I can't say I don't understand the feeling, but I think it's not good to express it in an easy-to-understand way... It seems like they wanted to make it clear, "Junsui Ion Showa Store" in Kushiro. I'm alone and I want to go further, but it's a hassle. I declared once, "I will never use Tabelog again," but day by day, the instructions not to go anywhere become stricter. Certainly, every city is announcing pessimistic numbers. Yesterday, I went mountain climbing. "Is it okay to go mountain climbing??" I'm not trying to brag loudly, but there are risks in driving to the mountain and climbing it. No matter how many cars are in the parking lot, where can there be a crowd on that huge mountain? I sometimes wonder about that, but there are never people within 2 meters. Even ramen!! I'm talking about eating ramen, but I don't remember whose review I saw, and I went to a store written in my notes. I was worried if the store was there or not, so I went to check, but it wasn't there. It just happened to be closed. I have a trauma from the ramen shop in this Ion, and I vowed never to eat at Ion again. That store is gone, but the trauma still remains, and I still remember the original store in the countryside. There was a branch in Obihiro, and I think the branch had a bad reputation. The "Junsui" taste is undoubtedly good. It's greasy, but it's a flaw. So, I ended up eating at a ramen chain store in Ion. I'm not sure if the pork bone flavor is not available here because it won't appeal to families. I'm in trouble now. I'm hesitating because the salt flavor is too greasy, so I'll go with soy sauce. I waited for about 5 minutes. Even though I waited, I was seated at a 4-seater table alone. Sorry about that. The counter is gone, and there are 3 small raised tables. There are many table seats and even seats for 2 people. The jazz music in Ion's dining area doesn't fit. There are many staff members. Is it 30 yen more expensive here because of the rent? It's an unreasonable price for Kushiro ramen, but families will still eat it. I'm waiting because it's crowded, and I'll be seated. The kitchen is visible at an awkward height from the table. I think it's a window for the kitchen to see the customers. I'm bored, so I can see things I shouldn't see. I won't write it down, but they'll tell me to correct it right away. 17 minutes later, the "salt" ramen arrived when I ordered "soy sauce." I can't eat it because the smell of garlic and ginger is too strong, even with a mask on. The ginger and garlic in the salt ramen are enemies. The soup is overpowering with oil, and I don't want to eat it. I called the staff and said, "I ordered soy sauce." They probably think I ordered salt, but I don't want to eat after waiting for 17 minutes. The ramen here doesn't suit me. This time, the service was extremely fast, like 3 minutes. I heard a sloppy noise from the kitchen. They probably think it's the customer's fault. The noise from the kitchen changed drastically after I pointed out the mistakes. The ramen looks sloppy from the appearance. The noodles are thin, but they are not Kushiro noodles. It's very delicious. When I eat the bamboo shoots, the taste of ginger suddenly hits me. It was sticking to the bamboo shoots. It's really sloppy. The bamboo shoots are lightly seasoned, so they taste good. The bean sprouts are not seasoned enough, and it's just stressful. The soy sauce flavor dominates the soup, but the floating oil is so strong that I can't ignore it. Of course, the oil bothers me a lot. I'm more concerned about the response after the mistake than the mistake itself. The noise from the kitchen bothers me a lot. In the end, I said, "Thank you for the meal," but I'm more concerned about the response after the mistake than the mistake itself. The noise from the kitchen bothers me a lot.

The unusual heat in Kushiro has been causing me and my partner to feel a bit of heat fatigue lately. We were debating between having zaru soba or cold noodles at a Chinese restaurant, when we stumbled upon this zaru ramen place. Surprisingly, my partner also decided to go for the zaru ramen. The zaru ramen portion was about 1.5 servings, with thin curly noodles. The dipping sauce was light and tasty. It was delicious and reasonably priced at 600 yen. The only downside was that the sauce seemed a bit insufficient compared to the amount of noodles. Towards the end, I was left with just enough sauce for the noodles. Despite that, it was a refreshing and delicious ramen for the hot summer. Thank you for the meal.

This is a story from January 2021. On a Saturday morning, I came to Jusco for a little errand. I was debating whether to have lunch at the food court or at a restaurant, and decided to try this restaurant. It was around 11:30 am and about 70% of the seats were taken. I ordered the Pure Water Salt Chashu Ramen for myself and the Pure Water Miso Ramen for my partner. While waiting, the restaurant was almost full. Despite the popularity in this day and age, the soups for both the salt and miso ramen did not have steam coming out. I was cautious as the possibility of the soup being lukewarm was high. When I tried the soup, it was indeed lukewarm. I wondered if the chashu had cooled it down. My partner's miso ramen soup was also lukewarm and the noodles were slightly overcooked. The flavors were delicious though. The salt ramen had a strong garlic flavor with a punch, while the miso ramen had a mild flavor of garlic and sesame which I both enjoyed. However, ramen is best when it's piping hot. We enjoyed the meal, but it was a shame that it could have been even better if served hot.

I'm staying in Kushiro for work and didn't feel like going out to the downtown area, so I ended up at the Showa-era Ion shopping center. I bought some alcohol and snacks and decided to try out "Ramen Junsui" without any prior information. It turns out it's a popular place with long lines, as I found out from the reviews. It was past 8 pm when I arrived, and I was told to sit wherever I liked. The menu offered Kushiro-style ramen with thin noodles and another option with medium-thick noodles. The layout of the restaurant seemed well thought out. The place wasn't too crowded, with a few tables occupied by families with children. The waitress quickly brought us water and informed us that the last order was at 8:30 pm and they closed at 9 pm. I ordered the "Junsui Shio Ramen" for 830 yen (tax included), and it arrived in 6 minutes. The toppings included chashu, chopped green onions, menma, bean sprouts, and grated ginger. The bowl also had lotus root in it. The medium-thick curly noodles were overcooked and too soft for my liking. The soup was oily and hot, with a mild saltiness and weak umami flavor. I found myself drinking it quite a bit, and it didn't leave me feeling thirsty or with heartburn. The chashu was tender and juicy, and the unique cut of the green onions added a nice texture. The bowl they served the ramen in was the same as the one I use at home (a random fact). The staff started clearing up quickly after we put up the closed sign at 8:30 pm, giving off a vibe of wanting to leave soon. While I understand it was my fault for coming in so late, I still felt the need to apologize for inconveniencing them. Based on other reviews, it seems like many people prefer the miso flavor at this chain, so I'll try that next time if I get the chance. Overall, it was a decent meal.

First visit on April 12, 2020 (Sunday) around noon, so it was crowded. This is a shop without a counter, so even though I was alone, I sat at a table. I ordered the large size of the Shoyu Ramen. I have tried the Miso at the main store of Junmizu before, so this time I tried the Shoyu. The Shoyu soup was on the sweeter side. It gave me a mild and slightly thick impression. I like the medium-thick noodles that were firm to the bite. The long chashu slices unique to Junmizu chain had a satisfying texture, but it was a bit disappointing that they didn't soak up the soup and were cold. Next time, I might try the Shio Ramen. Thank you for the Shoyu Ramen at Junmizu. (´∇`)

On a cold night, my partner said they wanted to eat ramen! I'm feeling a bit sick, so I thought about getting garlic, but since I have work tomorrow, I changed it to ginger! We went to Junmizu. The tatami seating area with three seats was full of families and students, so we had to sit at a table. It's a different relaxing feeling when you can take off your shoes. I ordered the Junmizu spicy miso with a mini chashu mayo rice bowl, while my partner got the Junmizu miso wonton. Unfortunately, it seemed like we had to wait about 15 minutes for our order. When the dishes arrived, my rice bowl with chashu mayo was the size of a tea cup. In the middle was the red miso, which I dissolved before eating. The normal miso flavor was rich and flavorful, and when I mixed in the spicy miso, it became even more intense and had a good level of spiciness. However, it seemed too spicy for my partner. The noodles were curly and medium thickness, which paired well with the soup. The chashu was tender and delicious. I didn't really taste the ginger though. The chashu mayo rice bowl had a nice balance of salty chashu and creamy mayo, making it easy to eat with the rice. Overall, it was a delicious meal. Thank you for the meal.

Visit date: April 5, 2019 On this day, I went shopping with a friend at AEON Mall Kushiro Showa. We decided to have dinner at Junmizu inside the mall. We arrived around 7:30 PM and the restaurant was almost full. We were directed to a table near the entrance, which was a bit chilly. I ordered: - Junmizu Miso: 750 yen - Rice (medium): 100 yen It seems like Junmizu is known for their miso dishes. I chose a menu item that seemed popular. The Junmizu Miso had a hint of garlic flavor at first, followed by the sweetness of miso, and ended with a rich taste that paired well with the medium thick noodles. However, I felt quite thirsty afterwards. It's clear that this is a popular spot with customers constantly coming in. It would be interesting to compare this with other restaurants in the area.

This place is great because it's located in Aeon Mall and stays open late. The rich miso ramen is always a favorite. It has a strong ginger flavor and is really delicious. No matter what you order here, you won't be disappointed. It's a ramen shop that leans more towards Sapporo ramen rather than Kushiro ramen. Recommended for those who like strong flavors!

‪September 22, 2018, 5 PM - Light soy sauce ramen for 650 yen.‬ ‪The main store was established in 2006 and currently has a total of three popular stores in the city, including this one in the Aeon Mall.‬ ‪Although not as exceptional as the previous Shukouen, the ramen was served in about 1 minute from ordering.‬ ‪As seen in the menu photo, the impressive size of the chashu slices that lay across the bowl is remarkable.‬ ‪With a classic Kushiro taste featuring bonito broth and supported by pork and chicken, the balance and richness from the lard make it feel like Kamura is the closest during this expedition.‬ ‪The pairing with curly thin noodles is perfect, and the finely chopped green onions occasionally add a refreshing touch, making it even lighter to eat.‬ ‪I think it's amazing that this level of quality can be easily enjoyed in a shopping mall.‬

The ginger and garlic in the dish were delicious. The staff seemed a bit slow in their movements. They didn't even notice us when we entered the restaurant. It would have been nice if they had realized that we had children and brought smaller dishes.

On our first visit to Ramen Junmizu, recommended by a female staff member, I tried the rich soy sauce chashu ramen. The soup was a bit lukewarm, not hot enough. The taste was delicious, but I wish the ramen had been served hotter. It was not crowded when we visited, so maybe the timing was not ideal. I will try coming back again next time.

On New Year's Day, I went to AEON Kushiro Showa store. I thought it would be crowded at lunchtime, so I went to the 1st floor restaurant area around 11:20 and found Junmizu. I remembered seeing it last time but didn't go in, so I wrote down the name and waited. I was called in about 15 minutes, it was fast. However, there was a line of about 20 people behind me, making me realize it was a popular place. Looking at the menu, I saw a rich ○○ ramen. Kushiro ramen is known for its light taste compared to ramen from central and northern Hokkaido, so this time I chose the rich soy sauce flavor. My wife and children ordered the light soy sauce with gyoza set. Despite the crowd, the food arrived in less than 20 minutes. The light soy sauce had thin noodles and a very light soup, while the rich soy sauce had medium noodles and a soup that was still on the light side. My wife and children enjoyed their meals, saying it was delicious. The rich soy sauce, despite its appearance of being rich, had a soup that was closer to being light. Kushiro had a popular tonkotsu ramen shop from Hokkaido open about 15 years ago (with branches in Sapporo, Asahikawa, and even overseas), but it closed down after about 2 years. This experience shows that the people in Kushiro may not prefer overly heavy and rich ramen. The cost and portion size were good, and I would like to visit the main shop if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.
