Visited the restaurant for the first time at night with my family. We were recommended the menu items with Wabisuke's name on them, so we ordered the tongue and kalbi. The kalbi was thick and had a good amount of fat, very delicious. The tongue was just okay. The horumon, seseri, and koniku were tasty. The kakuteki had a strange taste to the daikon, but the spicy marinade was good, although it didn't really feel like a proper pickled dish.

The meat is purchased by the whole head and provided chilled. It is recommended to choose items with "Wabisuke" in the name. I ordered Wabisuke kalbi and Wabisuke sagari, and the sagari was especially delicious. The meat is generally thickly sliced yet tender. Since it is still a new store, it may take some time for them to offer items other than meat, but compared to other stores in the same price range, the deliciousness of the meat is outstanding. I think the staff will improve as they get more experience. I have found a restaurant that I would like to visit again.

My favorite restaurant closed down, so I was a barbecue refugee. When I received a coupon flyer at home, I decided to go to this new place. I used to go there when it had a different name, but it was my first time since the name change. The staff were very friendly, and when I mentioned that I used to come when it had a different name, they were happy to hear that. You order your drinks first, and they explain them when they arrive. I don't like this because I prefer to drink my drink first! I'm a bit paranoid about bubbles. Next time, I'll make sure to order differently. Despite that, I still want to go again because the meat and sauce were delicious. They use charcoal grills, which I love! I don't like gas grills because my nose is too sensitive to the gas smell, which can affect the taste of the meat. But here, with the charcoal grill, I was very satisfied! I got a bit carried away with the coupon and ordered the assorted wagyu beef, but it was worth it! The cold noodles at the end were also delicious. I really like this place. Thank you for the meal!

I had been wanting to visit "Yakiniku Wabisuke" located inside the Seiyu Atsubetsu store's parking lot for a while, but since they only operate at night, it was hard to make it happen. However, I discovered hamburgers made here in the frozen case at "Yamauchi Seika". They were a bit pricey at 580 yen each, but I decided to buy one and try it at home. There were no cooking instructions on the package, so I was a little confused, but I started by cooking it slowly in a frying pan with a little oil. The package mentioned "made with Japanese beef mince", so I thought it was a mix of meats from a yakiniku restaurant, but looking at the ingredients on the back, it seemed to be made with 100% beef, with some binder added. I apologize for not taking a picture of the finished product before digging in, but it was very tasty. It was soft and occasionally had a slightly sinewy texture, but it crumbled easily when bitten into. It was a hamburger that suited someone like me who doesn't like the soft, fluffy kind you might find at a popular chain restaurant. Getting a 100% beef hamburger at this price seems like a pretty good deal. It was seriously delicious. I would definitely like to visit the restaurant itself sometime. Thank you for the meal.
