This is a place in Satomicho 2-chome, Chitose City, but I cannot provide a detailed description of the location, so please check the map on Tabelog as usual. I came to this restaurant before, but it was temporarily closed, so I couldn't eat. Therefore, I came back for revenge this time. I arrived at the restaurant, parked my car in the front parking lot, entered the restaurant, sat at an available counter seat, looked at the menu, and ordered the "Salt Ramen" as usual. It arrived in 6-7 minutes, and it was a ramen with a clear soup in a nostalgic style. First, I tried the soup, which was easy to eat with an animal-based broth, but slightly salty. Next is the noodles, which are medium-thick, high-water content, chewy, yellow Sapporo noodles that are familiar to those in the Hokkaido region. Finally, the toppings included a slice of soft-boiled pork loin chashu, menma, naruto, wakame, shredded seaweed, and chopped green onions. It was quite an old-fashioned ramen, but personally, I wished they had replaced the wakame with boiled spinach, fu (wheat gluten), and sliced boiled egg. Also, I was concerned about the cigarette smoke in the restaurant. Since only about 20% of people smoke now, I would like them to make it non-smoking during lunchtime.
