When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is no medication specifically for my rare disease yet. I have been hospitalized for treatment related to the rare disease in September, January, April to May last year, and again in September, October, and November this year. I was discharged for the fifth time about 4 weeks ago. Although I have been discharged, I visit the hospital almost every day, so the feeling of being discharged is faint. (laughs) Your supportive comments were a source of encouragement during my hospitalization. I am truly grateful. Thank you for your continued support. [December 2021] For a while, I plan to mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will be more cautious about new visits, considering my health condition. "Tecchan no Ajigen" was previously "Hokkaido Ramen Ajigen Teine Store," I think. There was a popular ramen shop that was inspired by the "Orochon no Hi Matsuri" in Okhotsk Abashiri City, called "Orochon Ramen." I visited with my usual companion after a long time. This shop is located in the Maeda area of Teine-ku, Sapporo, near JR Teine Station. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. It was a visit around 1 pm on a weekday. The interior of the store seems to have been renovated as there is no trace of the past. There were 4 customers before us and many customers after us. It is a counter-only store, but the counter seats are spaced out as part of the COVID-19 measures. Both my usual companion and I ordered "Miso Orochon 930 yen." During lunchtime, "Half Fried Rice 380 yen" is available for 200 yen. We ordered one "Half Fried Rice." After waiting for 12 minutes, the "Half Fried Rice" arrived. Two minutes later, our two "Miso Orochon" dishes arrived. Miso Orochon Noodles: Sapporo's ramen noodles are medium-thick and curly, the king of Sapporo noodles. The soup is a spicy miso ramen with a mild tonkotsu base. The spiciness comes from red chili peppers, not doubanjiang or kimchi. It's spicy but you can feel the spiciness gently and directly. Adding garlic enhances the umami even more. Ingredients include diced chashu, ground meat, menma, wood ear mushrooms, shredded red chili peppers, green onions, bean sprouts, etc. Price: 930 yen (tax included) Half Fried Rice: The ingredients include finely chopped eggs, chashu, long green onions. It's fluffy and slightly moist, quite tasty. Price: Lunchtime 200 yen (tax included) "Miso Orochon" is a spicy miso ramen. It's a spicy miso ramen that is easy to eat. It's a perfect ramen for the cold winter in Sapporo. Personally, I like the "Half Fried Rice" here. "Orochon" refers to northern ethnic groups, and in Japan, it is used as a general term for various northern ethnic groups. There is no tradition of ritual like a fire festival in "Orochon." It wasn't until 1997 that the "Hokkaido Former Indigenous Peoples Protection Law" was finally abolished. It has only been 24 years since the Ainu people in Japan were no longer legally considered "indigenous people." Until then, they were legally considered "indigenous people." It is a "fire festival of Orochon" that seems to tell the sad history of the Ainu people. I have a feeling that I will order "Miso Orochon" again next time. (laughs) It was delicious, thank you for the feast.
