Great cost performance! It seems to be a recently opened yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant, and it lives up to the reputation! Everything, including chopstick rests and spoons, is wrapped, showing their consideration for a clean environment. The tongue is sliced just right—not too thin and not too thick—resulting in a perfect balance, and it remains tender and delicious after grilling. The harami (skirt steak) is especially recommended.

I visited for lunch. You can use PayPay here. It's suitable for both individuals and large groups, so the lunch crowd can get quite busy. I always order the hormone stew and have never tried the grilled meat, haha. The hormone stew is really delicious! It's great that you can have extra rice.

I've been to this place at night, and it's very good for delicious yakiniku, but this was my first time for lunch. The restaurant was quite crowded since it was lunchtime. They have various lunch menus and set meals. It's quite reasonable, and I chose the Yukgaejang set. It comes with unlimited rice, salad, side dishes, and iced coffee for just 950 yen, which is a great deal. The Yukgaejang is consistently delicious. This place is a success for lunch as well. I noticed many people around me ordered the Samgyeopsal set, which is also around 1000 yen. I will definitely come back!

Am I a regular now? This is my nth visit. I might come here once a month. I always end up ordering samgyeopsal and chijimi. Both are incredibly delicious. The chijimi, in particular, is the best here. I didn't order it today, but the hormone stew (hormone chige) is also excellent. The staff are really wonderful, and this is one of my favorite restaurants in Nakano-Sakaue.

Hormone jjigae. The moderate spiciness is addictive. I wonder if it contains ingredients like large intestines and honeycomb tripe? It's great that you can get a refill on the rice. The kimchi was also to my liking. It arrives bubbling hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.

I've been curious about this place since it opened, and this is my first visit. I really wanted to eat solongtang! (laughs) The price seemed reasonable and the meat was tender and easy to eat. The solongtang had a rich broth and was delicious!

"I wanted to eat yakiniku after a long time, so I went to Enman-san. The grilled salted beef tongue with green onions was so delicious that I ordered another serving. The garlic-infused japchae and the crispy vegetable chijimi were also fantastic, and I couldn't stop eating. I was completely full and very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!"

The regular sirloin was thick and juicy, and it was very delicious for the price. The yen man kalbi was also tender and tasted great. The pork throat was rich in fat and very tasty. I heard that the course menu is a great deal, so I definitely want to try it next time.

If you walk from Nakano-Sakaue Station towards Shin-Nakano, you'll find a building with Ohtake Gyoza on the first floor, and the restaurant is located on the second floor. The interior is clean, with spacious seats that create a relaxing atmosphere. The menu features a variety of Korean dishes in addition to grilled meat. To be honest, every dish I tried was of high quality and delicious. The ingredients are also quite good. The cow's stomach sashimi was impressive! Interestingly, they also have a dish called "○kke" on the menu, which made me wonder if that's okay (laughs). I tried various cuts of beef starting from the tongue, and all of them were top-notch. I truly believe this is the best grilled meat restaurant in the Sakaue area.

I didn’t have high expectations for this restaurant, which serves both yakiniku and Korean cuisine and has affordable prices, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat, the customer service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant! The beef tongue was thick and had good texture, and the harami was beautifully cleaned and very delicious. By the way, the hormone chige stew was incredibly tasty! The white sanmai sashimi had too much sesame oil and chopped green onion for my personal taste. There is a wide variety of menu options, so I plan to visit again soon to share more about this wonderful restaurant. Thank you for the meal!\(^o^)/

A relatively new Korean restaurant has opened in Nakano-Sakaue. Since there aren’t many Korean dining options in the area, it’s great to have a place for lunch. While the restaurant recommends their hormone chigae (a spicy stew), I ordered the sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew). Not only did the main dish come out, but there were also four side dishes included, making it a satisfying lunch without a doubt.

I visited the restaurant around 9:00 PM. It’s great to have a barbecue place open at this time in Nakano-Sakaue. We had a meal for two, and the family set allowed us to eat plenty of meat. As I tasted the meat, I couldn’t help but exclaim, “Delicious!” The interior of the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is very courteous. It was a highly satisfying experience.

Since there's usually a line after noon on weekdays, I decided to visit around 11:40 with some colleagues. Luckily, a table for six in the back was available. The turnover of customers isn't very fast, so I recommend going before noon! I looked over the menu but ended up ordering the Hormone Chige set for ¥1,050 from a female staff member. After about ten minutes of waiting, my dish arrived. The bubbling, steaming hot Hormone Chige was served with a side of salad, japchae, kimchi, and a small portion of pickled radish and bean sprouts on a three-section plate, along with a generous serving of rice. I've really become addicted to this familiar Hormone Chige set! The hormone is nicely prepared with a plump texture, and the beef-based broth has a rich flavor that’s not too spicy, allowing the deliciousness to shine through. The combination of the chige soup and hormone is fantastic, making it impossible not to keep digging into the rice! After eating about half of the chige, I decided to get a rice refill—so grateful that it’s free! I poured some soup over the rice to make a kind of porridge and finished the whole thing. This restaurant’s lunch offers satisfying portions and great taste. I’ll probably end up ordering the Hormone Chige again next time! Thank you for the meal!

●What kind of place: During lunch, it's packed with salarymen (including office ladies)! There are even customers waiting! The seating mainly consists of four-person tables made by combining two two-person tables, so many solo diners end up sharing tables! Popular lunch dishes include hot pots and bibimbap. ●Order: **Hormone Chige Set Meal - 1,050 yen** It was a bit chilly, so I wanted to try something different and was torn between a hot pot dish. I was debating between Samgyetan and Sundubu, but I went with the "very popular" Hormone Chige! The Hormone Chige included a main mix of maruchou (intestines), hachinosu (another type of intestines), and vegetables, with just two small pieces of pork belly added in for good measure. The flavor is spicy, but it’s so good that you can't help but keep scooping it up! There's no numbing sensation, making it suitable for those who may not be great with spice, but still enjoy it! The best part is scooping rice with your spoon and soaking it in the chige soup before eating it—absolutely delightful! ●Service: The store is narrow, and the aisle isn’t very wide, which makes it feel a bit cramped. Overall, the service is unremarkable, neither good nor bad. ●Budget: Around 1,000 yen per person. ●Usage Scene: Friends, after work (break). 【Store Information】 Address: 2F Re-up Nakano-sakaue, 2-51-9 Honcho, Nakano-ku, Tokyo Phone: 050-5592-5762 Hours: Weekdays 11:30 - 15:00 (Last Order 14:30); 17:00 - 23:00 (Last Order 22:30) Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 15:00 - 23:00 (Last Order 22:30) Closed: Irregular days Instagram: @enman01 ~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~ I am exploring yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo, providing "honest reviews with the risk of backlash." I ordered the hormone chige set meal for 1,050 yen. If you enter the restaurant between 13:30 and 14:30, you get a free drink. The cold corn tea was delicious! The spicy chige soup was the best! It was really tasty!!! Plus, you can get a second helping of rice. I want to try the grilled meat next time.

I visited for the first time and it has become my favorite place for both service and flavor! The red meat like zabuton and loin were great, but the best had to be the offal—it was amazing! When I had the first bite of the cube radish kimchi, I knew it was going to be good! The half serving of spicy beef soup was packed with flavor—so comforting for both body and soul! Oh, and you absolutely have to try the chijimi (Korean pancakes)! It was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—so typical and delicious! I could eat so many of them! I can't wait to go back soon! The lunch menu looks good too—thank you for a great meal!

On a weekday just after noon, I visited with some colleagues. We entered through the door on the right after climbing the stairs. The restaurant was fully packed today. I knew that places like this don't have a quick turnover, but I had a craving for Korean food, so I decided to wait on the stairs. After about 20 minutes, we were seated at a table for four. I was tempted by the grilled dishes but ultimately ordered the Hormone Chigae Set Meal for ¥1,050 from a female staff member. After waiting about 10 minutes, my dish arrived. The bubbling, piping hot Hormone Chigae pot was served with a separate plate of salad, japchae, and a small amount of kimchi, pickled daikon, and bean sprouts, along with a large serving of rice. It looked incredibly delicious. The Hormone Chigae featured carefully prepared domestic hormone with a bouncy texture. The beef-based soup had a deep flavor that was not too spicy, allowing the richness to come through. The combination of the soup and the hormone was outstanding, making rice go down easily! Halfway through the chigae, I decided to get a rice refill—free refills are a great bonus. I poured the soup over the rice, making a porridge, and finished every last bite. The lunch at this restaurant offers satisfying portions and flavors. I wonder what I'll try next time? Thank you for the meal!

A casual Korean restaurant that’s easy to visit! Even though it was just the two of us, we ordered the family set, and we also had beef tongue, a kimchi platter, and pancakes, all of which were delicious and filled us up. This time we ended up going for a barbecue style meal, but the menu also includes bulgogi, samgyeopsal, and sundubu, so I’m already thinking about going back! I was very satisfied! (I ate so quickly that I have only a few pictures.)

This is a review of a newly opened wagyu yakiniku and Korean cuisine restaurant called "Enman," located in Nakano-Sakaue, which opened in November 2023. It is about a 5-minute walk from the Tokyo Metro "Nakano-Sakaue" station, on the second floor of a building that has a stylish gyoza shop on the first floor, along the Ome Road. I visited for the first time on a weekday just after noon. I climbed the stairs and entered through the door on the right. The interior has around 30 table seats, and it was about 80% full. Since I had made a reservation, I was seated at a table. The menu features classic items such as kalbi and sirloin set meals, as well as samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup), all priced around 1,000 yen. I ordered the staff-recommended Hormone Chige Set Meal for ¥1,050. After about 10 minutes, my meal arrived. It included a bubbling, hot hormone chige pot, a separate plate with salad, japchae, and a small amount of kimchi, pickles, and macaroni on a three-compartment plate, along with a generous serving of rice. For the price of ¥1,050, the meal was quite luxurious. The hormone chige was made with carefully processed domestic offal, which had a nice chewy texture. The beef-based broth had a rich flavor that wasn't overly spicy, allowing the umami to shine through. The ingredients included garlic chives, bean sprouts, scallions, and cabbage. The offal soaked in the stew was delicious, and the broth itself was so good that you could keep drinking it. The rice complemented it perfectly! And the best part? You can get free refills of rice! You can either pour the soup over it to make a rice porridge or enjoy them separately until the end. The cost-performance of this yakiniku and Korean restaurant's lunch is satisfying even for big eaters. Thank you for the meal!

I'm not good with spicy food, so I don't eat Korean cuisine very often, but I heard that the lunch here is very delicious, so I decided to visit. I arrived around 12:30, but the restaurant was fully packed. I waited outside for about five minutes. The interior is long and narrow, so even if you're a party of two, you might be asked to share a table. Looking at the menu, there were various Korean set meals like bibimbap and samgyetang, as well as grilled meat sets. I chose the sizzling squid stir-fry set for 1,150 yen. After a while, a tray with a hot sizzling plate was brought to me. The bright red squid stir-fry was sizzling away. It was very hot and spicy, so as someone with a sensitive palate, I couldn't eat it right away and decided to start with the salad and side dishes. All of those were at a level you might find in a convenience store bento. The rice was served in a stainless steel bowl, typical of Korean cuisine. Now, regarding the main dish—the squid stir-fry—it was much sweeter than I expected. It was too sweet to pair well with the rice for my taste. The squid itself was plump and tasty, but the seasoning didn't quite suit me. Maybe it was a poor choice of menu? My friend’s bibimbap, on the other hand, was reportedly quite delicious.

I visited the restaurant as it was one of the participating locations in a campaign where I could use 1500 points by making a reservation on Hot Pepper Gourmet. I made a reservation for 5 PM, and when I arrived, there were no other customers yet, so I was seated at a four-person window side table. There aren't any two-person or counter seats for solo diners, but this table was slightly set back from the wall and furthest from the kitchen, which allowed me to enjoy my meal without worrying too much about being watched by the staff. The restaurant also offered Wi-Fi, and there was an outlet under the table, which was very helpful. I ordered the following: - Kainomi (flank steak) - Naka-ochi kalbi (short rib) - Vegetable soup - Tamago chimu (Japanese rolled omelet) - Ice de Matcha Nama Choco (matcha soft serve with chocolate) The Kainomi came with seven slices and was tender and delicious, with a nice amount of fat without being overwhelming. The Naka-ochi kalbi had six slices and was a bit firmer and fattier compared to the Kainomi. I can't say for sure, as I haven't compared it to regular kalbi, but I could certainly notice the difference between the two. The vegetable soup was quite substantial and filled me up. Unlike many broth-based dishes in yakiniku restaurants that tend to be overly salty, this one had just the right amount of salt. They mentioned that the flavor could be adjusted upon request. The Tamago chimu was like a fluffy omelet with a rich dashi flavor. It was also quite large, and together with one plate of meat, it was enough to satisfy my hunger. For dessert, I decided to try the Ice de Matcha Nama Choco. I was surprised by how strong the matcha flavor was. Overall, considering the portion sizes, I felt that this restaurant offered great value for money!
