A small bakery tucked away in an inconspicuous place. When I visited for the first time in the evening, there were only three types of bread left. They were delicious, so I went back the next day in the morning. There were so many options to choose from, but the bread I picked that day was all delicious. I used to not like hard bread because I thought it was dry, but the ones here are soft and chewy, making me appreciate hard bread for the first time. They have a good texture. The pastries made with pie crust were crispy and fluffy, and also delicious. I've just started going there, but there are still many types of bread that I'm curious about, so I will continue to visit.

Exploring around Miyanozawa Station on the Tozai Subway Line... After eating soba, I headed to a local bakery called "Pan do Laboratorio Ash" located a bit off the old Route 5. The facade was unassuming, but I took a photo and entered the shop. It seemed like someone was working in the back as there was no one at the counter. I carefully looked at the items in the glass case in front. It was early afternoon, but there were only a few products left. I waited for a while, but no one came, so I called out, "Excuse me." The owner quickly appeared and I purchased a "Bacon Epi" for 260 yen and a "Sweet Potato Rustic" for 180 yen to take home. The "Bacon Epi" had a crispy crust, chewy crumb, generous bacon filling, and a slightly salty taste, providing a satisfying experience. The "Sweet Potato Rustic" was moist with a gentle sweetness from the sweet potato, and the black sesame added a nice touch, making it a light and delicious snack bread. I would like to try a hearty hard bread next time. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Pandora Laboratory Ash at lunchtime and bought breakfast for tomorrow! The shop is very cozy, with products displayed in a showcase under the counter. It has a clean and calm atmosphere. Since it was my first time there, I purchased the classic salted butter roll and croissant!

I visited a small bakery that my bread-loving friend wanted to go to. Although I'm not very knowledgeable about bread, I found the prices to be a bit high or low. The salted butter roll was delicious! The edamame one was chewy, but not outstanding. The croissant was not too sweet, crispy, and had a light buttery taste. I tried three, but they didn't feel heavy. They were tasty, but I don't think it's worth a special trip here. The staff seemed like they were part-time workers, and they weren't very friendly. It's a small shop, so I wish they would greet customers with a smile.

On a certain weekday, I visited a bakery located at Nishimachi Minami 20 in the Nishiku Miyanozawa Station area that I had bookmarked. The parking lot in front of the store can accommodate about 1-2 cars. The compact interior of the store has a showcase right in front, displaying a variety of tempting breads. From the menu on that day, I chose a few items to enjoy as a snack before lunch.
The "Eggplant Meat (260 yen tax included)" was unexpectedly refreshing with a perfect match of eggplant stew and meat sauce. The finely chopped onions added a nice texture to the dish. The "Nori French Bread with Wasabi Butter (150 yen tax included)" surprised me with seaweed kneaded into the delicious French bread, and the wasabi in the butter had a strong presence. It was a unique and enjoyable experience.
The "Red Bean Butter Sandwich (200 yen tax included)" also featured a high-quality, crispy French bread with a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness from the butter. The "Premium Shokupan (350 yen tax included)" had a soft and fluffy texture with a good saltiness and flavor. The bakery uses high-protein foreign wheat flour, Hokkaido butter, and fresh cream to bake this bread.
There were still some items that caught my interest but I couldn't try this time, so I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the delicious treats.

I heard that this person used to work at a bakery in a certain hotel, so I decided to visit. The staff there seemed unfriendly and unresponsive, which surprised me a bit. The potato roll had a good amount of filling with chunks of potato salad and egg, but it focused too much on the taste of the potato, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. The cream bread and chocolate croissant were just average.

I bought a baguette, melon pan, cream pan, and a pumpkin and cream cheese bread from Ohama Miyako. The bacon in the baguette had a strong and delicious flavor.

It is a very small bakery. I went in the evening so there were not many options, but I saw other breads I want to try, so I want to go back again. It's small but the bread is delicious. I am curious about the white bread too.

I was aiming for shokupan, but they didn't have it, so I ended up getting curry bread, anpan, salt bread, and raisin bread. None of them had a strong flavor, unfortunately. The staff also seemed a bit gloomy, which was disappointing. The raisin bread might have been the best out of all. I think I'll wait a while before trying shokupan again.

There is nothing particularly eye-catching, and after purchasing and eating several items, there are few memorable aspects. As others have mentioned, the service of the seller is lowering the rating. Looking forward to improvements in the future.

I went to buy snacks for children and bread. Croissant chocolat with crispy croissant dough and chocolate inside for 180 yen. My child took a bite and said "Delicious!" (laughs) Rustic chocolate bread with chocolate and raisins for 150 yen. It's a chewy bread with a satisfying texture. The sweetness is just right and delicious! Pineapple coconut bread with a balanced acidity and sweetness for 250 yen. My child exclaimed happily, "Fluffy! There's pineapple in it!" The 350 yen toast bread is light and becomes crispy when toasted. I couldn't resist having another slice. The sweetness is mild, so you can taste the flavor of the bread. It's a small shop, but each bread seems to be carefully made.

A little walk from the Miyano-Sawa station underground, there is a bakery called Ash Pan Laboratory. It seems like a research institute for bread. It's been open for a while now, but I had no idea about it. They have a variety of bread, from hard to soft. It's better than I expected. It's a self-service style, so you can't take your time to look around. But it's not too crowded, so that's good. When I entered, I noticed that the female staff had no smiles, or something was missing. It felt like they didn't want to be there. I chose my favorites: Croissant and Rustic. The Croissant looked really appealing. It was delicious, not too crispy or flaky, but soft and buttery. The Rustic, on the other hand, was not to my liking. It was too hard, with a burnt taste and a lingering bitterness. It seemed overbaked. The An Butter Sandwich was a great combination of bread, red bean paste, butter, and a hint of salt. It also had a slight acidity. Overall, I was only satisfied with the An Butter Sandwich. The customer service was disappointing, though. It felt cold, even though it was early in the morning. I hope they change that next time.

Located a 5-minute walk from the Minamino-sawa Station on the subway, this small bakery is just off the old Route 5, down Chushoji. It is on the ground floor of a building, with a few square meters of space inside. The shop features a small counter-style showcase displaying various breads, emitting a delightful bakery aroma. The service is gentle and welcoming. The bread has a nice chewiness and reveals the flavors of the ingredients when bitten into. While they don't offer creative creations, the lineup is unique to a specialty bakery. Situated in the competitive bread scene near Minamino-sawa Station, this bakery comes highly recommended!

I had been interested in this bakery from a previous review by Mairevi-san, so I decided to stop by while in the Nishi Ward. However, it was a bit tricky to find as it was tucked away on a side street off a main road, causing me to miss the turn initially. After circling back, I finally found the shop, although it didn't have any signage so it could easily be overlooked by those unfamiliar with it. The bakery itself was small, with bread displayed in a case for sale directly to customers. When I visited in the early afternoon, some of the bread options were already sold out, indicating its popularity. I managed to purchase the Rustic bread that I had been curious about, along with a few other items. The Rustic bread had a chewy texture and a strong wheat flavor, making it quite delicious. The Mushroom and Cream White Sauce bread was also tasty, with plenty of mushrooms in a creamy sauce that filled each bite. The sandwich bread made with locally sourced wheat had a wonderfully soft and chewy texture, with a delicious wheat flavor. Overall, I enjoyed the Japanese-style breads with their chewy textures and would definitely consider returning to this bakery for more. Thank you for the meal!

I decided to have lunch at a bakery called Pan de Laboratorio Ash, which I saw in a magazine and had never been to before. The small shop had around 30 types of bread displayed, ranging from 140 to 300 yen each. The prices were considered cheap for some and expensive for others. I bought seven different types of bread, including a rustic bread that had amazing elasticity. The bread looked small but had a lot of substance to it. It was not hard at all, but had a great bounce to it. The flavors of the rustic bread, autumn vegetable curry, egg, and baguette were all excellent. I would definitely give this bakery an A rating based on my personal taste. I will definitely go back to buy more! Thank you for the delicious meal!

I came to Pan de Laboratorio Ash to buy some bread! The premium white bread is 350 yen excluding tax, and the pork curry bread is 200 yen excluding tax. The texture of the premium white bread is light and fluffy, making it easy to eat even without toasting. It is made with unsalted butter from Hokkaido, wheat flour from America and Canada, and sweetened with honey and beet sugar instead of sugar. I love bread with such attention to detail. I'm definitely going to come back for more. The homemade curry in the baked curry bread is surprisingly delicious, with tender meat that doesn't taste like pork and flavorful curry. It's even better than the curry bread with wheat gluten! I might just become a curry bread enthusiast. In this area, Unchained Bakery was out of stock, but it's a popular and highly rated place that I'm curious about. However, Pan de Laboratorio Ash might also be a hidden gem worth trying. ☆☆☆Next Time Preview☆☆☆

A new bakery has opened in Miyanosawa near the station. It is a small bakery located on the first floor of an apartment block next to the neurosurgery clinic. The owner, an elderly gentleman, runs the bakery by himself. The interior is decorated with picture books and cute ornaments, creating a warm and charming atmosphere. I tried several types of bread such as curry bread and cream bread, and they were all delicious and comforting. Miyanosawa has already established Unchained Bakery as a popular spot, but now this lovely bakery has also appeared nearby. I look forward to visiting again when they have a wider selection of bread, especially around lunchtime when they have more variety.
