Wandering new curry mania / rookie ramen mania, a solo middle-aged man. This is a memo-like review from an old man. If you want concise information about the restaurant and food, please move on to other people's reviews around here. Starting from the realization of "I haven't eaten curry recently," I gradually started the engine. (Come to think of it, I haven't eaten ramen either) This restaurant is so close that I always thought, "I can go anytime, so I'll visit someday." I visited on a cold day with occasional snowstorms, not heavy snow, but occasional blizzards (laughs). Starting from JR Kotoni Station, connecting to Ito Yokado, commercial facilities, business hotels, Towers MS3 / mid-rise MS6 in the area through the "skywalk," there is a mall called "Cortena 1." In recent years, in the snow-covered severe winter of Sapporo, such "redevelopment of the station area as a whole integrated with commerce and medicine" has emerged. Like Naeho area, Shin-Sapporo area. Wasn't there a part of it on the east side of Sapporo Station as well, even though it wasn't directly connected to the station? It's surprisingly convenient to not have to carry an umbrella even on rainy days when traveling or on business trips outside the prefecture. Cortena 1 includes Starbucks, TSUTAYA, Lawson, this restaurant, Sapporo Gyutei, beauty salons, recycle shops, real estate agencies, sports clubs, nurseries, dental clinics, company offices, paid parking lots, and a variety of other stores. Conversely, "Cortena 2" across the street is mainly occupied by company offices and classrooms, making it less crowded and somewhat lonely. I wonder if they separated to avoid overlapping? There were rumors during construction that an Aeon supermarket would move in, but it's just a rumor, so it's not reliable. In Cortena 1, there is also a "foot bath of natural hot springs" (free) in the middle of the first floor of the building. Unfortunately, bathing facilities are not provided. Please note that the "foot bath" may not be available on certain days and times. There have been some changes in some stores, but this restaurant has been in operation for about 16 years since the opening of the mall. (I think it wasn't "from the opening" though) They have multiple stores in Sapporo and New Chitose Airport, and among them, the Kotoni store is the largest. Inside the store, there are about 6 counter seats, one table for 6 people, and about 7 tables that can be adjusted for 2-4 people. I see, it's quite spacious. It is located in Kotonishi 4-jo 1-chome, Nishi-ku. It is located in the aforementioned shopping mall. There is also a multi-story parking lot, making it easily accessible to those who are not nearby. I entered the store a little before 2 pm (Sunday). Two groups left the store while I was taking pictures of the store exterior. It's already past noon, so I guess they were done. When I entered, a family of three was waiting. Although the counter seats were available, it seemed like they were waiting for the table setup. The previous customers were two families, one middle-aged couple, and two young couples. The following customers were a group of two men and a young couple. The family waiting was seated at a table shortly after I entered, so as a solo diner, I was seated at the counter that was already available. There was a hand sanitizer at the entrance, but there were no partitions, perhaps due to the spaciousness of the store. Hmm, that's a shame. After use, they were wiping diligently. I looked at the menu and contemplated for a while. What was praised as "delicious" by the predecessors was... 'Roasted shrimp soup + braised pork and vegetable curry' I'm not a fan of chicken legs, so "braised pork" sounds good. The topping for the soup is an additional 270 yen! When combined, it's over 1,600 yen! Expensive! I'll try a different one with the original soup. ▼Hamburger and vegetable curry ・ Original soup ・ Level 4 spiciness ・ Medium rice (200g) ▼Iced tea, tax-included 1,240 yen. ◆Drinks are free until 3 pm! What a deal! ◆No additional charge for extra spiciness, no matter how spicy! A good deal! (It doesn't matter to this middle-spicy old man) ◆Rice is "
