◉ Tongue (Tan) - ¥980 While there isn't a distinction between normal tongue and premium cuts, they serve a great combination of lean meat and fat in their tongue. I ordered two servings, and there were plenty of slices, which made me happy. At ¥980 per serving, this is an incredible deal. It has no odor and is delicious. If you love tongue, you should definitely eat a lot here! ◉ Thick Tongue (Futotan) - ¥1,500 This isn't thick-cut tongue but rather a thicker version. The size is very similar to the tongue served at a nearby barbecue place called Tanjiro. While the quantity is less, the chewiness gives a great sense of satisfaction. ◉ Skirt Steak (Harami) - ¥1,800 At other places, this would be the price for premium skirt steak, but it doesn't have strong marbling. It tastes like a regular skirt steak; it’s decent but not exceptionally delicious. ◉ Tenderloin (Hire) - ¥2,000 This is too cheap. Since this place doesn't have Chateaubriand on the menu, I suspect the tenderloin is mixed in. Honestly, it tastes just like Chateaubriand! It's refreshing and not rich at all. It's so tender that I wouldn't mind mixing it with rice. I thought this was an amazing deal for ¥2,000. ◉ Summary This barbecue restaurant is tucked away on a back street near Hirakata Station, where there are many girls' bars. Most people probably don't walk this way regularly, which makes it feel even better. It's also convenient that they are open late! I definitely want to visit this place again! All the meat was delicious, and the staff were very kind! I tried the tongue, but it seems they had a thicker cut called "fat tongue" that was sold out that day, so I want to go back and try it! ^_^ For the shabu-shabu, I could choose between two sauces: egg yolk sauce and grated daikon ponzu, and I especially loved the egg yolk sauce! The cold noodles as a finishing touch were also great. I definitely want to go again! ^_^

The interior is clean and well-maintained. It’s great for smokers since they can smoke inside. And the meat is simply delicious! The beef tongue and thick tongue were cut thick, providing a satisfying bite, which made me really happy as a tongue lover. I even ordered more tongue. I tried the harami, fillet, and short ribs, and all were delicious. I was amazed by the tenderness of the fillet. The organ meats were also excellent; everything I tried was satisfying. The cold noodles served at the end were similar to Korean cold noodles and very tasty! The prices are reasonable, and given the deliciousness, it's worth it. I think I'll come here when I want to eat barbecue in Hirakata. I regret not taking more photos!
