese here. I always look forward to it because the selection of cheese changes each time. The Gouda cheese from Ashoro Cheese Factory is a must-buy for me. I always get one round piece of it. Today, I tried the new products, Haku from Makubetsu and Mimolette from Okoppe for the first time. Haku is a hard cheese with a good flavor. Mimolette is also hard but has a great aroma. I will definitely buy it again.

I always stop by here on my way home, but the cheese I want is often sold out. Today, when I arrived, they had Ange de Fromage's Riviere Blanc and Blanc Blanc, Utasha, and Ashoro Cheese Factory's Gouda Cheese, as well as Daichi no Hoppe. Ange de Fromage's Blanc Blanc is a soft fresh type. Riviere Blanc is also a fresh type. Utasha is a semi-hard type, so the taste is a bit different, but all of them are delicious. Ashoro's Gouda Cheese is not only reasonably priced but also undeniably delicious. Daichi no Hoppe is the smaller one this time. This one also becomes more delicious as it matures.

Once again, I went shopping for cheese at New Chitose Airport. This time, I bought a large quantity for souvenirs for my friend and for myself. Unfortunately, the soft type of cheese I wanted, Ange de Fromage, seemed to be sold out. So, I settled for the usual Gouda cheese from Teshikaga, Camembert cheese from Sora, and the Hoppé from Daichi. Instead of Ange de Fromage, I found Ange Carré, a white mold type of cheese. It was made from raw milk and was slightly soft, but very delicious. I realized that I really like this type of cheese.

As usual, after landing at New Chitose Airport, I headed to Wine and Cheese Hokkaido. I picked up some Gouda cheese from Ashoro Cheese Factory and went to the Ange de Fromage section, where I saw a new addition next to the Blanc Blanc called "Kasai." It was described as a semi-hard cheese. While I was away, someone had already eaten one of the Blanc Blanc cheeses. I decided to try the Kasai cheese. The surface had the appearance of white mold cheese, and the inside was semi-hard with a bit of a chewy texture. It had the same aroma as the Blanc Blanc. I really like this lineup, as expected.

I have several favorite cheeses, but it's rare to find them all in one place. This time, I was able to get NEEDS' Daichi no Hoppé, Kurosatouuchi's Ange de Fromage Blanc, Ashoro Cheese Factory's Gouda Cheese, and Hayakita's Caciocavallo Cheese. Unfortunately, Ange de Fromage Blanc's Rivière Blanc was sold out. Still, I managed to get most of them. Ashoro Cheese Factory's Gouda Cheese is hard to find in this size, so it's very convenient. The other cheeses are either fresh or Camembert type, and they are also very delicious.

When you land at New Chitose Airport, the recent trend is to head back to the departure lobby and visit this place. The popular purchases here are Ange de Fromage's Riviere Blanc and Blanc Blanc, as well as Ashoro Cheese Factory's Gouda Cheese. Ange de Fromage's Blanc Blanc is a soft fresh type cheese that is very popular. Ange de Fromage's Riviere Blanc is a fresh Camembert, which also doesn't last long before being eaten. It's been a while since trying Ashoro's Gouda Cheese, and despite the price, the taste is the best.

It's been a while since I last visited New Chitose Airport due to the pandemic. I also haven't had Hokkaido cheese for a while. This time, I bought the usual cheese - Kamaboko by Kakutani Cheese Factory and Camembert Blanc Blanc by Riviere Blanc. I prefer fresh types over aged ones lately, so I've been enjoying these choices. Both cheeses are delicious and reasonably priced.

Every time I come and go to New Chitose Airport, I buy cheese here. Today, I bought Anju de Fromage's Rivière Blanc from Kuromatsuuchi, Camembert cheese from Tsunotani Cheese Factory in Oiwake, and Ochi no Hoppé from Nitta Ranch in Makubetsu-cho. I usually buy Gouda cheese from Ashoro Cheese Factory, but they only had sliced ones today, so I decided not to buy. Rivière Blanc has been my recent favorite, so I bought two today. It's easy to eat with little flavor. I bought Tsunotani's Camembert for storage. Instead of Gouda, I bought Ochi no Hoppé for the first time in a while. The bigger 300g one. It's a soft type Camembert like a milk mochi, very easy to eat.

Once again, upon arriving at New Chitose Airport, I went up to the departure lobby and headed to Wine & Cheese. I have a habit of buying Hokkaido cheese as souvenirs for my family. Today, I bought Ange de Fromage's Riviere Blanc from Kuromatsunai, Camembert cheese from Tsunotani Cheese Factory in Oiwake, and Gouda cheese from Ashoro Cheese Factory. Ange de Fromage's Riviere Blanc has been my favorite lately, it's a fresh Camembert cheese that I first discovered last time and found quite delicious. I tend to eat it before it matures though. Tsunotani Cheese Factory's Camembert cheese has a nice gooey texture when you bite into it. Ashoro Cheese Factory's Gouda cheese is not only reasonably priced but also the best Gouda cheese I've had so far.
