We went to this restaurant for the first time with a friend. It seems that it's within walking distance from my friend's home, but she didn't know about it despite having passed by many times in her youth. She was very impressed by the harami (skirt steak). Indeed, the harami here is the best and strongest.

I visited the yakiniku restaurant Akane in the Umeda area for the first time. It was not crowded even though it was past 8 pm on a weekday. This restaurant is known for offering delicious meat at a good cost performance. The counter has charcoal grills lined up, and you eat in the midst of smoke. The beef tongue had a slightly strong salt and pepper flavor, but the size and taste were good. The sauce is miso-based, so it goes well with any type of meat. Rice is a must. Personally, I thought the tripe was delicious. I will definitely come back!

You can easily enjoy yakiniku in Umeda, all seats are at the counter so it's perfect for dining alone. Honestly, I don't think the taste is that great, but it's convenient for when you just want to eat some meat quickly. The staff are also polite.

Under the elevated railway of Hankyu train, there is a shop with only a counter. The smell coming from it is so enticing that you can't help but wander in. The staff, mostly older sisters, work quickly and efficiently, so the turnover rate is high. Even if there's a line, you can usually get in pretty quickly and enjoy delicious meat. It's such an efficient and happy moment to eat meat quickly and happily! I came back feeling so happy! :)

Midsummer daytime. I wanted to have yakiniku and beer, so I came here. It was Saturday afternoon and all the nearby restaurants had long lines. However, this restaurant had only one customer ahead of me. I was able to enter without waiting! Lucky! But the air conditioner inside was not working well, and they were using a fan at full blast. It was hot! The restaurant only has a counter, so I think it's best for up to two people. You order by writing the dishes you want on a paper. The salted tongue was delicious! The saltiness was just right. The hormone was also clean, and the kalbi was tasty. The draft beer was served in a really big glass, it felt like it was not a medium but a large! It was delicious. This is a perfect place for a solo lunch yakiniku.

They also offer lunch, but I didn't realize there were two types of liver dishes and there was no daikon kimchi, which was disappointing. The bean sprout side dish seemed a bit pricey for the portion size. However, the meat had good thickness and could be enjoyed slowly even when grilled over charcoal. The meat options included beef tripe, liver, skirt steak, and intestine. I had two beers along with the bean sprout side dish, all for 5000 yen. It's hot, but the provided fan was a nice touch.

After playing golf, I visited this yakiniku restaurant, Akane, for the first time. I had heard that it offers good value for money and I had been wanting to go there for a while. I ordered a kimchi assortment, premium salted tongue, harami, premium skirt steak, fresh liver, and some other items. The seating was a bit cramped with acrylic dividers. The service was fast and all the staff were women. The portions were generally five pieces, which was a bit awkward. It would have been better if they were six pieces or an even number like four or eight. The beef tongue was tender and delicious, with a nice sweetness. The sauce was also delicious, with a thin consistency and a flavorful broth. The hormone (offal) was also tasty. The atmosphere, prices, and sauce reminded me of Tahei in Namba, which I love. I had been looking for this kind of old-fashioned yakiniku restaurant in Osaka. It's a rare find in the city. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant on a regular night after work without a reservation, but luckily they had an opening and I was seated right away! I ordered a variety of grilled meats. The lady working there was very friendly and created a nice atmosphere. The meat was incredibly delicious, and personally, I really liked the thick-cut tongue! I ordered the premium yakiniku set and premium sirloin set. Despite the smoke from the charcoal grill making my eyes water (lol), the meal was very delicious and I was completely satisfied with my lunch. It is located about a 5-minute walk from Umeda Station under the Hankyu elevated railway. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but since we arrived after 11 o'clock, there was only one other customer. The set includes kimchi, wakame soup, raw cabbage, and finally the hormone with rice. The rice portion was unexpectedly large, and they offer free refills! But if you ask for a refill, you'll definitely run out of meat (laughs). The hormone was fresh and delicious, but a bit more would have been nice. The rice portion at the beginning was too much, leaving me with not enough meat. Who needs a stylish restaurant? I visited the popular yakiniku restaurant "Akane" that I had been wanting to try. It was crowded with many customers, and I had to endure the smell and smoke while waiting to be seated. Luckily, there were two available seats when I arrived. We started with beer and highballs for a toast.
- Thick-cut tongue: Two thick slices of tongue that were perfectly cooked by the waitress. They were juicy and tender, with the meat juices dancing in my mouth. I couldn't resist ordering seconds.
- Seared liver: Fresh and beautifully cooked liver that tasted like I was eating it raw. It was so delicious that I want to order it again.
- Top belly: It had a decent chewiness and a good meaty flavor, but it wasn't particularly impressive.
- Top loin: Thinly sliced loin meat that was lightly seared on both sides and rolled up with vegetables. It was the most delicious meat with a good amount of fat.
- Top skirt: The texture was perfect with no hint of unpleasant smell. It had a nice chewiness and a rich flavor.
- Kimchi assortment: A set of kimchi with napa cabbage and kakuteki. It was not too spicy and didn't overpower the yakiniku.
- Namul: A set of four different namuls made with care. The daikon and carrot namul were particularly delicious.
Overall, the quality of the meat was good, but the prices were a bit high. The place was still very popular, with a few groups waiting by the time we finished our meal.

Near Umeda Station, I suddenly felt like eating yakiniku and headed to a yakiniku restaurant under the elevated tracks! It's a bit smoky inside, but they have a place to store your belongings with plastic covers, so I felt relieved about the smoke. They have my favorite seared liver! I visited after a long time. They have great lunch deals, including set meals. This is a traditional charcoal-grilled restaurant under the guard. The sauce here is delicious and goes well with the rice. All the meat was delicious and tender. The yakiniku set meal was 1,320 yen including tax. I was very satisfied with the option to have seconds of rice. I will definitely go back at night as well.
