The main attraction here is the sushi at the Eastlight Store Oyachi store on the first floor. On this revisit in the evening of November 15, 2021, there were many items left in the Isshin corner and the Sazae corner at Eastlight Store, including bento and side dishes, which were mostly discounted. I couldn't resist and ended up buying some. I enjoyed the salad roll as a snack before preparing dinner. It would have been better if there was a little more tuna, but it was cheap, so it's fine. The mapo tofu and stuffed bell pepper were added as side dishes for dinner. Although it's supposed to be a fish shop, the meat dishes are also quite delicious. Supermarkets near Shin-Sapporo Station have mediocre side dishes, so I will continue to rely on this store in the future. Or so I thought. The end.

In Capo's Tokiko Store at Otani, Sushi no Isshin offers mainly takeout sushi and side dishes. I tried the Gomoku Onigiri for 110 yen, which had a lower saltiness than expected and was easy to eat. The Salmon Onigiri for 130 yen had rice cooked to my liking, but the salmon was a bit lacking and the seasoning was a bit strong. The Zangi for 276 yen had a slightly strong flavor and could be a good side dish for rice. Overall, the food was cold, but still enjoyable.

I entered Toko Store in February 2016 and tried a sushi set at Isshin, which is a revolving sushi restaurant. The sushi here is fresh and reasonably priced. I ordered the Sakura set this time, which includes local ingredients such as salmon, ikura, sweet shrimp, hokkigai, tsubu, white fish, and tuna. Capo Otoyachi is a takeout shop located inside the Tokko Store in Hikari. This time, I took out two items. First, the fried sweetfish, which has a mild and delicious taste typical of sweetfish. Next, the medium-sized sushi roll filled with plum meat, squid, shiso, and cucumber. The sourness of the plum meat, the refreshing taste of shiso, the crunchy texture of the cucumber, and the chewy texture of the squid all combined to create a delicious sushi. It came with wasabi and soy sauce, but I found it tastier without the wasabi. Personally, I feel that when squid is topped with shiso, adding wasabi affects the flavor. The freshness of the fish at this shop is excellent, so overall the sushi is delicious. I have also seen trout sushi here before, and they occasionally offer rare sushi toppings. They have a variety of fried foods, bento boxes, simmered dishes, and more, which is nice. They also often offer discounts in the evening, so it might be a good idea to buy some on your way home from work. Thank you for the meal!
