I vaguely recall visiting this place once in my single days for a beer and curry, but I can't remember the taste, so it must not have left a special impression. The restaurant is run by a middle-aged man and a younger woman, and there are various photos of former Prime Minister Abe displayed around. The background music is reggae, and the place has a chaotic and eclectic atmosphere with a mix of decorations and lights. There are 6 counter seats, 3 counter seats facing the window, 2 two-person tables, and 3 four-person tables. I ordered the "Cake Set @680" with a hot coffee. The coffee was mediocre, and the chocolate cake was average, lacking a distinct flavor. The place is open from 11 am to 11 pm, catering to various dining scenes from lunch to dinner to a bar. If I have the chance, I would visit again.

You can experience something out of the ordinary. I had a strawberry parfait and it was delicious. They don't say "welcome" but that's okay, the food is good. Apparently, the curry and pasta are tasty too. ^o^

On my way home by bus, I suddenly felt like having beef bowl or curry, and in my slightly tipsy state, I decided to give it a try and entered "Chandni Chowk". The interior was filled with various decorations and lights, shining brightly and dazzling. The menu had not only curry but also sweet treats and alcohol, which was unexpected. I ordered the shrimp fry curry and pineapple juice. The curry came with a salad, and they brought the juice first. The curry had three crispy shrimp fries on top, with a rich aroma and surprisingly spicy flavor. I prefer roux curry over soup curry, so I was delighted to find a place like this. It was around 10:00 pm on a Saturday night, and there were about 5-6 groups of customers in the store, making it lively. It turned out to be a welcoming place, so I won't hesitate to go in next time (laughs)!

I went to eat ramen alone in Sapporo, and it was terrible. There was a coffee shop nearby, but I was worried they would think I was only there for food because it was lunchtime. I decided to check it out anyway since it was close to the ramen shop. I had some coffee, bought a sandwich, and headed back to the parking lot. I walked happily with the sandwich in hand when I stumbled upon a strange building that caught my eye. It was a pink world with a soft-serve ice cream sculpture that drew me in, and once I opened the door, there was no turning back. I was sucked into a dreamlike world that was disconnected from the pink world outside. It was amazing, and I couldn't stop talking about it. The cashier greeted me and said to sit wherever I liked. An old man brought me water, and I asked if they had soft-serve ice cream. There was a slight delay before he said they did, and before I knew it, he had disappeared. The exterior and interior of the place were indescribable. The ice cream was vanilla, sweet but not too smooth or creamy. The background music was the sound of a koto. They had Wi-Fi, and the other customers were older men and women. Their conversation was somewhat random, talking about someone getting caught by the French police. It was an interesting place, and I heard their curry was delicious. But with the atmosphere, could you really eat there? I personally couldn't.

Today, before heading home, I stopped for tea in Asao. Since there are no coffee shops open late in Asao, I went to a fancy curry shop that had a café-like atmosphere. I ordered a cake set with coffee and mille-feuille. My friend had a rare cheesecake that looked more delicious than mine. The coffee was typical café-style coffee, nothing special but not bad either. The interior of the shop was decorated with a surprising amount of Halloween decorations, even though Halloween was already over (maybe they haven't had time to clean up yet?). There were regular customers chatting happily with the owner. The owner seemed quiet at first glance. The atmosphere inside the shop alone is worth a visit, don't you think?

Every time I passed by, I was intrigued by this shop. In fact, it's a shop that no one can ignore. My wish finally came true, and I finally went there! I went alone, on a weekend night at 10 pm. It took some courage, but once I entered, it was fine. The reason I became interested in this shop was because of an information magazine created by university students about shops in Aso. It said something like "Young people these days just gather information on the internet and don't take action. If you're interested in a shop, come visit it yourself." I thought that made sense. Instead of being swayed by information, use your own eyes and taste buds to confirm. So, I went to check it out myself! The conclusion is... it's addictive (laughs). The addictiveness is off the charts! I had curry the day before, so I decided to go with pasta, but there were so many options on the menu! After some hesitation, I chose the eggplant and mushroom tomato sauce. A salad was brought out, and my drink arrived, but the manager didn't say a word (laughs). But this distance, I don't mind it. As expected, without saying anything, the pasta arrived. It was spicy and delicious. It felt authentic. Despite the late hour, I finished it all! When I looked around after settling down a bit, there were quite a few customers. From young university students to local regulars who seemed like old men, there was a wide range of age groups. Since it's a bar, they also serve alcohol, which is nice. The shop is close to a bus stop, so it might be a good place to have a drink. It's a shop that is rooted in the community, but in a good way, it's kind of mysterious and hard to grasp. I'd like to go back alone and take my time. Thank you for the meal!

There are a lot of illuminations and miscellaneous goods on display (might be overwhelming for those who don't like clutter). There are nostalgic toys on the tables, like wind-up toys that move when you twist them. You can play with them too (lol). It's clear that the owner is a big fan of Winter Sonata from the many photos of Yon-sama (´^ω^｀) lol. The owner is a man, by the way. I wonder if he runs the place with his wife? You can stay for hours without being bothered. I've used this place for work meetings many times. It's not noisy, so it's easy to talk. The tables are spacious too. I didn't talk about the food, did I? It's delicious and cheap! It's a curry bar, so make sure to try the curry! But the pasta is also delicious. As a fan of melon soda, I must say that the melon soda here is very flavorful! I personally love it. I haven't been able to visit since changing jobs, but I definitely want to go back again someday~♪♪(*>∇<)ﾉ

On December 7th, 2017, I visited a restaurant in Aso called Seafood Curry. It was a colorful and decorated place with a unique atmosphere. I ordered the Seafood Curry, which had a good amount of seafood like mussels, shrimp, and squid. The curry wasn't too spicy and had a nice flavor, but I felt like something was missing. The rice was a bit soft, and the overall curry was decent but not outstanding. One downside was the lack of water service - they only provided one glass at the beginning and didn't refill it. Despite this, I would like to try their Beef Curry or Katsu Curry in the future.

When I entered the store, there were no other customers. The inside had a surprisingly woody feel, with folk crafts and ornaments from various places displayed. And the LED decorations, not just for Christmas, but all year round. The calm and quiet elderly store owner seemed quite mismatched with the flashy exterior. I ordered the beef curry (¥650). It was served to me within 5 minutes while I was looking around the store. The curry had a perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness, with a unique and delicious aroma. It was authentic. A salad was also included. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a normal restaurant, which was quite unexpected.

I went to a chiropractic clinic in Sapporo for 2 days for body maintenance. After the treatment, the chiropractor took me to a restaurant in Sapporo. We went to "Chandni KAREE BAR" located in front of the Central Bus stop, just outside the north exit of Asabu Station on the Sapporo Subway Namboku Line. The restaurant had an amazing interior filled with decorations from Southeast Asia. I ordered beef curry while the chiropractor ordered seafood curry. The owner of the restaurant, who I initially thought was Indian, turned out to be Japanese. The decorations in the restaurant were all collected by the owner, which was impressive. The curry was well-cooked and not too spicy. Since it was past 2 pm when we visited, there were more people using the restaurant as a cafe than for meals.
