I didn't see anyone else mention this in their reviews, so maybe they made a mistake with the salt today? The Pan Gratin, unfortunately, was not what we expected. It didn't really feel like a gratin... The taste of the white sauce was off, and honestly, it was disappointing for the price of 950 yen. My companion agreed with me. The environment was quite noisy with people talking loudly, and their voices echoed off the concrete walls, making it hard to relax. I ordered the Prosciutto and Carbonara. The Prosciutto had a thin, crispy crust with a light saltiness that paired well with the ham. The tomato sauce and cheese were subtle, allowing the crust and ham to stand out. The Carbonara had a rich sauce with a strong creaminess that I enjoyed, although it felt heavy on the stomach afterwards. Overall, it was tasty but not the best Carbonara I've ever had.

The prosciutto has a subtle sweetness to it. Light and incredibly delicious♪♪ However, it was a bit lukewarm... (>_<) I wanted to taste the gooeyness of the cheese, but it had already solidified. The interior is clean and stylish, with exposed concrete walls giving it a sophisticated look. There is a sense of cleanliness and a calm atmosphere. - Spinach and Bacon Spaghetti (¥1050) - Anchovy Pizza (¥1250) - Peroni Nastro Azzurro (Italian beer 330ml) (¥600) - Glass of White Wine (¥500) Spinach and Bacon Spaghetti: The scent of garlic first tickles your nose, triggering your appetite. Olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and just the right amount of salt all blend together perfectly, coating the al dente pasta in a delicious way. I found myself nodding in agreement as I ate. Anchovy Pizza: The thin, crispy crust with the perfect saltiness of mozzarella cheese, anchovies, and olive oil. Simple yet deep flavors. It's so delicious. I love it. I closed my eyes and nodded in agreement as I ate this dish too. Pairing these dishes with a flavorful yet easy-to-drink Italian beer and a light glass of white wine filled my heart with a supreme sense of happiness. The pasta and pizza at this place are delicious after all.

The pasta here is delicious with the perfect al dente texture! We ordered the mushroom pasta and the bacon and spinach pasta to share. We made it just in time before they closed at around 2 o'clock. Lunch on October 24, 2020 (Saturday). I've been coming to this Italian restaurant for over 10 years. I really like their pizza here. I had the "Anchovy Pizza" and "Carbonara", while my wife had the "Margherita" and "Garlic Toast". The pizzas arrived first. The anchovy flavor is really good. The thin and crispy Roman-style crust is delicious. Margherita is also a safe choice with its classic taste. If you like thin crust pizzas, this place is recommended. The Carbonara sauce was a bit too salty for my liking. Maybe the pasta at "Pretzelmoro" by Lake Toya is better? Tomato-based sauces might be a better option. I'm addicted to the pizzas here.
