The atmosphere in the restaurant, the owner's friendly demeanor and amusing conversations, the delicious food, and the extensive knowledge about alcohol were all fantastic. I also learned a lot about Koenji and places that offer recommended sake, making for a very fulfilling experience! I’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calming, and the staff were friendly and kind, allowing us to have a wonderful evening. They offered a wide variety of sake, including seasonal specials, and each one was incredibly delicious! The food was also tasty, and the timing of the servings was perfect; it felt very well thought out! I want to try the dishes that I couldn’t order this time! Koenji is a bit far, but it’s absolutely worth the trip!

I visited the restaurant around 6 PM on a holiday without a reservation. There were two groups ahead of me, but I was able to enter without any issues. The drink menu focused mainly on sake, featuring about 20 varieties, along with 7 seasonal recommendations. I tried the Shin Tsuchida soda mix, Tanizaka, Nanahon-gun, and Tamagawa, but I found Nanahon-gun to be the most delicious. The menu leaned towards appetizers, so it wasn't the type of place for a full meal where you eat a lot and drink heavily. The appetizers included eggplant ohitashi, tai carpaccio, and yodare-dori. Each dish was small in portion, but they were all tasty and paired well with the sake. I think it's a great spot for a light drink and some snacks.

A friend recommended a sake bar in Koenji. It has a U-shaped counter and it wasn't too crowded, with the owner and staff being very friendly. The selection of sake was just right; today I enjoyed some dried squid as a snack along with Ohmine, Kaze no Mori, Jikon, and Mimuro Sugi. I’d love to come back and enjoy it more leisurely next time.

I found this place on Instagram and thought it would be great for solo drinking, plus it seemed like they had a lot of sake options, so I made a reservation. The owner was very friendly, and as I expected, I had a wonderful time! I ended up ordering more drinks than I intended, and for the first time, I really enjoyed drinking alone!

The quality of the alcohol and the owner’s clear explanations of the drinks were excellent. A friend suggested we check it out, so we made it just before closing time. Thank you to the owner for the warm welcome. In Koenji, where each place has its own unique atmosphere, this spot features a minimalistic and odorless interior. I really appreciated its simplicity. I ordered the sake "Sakamirai" from Juyondai Brewery. Just as the owner described, it had a melon-like smoothness, with a rich texture and fruity sweetness. Wow, this is delicious! It paired perfectly with the grilled dried squid. I’ll definitely go back.
