I had been curious about this restaurant for a long time, so I was taken here for my birthday celebration. The thick-cut beef tongue, the assorted platter, and the top-quality beef intestines were all absolutely delicious! I filled up on the meat and didn’t even make it to the noodles or rice, so I’m planning to eat a bit more strategically next time I come. 😂

I was very satisfied with the taste, quantity, and cost performance. For the 5,800 yen course, I thought I might need to order more meat, but I didn't need any extras at all. I'd like to try other courses next time. It's just a 10-minute walk from my house, so I'm definitely going to come back again.

We chose the 9,800 yen course for a special anniversary celebration. The appetizer, the grilled pork belly, was imbued with a rich sauce and was so tender that it could easily accompany any drink. Next came the meat, and instead of the usual order of lean cuts followed by ribs and then tongue, this restaurant started with the tongue. It was thick, tender, and of high quality—very delicious. Following the tongue were the rib cuts, and I especially appreciated the robust texture of the hanging tender. Finally, a lean cut was served, which surprisingly had just the right amount of fat. I thought it might feel heavy, but the finely marbled fat made it easy to eat. Overall, the meat was served at a perfect temperature, and you could really sense the restaurant's commitment to providing delicious meat to its customers. The cold noodles and dessert at the end were also a delightful palate cleanser. Given the quality of the meat and the generous portions, I believe this is a very reasonably priced restaurant. I'm truly glad to have found such a great place.

All the red meat is delicious! They also offer cuts that I've never heard of before. My favorite is the premium salted beef tongue. The prices are reasonable, so I want to come back multiple times. The owner has a friendly vibe, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very comfortable! They open at 5 PM, so it's a plus that you can make reservations early. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

This restaurant specializes in delicious red meat. I had a combination of tongue and red meat. The thick-cut tongue is highly recommended. All the meat was delicious and well-marbled. It seems that the cuts may vary by day, and on the day I visited, the staff recommended the thick-cut tongue. I definitely want to visit again.

The high-quality, lean meat was so refreshing that I felt I could eat as much as I wanted! I ordered a platter of five types of lean meat, and among them, the "Shinshin" was especially delicious. I visited a live house on the south side of Asagaya Station to listen to folk songs, and I finally came to this restaurant that I had been wanting to try. While red meat is their specialty, I had heard that the offal and short ribs are also delicious. I went there with high expectations, and the delicious meat did not disappoint. Instead of ordering short ribs, we opted for a three-piece set of red meat, adjusting it from a two-person portion to a single portion. When I say red meat, it's different from tuna's red meat; it has a slight hint of fat. You don't want to overcook it. You need to keep an eye on it while cooking before putting it in your mouth. It's not too soft, but it melts in your mouth. Delicious! For the offal, we started with premium beef tongue and then ordered premium tripe and heart. They were refreshing and tasty, and I didn't feel heavy in my stomach. I could eat a lot without trouble. The assortment of namul was also good, and the napa cabbage kimchi was tasty too. I think it's a great place. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it’s not far from the station, so I’ll definitely come again.
