Welcome! Every year, we visit the Bonbira Station building trip 1217. (The flow is vague)
In August 2013, we decided to stop by for lunch at the Niseko, Higashiyama Milk Factory, which is right there. Everyone says there is wild cuisine that everyone raves about. Let's leave the wild to Sugichan, shall we? Climbing up the hill on the left, we found a lodge. We parked randomly in the spacious parking lot and decided to wait until opening time. The sister who was preparing for the opening was wild, carrying the open flag and dashing to stick it in.
Before saying "Please come in," a lady who didn't read the air entered sideways. I almost lost my temper, but it seemed to show on my face. The restaurant has an open and airy atmosphere, and I want to relax on the bench on the terrace. It also serves as an accommodation, so I said, "Come on over" on Jalan Net.
There are daily specials and regular menu items, and the dishes are mostly American. Let's have a drink with the set menu and wait leisurely. If it's around 2000 yen per night for room only, I would be happy. First, the daily homemade pesto cream sauce arrived. Three types of short pasta with basil sauce, cheese, and plenty of cream! The pasta was chewy, and the richness of the cheese and the hint of basil were wild. It was quite oily, and it would be popular with those who like strong flavors. Or rather, I want to eat it as a side dish with alcohol at night. The famous spare rib plate, regular size! Two long ribs, one short rib, salad, zucchini pickles, and potatoes. By the way, I asked for poutine instead of potatoes. Poutine is like Lucky Pierrot with fried potatoes, gravy sauce, and lots of cheese. This one might have a lighter cheese taste? The spare rib sauce was recommended as Asian sauce, Smoky Chili, which turned out to be a slightly spicy, sweet, and thick ketchup sauce. The tenderness of the meat that easily comes off the bone with a slight tug was amazing. The sweetness and flavor that come from the meat are lip-smacking. Even the skin that should be attached to the bone came off easily! The cartilage at the joints was soft, and all that was left were three bone remnants. The sweetness was so intense that my hand stopped midway, but the salad and potatoes were a good break for the chopsticks. I wonder what it would be like to have this with rice. The sauce was good, but I realized I prefer barbecue sauce. This can definitely be called a specialty! I want to enjoy the fun of biting into it heartily on the terrace outside, with a beer in one hand, which only guests staying overnight can do! Thank you for the meal! Oh, I forgot to ask how much the overnight stay is.
