It's really hard to decide which ones to choose. ★Freshly fried Cheese Hatokku 250 yen There was a freshly fried Cheese Hatokku, and the cheese inside was not mozzarella (probably), but for 250 yen, it was very satisfying. It was piping hot and delicious! I also debated getting the freshly fried curry bread... ★Butter Salt 150 yen Charlie's salt bread is so buttery that it seems like it would make a sizzling sound when you eat it! It's rare to find a salt bread with this much buttery goodness. It was warm and delicious straight out of the oven! ★Cheese Butter Salt 200 yen A salt bread generously topped with mozzarella cheese. The inside of the bread is buttery, so the combination of cheese and butter is a sinful delight. ★Chocolate Orange 240 yen A bread with black cocoa dough, bitter chocolate, orange peel, and chocolate chips. The white powdered sugar on top is beautiful. It's not overly sweet, with just the right amount of bitterness, and the orange peel adds a sweet and sour accent. ★Ruby Grapefruit Brioche 240 yen Brioche dough topped with homemade custard, ruby grapefruit, and pistachios! Charlie's has a wide variety of bread, including this unique grapefruit brioche! It's sweet and sour and delicious! ★Chili Con Carne Quiche 280 yen A quiche with chili con carne and ham processed cheese. Quiches are often priced over 400 yen, so it's great to find a tasty one at this price! Everything was unique and delicious as always! I will definitely go back in the morning! Higashisapporo area in Shiroishi-ku. Visited a popular bakery! Despite it being a Saturday, there was already a line forming right after opening due to its popularity. Upon entering the store and looking at the products, it's clear why it's so popular! The top 5 popular items were listed on the signboard, but the other sweet bread and side dishes looked really delicious as well. The young female staff members at this store provide excellent customer service, making the experience of looking, choosing, and visiting the store perfect! I ended up purchasing 4 out of the top 5 items: - Creamy curry bread: It had a nice balance of spices without being too spicy, enjoyable for both adults and children. Unfortunately, there was a bit less curry roux. The bread dough was delicious. - Melon bread: The crust was crispy and very delicious. Highly recommended! - Butter salt bread: A gentle hint of butter with a normal sweetness in the dough, and a strong saltiness. - Orange red bean bread: I was close to disliking orange red bean bread from a certain chain store, but this one was very tasty. My mother has been really into this place recently (lol). The food is delicious so I can see why she keeps bringing me here (lol). Today we tried different curry breads - pumpkin, orange Danish, and chestnut pie. My mom thinks they're all delicious ⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝⋆*✤ The duck meat and cream cheese sandwich is really good too. It doesn't have mayonnaise, mustard, or anything like that! It's tasty! (lol) Yummy (*´༥`*) The black pepper is a nice touch! This is highly recommended!

It's been a few years since I last visited. The sweet potato parfait is filled with so much sweet potato and black sesame topping, it's beyond amazing! I love it (laughs). The orange yogurt parfait has pistachios on top of orange compote. Inside, it's a mix of orange and yogurt.

I also tried the colorful vegetable gratin tartine (forgot to take a photo), the (shrimp) Americaine pizza, and my son, who loves fried food, chose the cheese hat croissant. We also tried the new bacon onion gratin (sorry, I forgot the name). I think this one was the most delicious. I debated between coming here and going to Cne in Tsukisamu, but lately, with the rise in ingredient prices, the variety seems to have shrunk. We parked in the designated parking lot and went inside. The shop is a bit small, but they had a variety of deli bread that my wife would love. The staff was attentive, offering us freshly baked bread. We bought burgers, sandwiches, and other items, and my wife seemed satisfied. Upon arriving at the shop, I parked my car in the designated parking lot and then headed towards the entrance. I glanced at the popularity ranking of the bread next to the entrance before entering. There was a wide variety of bread displayed on the shelves inside the shop. I grabbed a tray and tongs and purchased "Butter Salt," "Cheese Butter Salt," "Croissant," "Melty Curry Bread," "Hearty Curry Bread," and a sweet pastry called "Fruit." I then left the shop. I started by enjoying the "Cheese Butter Salt" as a snack with wine. The crispy cheese on top and the salty flavor of the bread paired well with the wine. The next morning, I had a breakfast comparing the "Melty Curry Bread" and the "Hearty Curry Bread." The former tasted like beef curry, while the latter had chunks of potatoes and vegetables inside, resembling homemade curry. The "Butter Salt" had a strong buttery flavor with a hint of salt. The "Croissant" also had a rich buttery taste. Lastly, the "Fruit" pastry had a flaky pie crust with a mildly sweet cream filling, complemented by the acidity of raspberries and blueberries. The Taiwanese donut was ¥170 and had a greasy taste rather than being overly sweet, which was not to my liking. The place is in Sapporo, one street off Route 36. You might miss it if you're driving by. The parking lot is on the left side of the store, with designated spots for 4 cars. It may be a bit tricky to park if you have a large car. Despite it being a holiday around 1:30 pm, the store was overflowing with a variety of breads, making it hard to choose. I had already eaten lunch, so I only bought some snacks and breakfast items. Next time, I want to buy a full lunch! I bought a pumpkin bread, UFO bread, frank bread, and crunchy chocolate ring. The pumpkin bread was dense and moist with a slightly unique pumpkin cream flavor. The UFO bread had a dramatically sweet outer layer and a bittersweet chocolate cream inside. The frank bread had a flavorful sausage and was slightly salty. The bread was very soft, probably freshly baked. The crunchy chocolate ring had a marble-textured bread with a light crunch and chocolate drizzle, which I preferred over the crunchy parts. One was a "hearty curry bread" which had a crispy outer layer, not greasy, with a thick yellow curry containing chunks of pork belly. The other one was a "melty curry bread" which I haven't tried yet.
