I visited Tsukiji Gindaco at Ion Katapuri Shin Sapporo in Atsubetsu Chuo 2-jo, Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is located on the B2F of the mall, just a 1-minute walk from Shin Sapporo Station on the Tozai Line and a 1-minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station on the Chitose Line. It is easily accessible by public transportation and also has a shared parking lot for those driving. I ordered the Premium Negi Mayo Series - Kujyo Negi Mayo Yuzu Pon (680 yen). It features a special yuzu ponzu sauce made with fragrant and refreshing "Kito Yuzu" from Naka-cho, Tokushima Prefecture, combined with crispy Kujyo Negi. It is topped with yuzu flakes and white sesame seeds, making it visually appealing. The special yuzu ponzu sauce comes in a small packet, enhancing the refreshing acidity and elegant aroma of the "Kito Yuzu" when added just before eating. It has a refreshing taste and is visually appealing. Since Tsukiji Gindaco cooks takoyaki on-site, the takoyaki was hot and delicious. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you!

Today I was in the mood for Gindako, so I was looking forward to eating yakisoba. I ordered a large portion, which was decently sized with plenty of meat in it. Gindako is always super hot, but delicious. Many people were getting takeout, but it's definitely better to eat it on the spot while it's piping hot! I chose the burnt soy sauce flavor, which was really tasty. My son enjoyed the yuzu ponzu flavor as well. Thank you for the meal!

Gindaco, at one point, was rapidly expanding its physical stores in Sapporo. I remember buying from the store in Higashi Hikari Store (which was then Tokyu Store) and maybe even at the Sapporo Dome. This time, I had Gindaco after a long time, not for takeout but to eat at the food court. The first time I tried Gindaco at the Tokyu Store, I was impressed by the crispy exterior and fluffy, hot interior. However, this time, I didn't feel the same level of excitement. Perhaps because there are more options for takoyaki now and my experience has grown. Unfortunately, I haven't tried takoyaki in Kansai, so I can't compare the level of Gindaco's takoyaki. Also, I feel like when you put so much sauce and mayonnaise on takoyaki or okonomiyaki, they all start to taste similar. Maybe trying different varieties in Kansai would help differentiate the flavors. Despite my ramblings, I still think Gindaco's takoyaki is a tasty snack. Thank you for the meal.

"Gindako" in Sapporo, only three people? We were three people in Shin-Sapporo, and we wrapped up our morning. In the afternoon, we couldn't do various procedures because it was a holiday, so we planned to set things up for tomorrow and start drinking early. But in the end, we checked in and by the time we were ready to go out, it was already late. We quickly had a drink and went to the food court. While I was getting hamburgers and beer, Yome-san got takoyaki from Gindako. Beer and takoyaki, isn't it the best? It was freshly baked, and I thought it would be crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but huh? Is this how it was supposed to be? It was crispy on the outside but lacked the juiciness I knew from Gindako. It wasn't melty, and I didn't even burn myself. What's this? Did they reheat it multiple times? Is this a failed batch? This Gindako was disappointing. It felt really expensive at 501 yen. This Gindako was not good. I didn't have a photo, so I could barely find something in the corner, and Yome-san sent me a message with a photo. I'll share the photo with you - it's just something in the corner.

The second son wanted to eat some takoyaki, so we went to Gindaco after a long time. I realized that I had never bought takoyaki from the Kaitenpri store before. I ordered the regular takoyaki. After about 10 minutes, my order was ready and I took it back to my seat. The outer layer was crispy and the taste was standard but delicious. Gindaco always has that crispy texture. Thank you very much.

My mother-in-law gave me some delicious takoyaki, so a few days later I wanted to eat it again and bought some. There are 6 and 8 piece options, but since I'm alone, I chose the 6 piece set for 500 yen (tax included), a bit more expensive than the 8 piece set at 580 yen (tax included). When I was asked which mayonnaise I preferred, I chose spicy mayo without hesitation because I love it. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but it lacked the red ginger that my mother-in-law's takoyaki had. The difference in taste was noticeable. Overall, the takoyaki was still good, and I enjoyed the mild spiciness of the mayo. I look forward to trying takoyaki from a different place next time.

The octopus balls made by the male manager are recommended if you happen to see him cooking. On this day, the atmosphere in the shop was strangely dark, with all female staff. Despite this, I still bought the octopus balls because I really wanted to eat them. The energetic greetings and thank yous from the female staff were missing today. Perhaps the male manager is no longer around, as I haven't seen him during my recent visits. His octopus balls are really delicious, and it's not just me saying this – several others who have tried them at this shop agree. However, I noticed that the glass where they cook the octopus balls was quite dirty, and there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding the tongs used for the green onions. Although they were placed in the washing area, I wondered about the green onions that were previously touched by the tongs. It made me feel a bit uneasy. Maybe they have become too accustomed to being watched through the glass by customers. I recommend trying the octopus balls made by the manager.

I decided to return to Kushiro on the day of the new bills. In the past, the new bills were confusing and easy to get lost in, so I didn't use them much. However, since the renewal, there are attractive shops inside, and I often visit. I was indecisive about lunch and ended up at the food court. After much deliberation, I ended up eating at the classic Ginza-doko Kushiro, even though I could have eaten there. The outside was crispy and the inside was soft and delicious. It was tasty. Thank you for the meal.

I tried the limited-time burnt soy sauce mochi cheese mentaiko at Takoyaki restaurant. It's a greedy dish with various ingredients, but honestly, I prefer regular takoyaki. Thank you for the meal! (*´ω`)

I used it for lunch (around 6:30 pm). It's just a regular Gindaco. 8 takoyaki for 680 yen...huh? Isn't that expensive?!

Sometimes you just crave it, right? Octopus balls and juice set for 650 yen! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I think it's worth the price, don't you agree?

I went to Gindako in Catepri. For some reason, there is always a long line here. I have had regular takoyaki before, so this time I tried the negi takoyaki. It was piping hot with lots of green onions on top. The outside was crispy while the inside was fluffy. I ate the first one as it is, and for the next one, I dipped it in the broth with grated daikon. It was also delicious. The staff seemed very busy but they were friendly and provided good service. It's hot these days, but hot takoyaki is still enjoyable.

I'm delighted to see many food and beverage outlets opening in KATEPI and SANPI. While I don't always visit Gindako, I sometimes get a strong craving for takoyaki, making it an essential choice. The price may be a bit high for takoyaki (I'm from Kansai, so 300 yen is the norm), making it hard to give it a high rating, but I think it's very delicious. I have a habit of eating things as soon as they are served, so before I knew it, I had finished eating it (laughs). That's just how it is with takoyaki, right? (ᵔᴥᵔ)

▽Cheese Mentaiko Takoyaki - 650 yen
This takoyaki is topped with cheese, mentaiko mayo, and sauce. While it wasn't freshly cooked, it had a good texture - crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The combination of mentaiko mayo and cheese was decently tasty, but nothing extraordinary.
▼Impressions▼
Gindako is a major chain of takoyaki restaurants that can be found in supermarkets nationwide. This branch at Catepri opened in December 2016. This visit was a change from my usual order of regular takoyaki. The takoyaki was well-made and had the classic Gindako taste. While the toppings were tasty and complemented the takoyaki well, it didn't leave a lasting impression. Overall, I found it to be good but not necessarily something I would crave again, especially considering the price of 650 yen.

In January 2017, I bought a luxurious green onion mayo takoyaki for my husband who wanted to eat it. The food court was lively with students in the evening. I waited in line for takoyaki along with the students, about 6 people ahead of me. The staff was a bit inexperienced and the line moved slowly. I was tempted by the green onion and bonito powder, so I ordered the limited-time "luxurious green onion mayo" takoyaki. It was meant to be a souvenir for my husband, but I couldn't resist trying one on the spot. The outside was crispy and the inside was hot and melty. Freshly made takoyaki is always delicious. The green onion was supposed to be Kujyo green onion, but I couldn't tell the difference from regular green onion. I also couldn't taste the bonito powder. Despite my unrefined taste buds, the plentiful condiments were delicious. Thank you for the meal.

In December 2016, I visited Gin Takoyaki located on the 2nd floor of the food court in Aeon Katapuri. There was a Kitty-chan character in front of the store. I bought an 8-piece takoyaki, which was beautifully cooked with a crispy surface and a creamy inside. The takoyaki was round and firm, with a good balance of ingredients. The octopus was tender and the overall taste was delicious. Thank you for the meal! ✿ฺ(๑´ڡ`๑)✿ฺ

【Smoke-free food court】This takoyaki chain, established in Heisei 3 and based in Tokyo, has a tenant in the Food Forest at AEON Katappuri Shin-Sapporo underground 2nd floor. It is conveniently located in a building directly connected to JR Shin-Sapporo Station and the Tozai Line Shin-Sapporo Station.
Visited for the first time on December 9, 2016, around 9 pm. Arrived late due to work, but most of the shops in Food Forest had already closed for last orders. However, this place had staff working hard to make takoyaki, so I was able to buy some. 8 pieces of takoyaki for 550 yen. As a benefit for Shin-Sapporo pass holders, I got a free soft drink with my JR pass. Chose Pepsi Cola. Ate the takoyaki inside the food court while they were still hot and freshly made.
Eating takoyaki from Tsukiji Gindaco for the first time in my life! The surface was crispy and the inside was creamy with big pieces of octopus inside. The dough itself was quite tasty, overall a good experience.
