I arrived at Hakodate Airport and had the famous salt ramen. It had a refreshing salt flavor, reminiscent of old times. It was simple and delicious. My husband's soy sauce ramen was not to his liking though. The price includes the location fee. There are other famous salt ramen shops, so if they are not closed on the same day, I recommend trying another shop.

I keep going back to enjoy my favorite miso curry ramen with milk. For those who have never tried it, they might think, "What is that!?" But in Aomori, it's a local specialty and incredibly delicious! I highly recommend trying it at least once. Just be aware that it has a strong garlic flavor, so if you're not a fan, take note. I used to love the miso curry milk ramen at Manryu in Goryokaku, but since it's no longer available, I've been going to this second best option. *Note: There is another ramen shop with the same name and menu, but it tastes completely different from the one that used to be in Goryokaku. Adding some thread chili pepper from the table is also a good idea.

A rare restaurant in Hakodate where you can eat "Miso Curry Milk Ramen". There are other restaurants that serve the same menu, but this one is my favorite because it tastes similar to the one I loved at Goryokaku Moryu (the owner has moved to Aomori now). This restaurant offers free extra-large portions, so I always order the extra-large size. Recently, I tried the "Umashio" for the first time, and it was also delicious! The noodles are not too thick, so I recommend ordering them firm.

Hakodate Airport's first-floor ramen shop, "Onjiki Niwa Hon Hakodate Airport Store," proudly claims to be the originator of Hakodate ramen! The location makes it easy to visit whether you are departing or arriving, but... is it really delicious? It's a bit difficult to comment on that. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and was able to enter easily despite it being lunchtime. I ordered a variety of dishes, and the service was prompt and efficient. The "Zaru Ramen" had a strong broth and the noodles were average. The "Trapist Ramen (Salt)" had a rich buttery flavor and a comforting taste. The "Trapist Ramen (Soy Sauce)" had a classic soy sauce ramen flavor with a strong corn taste. Overall, the Trapist Ramen dishes were decent, but the overall dining experience was lacking. The quality of the food was rated 3.2, with an average score of 3.1. It may be better to explore dining options in Hakodate city rather than eating at Hakodate Airport. Although Onjiki Niwa Hon claims to serve authentic Hakodate ramen, the quality may not meet expectations. If there are no other dining options available, you could consider visiting this restaurant. I visited this place in Hakodate recommended by a taxi driver, where they serve Trappist ramen with butter and lots of corn on top. I chose the salt soup option, and it was delicious. The soup had a strong umami flavor with a nice impact, yet I could still taste the flavors of the ingredients. The aroma of the slowly melting butter was also enjoyable as I savored the dish. Thank you for the meal.

It was a light and stomach-friendly ramen. The thick slices of chashu made me think it would be heavy, but they were soft and delicious. The shredded chili pepper on the table added a nice accent, so I couldn't help but put a lot of it in. It was just right for giving my stomach a break. Thank you for the meal.

2023♡♡ 70th cup 8/8 Evening Salt Ramen Airport price, so it's a bit high ( ̄▽ ̄;) My kids are not really big fans of ramen, so even when they say they want to eat ramen, they are not always on board (laughs). There are not many options at the airport, so finally we had ramen (laughs). It was only salt ramen, but it was light yet flavorful, and I slurped it all up! They have a branch near the station too! I wish I could have had one more bowl in Hakodate (laughs). It was delicious (*´﹃`*)

On the final day of my trip to Hakodate, I decided to have a luxurious seafood ramen at Onjiki Teihon Hakobiba Hakodate Airport store. I couldn't decide between salt ramen and soy sauce ramen, but ended up choosing soy sauce ramen with extra seafood toppings. The rich and flavorful soup paired perfectly with the straight noodles. The scallops were delicious and the shrimp was large. I had a great time in Hakodate! Thank you for the delicious meal.

When I visited Hakodate Airport around 4 pm on a Sunday, there was only one other customer in the restaurant, so I was able to relax. I had never tried ramen in Hakodate before, so I decided to have some at the airport before heading home. I tried the salt ramen, which is famous in Hakodate, and it was delicious. I wish I had tried it sooner at a different place.

Although I felt like I had done enough for a day trip to Hakodate, I still felt like I could do more! When I arrived at the airport, the words "Hakodate Ramen" caught my eye. I had to go. The Umashio Ramen for 970 yen was a very gentle way to end the trip! I wanted to put the soup in a water bottle and take it home. Thank you for gently closing out my time in Hokkaido~

I visited this restaurant for a meal before boarding the plane. I remember seeing autographs of famous people displayed. It's located inside the airport, but the food is delicious. The prices are slightly higher compared to other places in Hakodate, but considering the location, it's acceptable. I tried the salt flavor because it's Hakodate, but next time I want to try other flavors too!

On the way back from Hokkaido, I stopped by Onjiki Teihon, a ramen shop that caught my eye. I had the Trapist Ramen (salt) - of course, you have to eat ramen when you come to Hokkaido. #OnjikiTeihon #HakodateAirport #HakodateAirportGourmet #HakodateRamen #SaltRamen #Ramen #RamenShop #RamenLovers #RamenInstagram #RamenGirls #RamenAddict #RamenLover #RamenFans #RamenLove #RamenEnthusiasts #RamenConnection

Today I had the Trappist ramen with salt. The salt soup was delicious and the butter flavor was very good. The only downside was that the soup was very lukewarm. Maybe it cooled down because of the butter and corn? If the soup had been hotter, it would have been even more delicious, and I might have given it five stars!

I arrived at the airport early but couldn't start drinking until 10 o'clock, which was a bit late. As soon as the restaurant opened, I ordered a draft beer, edamame, and Oita-style fried chicken. The friendly female staff made me feel welcome. The edamame portion was surprisingly large! It seemed like it could serve three people. The fried chicken was juicy and delicious. I finished with a soy sauce ramen. This is a place where you can quickly enjoy a drink, as they have a limited selection of alcohol.

Ordered salt ramen at a ramen shop in Hakodate Airport. I didn't expect the taste to be so different depending on the shop! It was a bit greasy, but the taste was very light. Even after finishing the soup, there was no bad aftertaste. I didn't have high expectations for the taste since it's at the airport, but it was good! There were also foreign tourists at the airport now. Next time, I want to try a miso-based ramen.

This is a ramen restaurant located on the first floor of Hakodate Airport. The atmosphere is slightly dim and moody. I tried the miso curry ramen for 1,050 yen, which uses Hakodate milk. The soup was creamy and delicious, but the portion was a bit small, so I recommend getting the large size. It seems that the large size is free of charge.

I will have salt ramen as the finishing touch to my trip to Hakodate. At Hakodate Airport, "Onjiki Teigen" is loved for its delicious Hakodate salt ramen. The clear golden soup is perfectly seasoned, and the noodles have a great texture. It's a quick and satisfying bowl. The award-winning Ooyama chicken karaage was also delicious.

Original Hokkaido Ramen Onjiki Tei Honten Airport Store. Arrived early at Hakodate Airport and decided to have a beer first, so came here. It was Kirin instead of Sapporo Classic. - Trappist Ramen Shio ¥1,020 - Umashio Ramen ¥970 Trappist Ramen has Trappist butter in it. This added richness to the light soup and made it quite delicious. When it comes to ramen with butter, I usually think of miso flavor, but butter in salt ramen is also very good! Enjoyed the lingering taste of Hakodate at the airport, it became a nice memory. Thank you for the meal.

The salt ramen truly had a taste that made me feel like I was in Hakodate. I also tried the miso ramen, and it was definitely authentic Hokkaido ramen. As someone from Kyushu, I am used to tonkotsu or rich ramen, but I really enjoyed the slightly light flavor of this ramen, especially with the option to add extra toppings like chashu, shinachiku, and butter. The gyoza was also impressive with its thick and hearty filling, unlike anything I've had in Kyushu. Hats off to you, Hakodate! Thank you!

In Hakodate, the journey ended at Hakodate Airport. The airport is equipped with a lounge and is quite clean and user-friendly, although not as big as Chitose Airport. With some time to spare, I decided to have ramen at the airport. Although I wasn't particularly leaning towards salt ramen, I ended up trying Hakodate's salt ramen. The noodles and soup were delicious, and the chashu was tasty as well. I enjoyed a well-balanced salt ramen at the airport.
