Seasonal Coffee / Noel 2022 Tart / Chocolat Rouge - leaving aside the sweets, today I happened to come across a scene where a small child and their mother were taking a commemorative photo inside the store. It was just before Christmas, and the background was decorated with Christmas decorations. The child was wearing a red outfit. I was initially just standing by, listening to the cheers from those around who were encouraging the photo session. But gradually, I started to feel warm and happy. In the end, I expressed my happiness to the staff while greeting them, and they were delighted. May everyone find happiness. ^_^

The high ceiling and relaxing atmosphere made it a wonderful time to enjoy coffee. Although the cake I wanted was sold out, I opted for the chocolate cake which was delicious. It paired perfectly with the coffee. There were many couples and groups of ladies around, but personally, I found it to be a comfortable space even for solo visitors. I also bought some coffee jelly as a souvenir on my way out. It was enjoyable to browse through the various souvenirs available.

The cafe near Asahikawa Station has an exterior made of brick, resembling a warehouse as its name suggests. The interior has sofa seats and offers a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The siphon coffee served is authentic and delicious, with generous portions. With a dedicated parking lot, it is recommended for a rest during your travels. Our orders were: - Guatemala Coffee for 825 yen - Chocolat Latte for 748 yen - Shibusto for 528 yen (Set with sweets and drink for 50 yen off) The Guatemala coffee was a medium-dark roast, easy to drink yet with a rich flavor. The mug was well-warmed, and the small size allowed for enjoying the coffee hot by adding small amounts at a time. The Shibusto had apple filling with a cinnamon taste, offering various textures and delicious flavors. Overall, the stylish siphon caught our attention upon entering the cafe. The spacious interior and cozy ambiance make it a place you would want to visit often if it were near your home.

I visited Mori Hiko in Asahikawa for the first time. The Mori Hiko in Sapporo is stylish, but Asahikawa is also very stylish. The coffee served with a syphon was delicious! The miso-flavored toast was also delicious! There is still so much more to explore in Asahikawa's gourmet scene.

A cafe renovated from a brick warehouse built in 1909. The high ceilings and nice atmosphere caught my eye during my visit to Hokkaido. The exterior was also stylish. Inside, there was a great sense of openness and it was lovely. I ordered an Ethiopia Strawberry Mocha (including tax 748 yen) and a Gâteau Chocolat (including tax 462 yen). I was aiming for cheesecake or tart, but unfortunately, most of the sweets were sold out that day, and there were only 2 Gâteau Chocolats left. I accidentally ordered a medium roast instead of my usual dark roast. There were many unique coffees on the menu, and I was drawn to them. Of course, it turned out to be a medium roast. As for the Gâteau Chocolat, well... I prefer it to be more moist. The atmosphere was great, so I ended up spending a relaxing time there.

I visited around 6:00 pm in the evening. The exterior of the cafe was so attractive that I was drawn to enter. The interior also had a nice atmosphere, with the pleasant aroma of coffee lingering in the air. I resisted the temptation to have a cup of coffee there as I didn't want to be too stimulated by caffeine and have trouble sleeping at night, so I bought a drip bag to enjoy at home. The next day, I brewed it and it was delicious! It had a classical taste, not too acidic or bitter, just a simple and traditional deliciousness. I would love to bring my favorite book next time and leisurely enjoy a freshly brewed coffee inside the cafe!

I love June the most throughout the year ❤️. The days get longer, and I can wear light clothes instead of heavy layers. If the weather is good, I feel like going out and not staying at home. Today is warm and nice, I like it!! I wandered around (laughs). It's my second visit to Morihiko-san. The atmosphere is nice and calming. Today, there were many stylish young people. I ordered coffee and peach cake. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

During lunchtime, two of us went around the shop and it didn't feel busy. The ordering was table service, but it took over 10 minutes for someone to come to us, so we had to call them over. The mint flavor for May was sweeter than expected, but it was delicious. It felt like something you would want to drink with coffee. The interior of the shop was spacious with sofas, making it very relaxing. The exterior also looked lovely. Surprisingly, there were quite a few people there for a weekday.

Mori Hiko's Asahikawa branch has become quite famous as a stylish cafe. It is located a short walk from Asahikawa Station in a building renovated from a warehouse, making it spacious and stylish. They offer a wide variety of coffee options to choose from. The coffee is served using a siphon method, providing a generous portion. It is a delicious and trendy cafe.

In April 2021, I visited a stylish brick-built shop with a distinctive exterior. The interior was spacious and very stylish. As soon as you enter, you see a lot of siphons lined up. Of course, both my friend and I ordered Morihiko Coffee. Each siphon was carefully brewed, and the aroma was really good, spreading happiness with every sip. I also couldn't resist ordering the strawberry fruit sandwich. The cream was so rich and delicious, I wondered if they used Hokkaido cream. It was delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

We visited the restaurant around 2:20 PM on November 13, 2020 with three people. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and stylish. We were seated at a four-person table and I ordered a caramel latte and a gâteau fromage. The gâteau fromage had a stylish presentation and looked delicious. The caramel latte was sweet and comforting on a cold day in Asahikawa. The cake was also delicious. My two companions also enjoyed their food and had a refill of coffee. It was my first visit to Asahikawa, and I thought it would be nice if there were Mori Hiko in Tokyo too.

"Mori Hiko" in Asahikawa, I'm alone, spinning around and feeling dizzy. It's time to check into a hotel, but I decided to try another place first. I ended up at a familiar restaurant, but it was closed due to COVID. I found another option, "Mori Hiko," with parking nearby. Despite previously claiming not to like it, I was drawn in by the atmosphere. I sat at a sofa table and was impressed by the special menu presentation. I ordered a deep coffee, which was rich and fruity, with a pleasant aftertaste. The experience was enjoyable, and I was surprised by how good "Mori Hiko" was. The staff were friendly and the coffee was worth the price. It was a great find, and I'll definitely be back.

First Mori Hiko Coffee ☕️. I've always wanted to come here, but I've been refraining from eating out due to the influence of the coronavirus. However, it seemed like the residents of Asahikawa were refraining too much, so personally, I decided to gradually start going out adopting the new Hokkaido style. It was hot today, so I had planned to drink beer, but they didn't have any! The staff had mentioned that the menu was limited, but I never expected there to be no beer! Shocking. Today, I'll just have coffee. 1909 Coffee. It was served with a siphon, so there was enough for two cups. It was delicious. I would have been happier if I could have had both coffee and beer, but I'll endure. I'll look forward to the next time. The atmosphere is great! You can relax and take your time.

Stylish and spacious! The stylish sofa and table create a great atmosphere! It's spacious even with kids, so I think it's great! The coffee selection was plentiful and delicious! There is no parking lot, but there is a parking nearby that you can use, which costs 100 yen for 60 minutes, so it's convenient!

Checked in at a hotel in Asahikawa in the early evening. Walked on the snowy sidewalk and found a cozy little cafe called Morihiko's Asahikawa. Ordered a drink and a cake, and enjoyed a relaxing time. The sweet coffee made me crave for another cup, so I decided to go for ramen next!

I heard that two new stores of Mr. Morihiko opened in Asahikawa, so I went to check them out! At first, I couldn't enter because the entrance door was heavy and wouldn't open... After managing to open it, I entered a stylish space!! I waited a bit and then took my seat. I had coffee brewed with a siphon and a cake. Both the coffee and the cake were delicious. My niece ordered a parfait, but she found the coffee jelly to have a more adult taste (´∀`). The parfait was surprisingly large. Since there was quite a line, we decided to leave early, but I recommend trying the siphon coffee when you have time. It was a lot of coffee that I couldn't finish in a short time. I want to go back leisurely next time! I also bought a Florentine from Mari Pierre. The Mari Pierre shop in Sapporo is also very stylish, so I want to go there again! It's a shame that it's not near Sapporo Station, so it's hard to go there often.

The previous store's interior is completely different, and it has become a very lovely space. The high ceiling and spacious interior were a pleasant surprise. There was no trace of the previous store's smell. I was drawn to the delicious coffee at this place. The siphon-brewed coffee was a separate menu item with a variety of options, making it hard to choose. I decided to try the "1909" coffee. Even though I was quite full from lunch, I couldn't resist the parfait with my favorite Mont Blanc flavor inside. The staff, about four of them, were all cute, friendly, and polite. The "1909" coffee had a nice balance of mild acidity, moderate bitterness, and rich aroma. The Brazilian coffee had a hint of chocolate scent but was more subtle in the aftertaste, which I also enjoyed. The siphon brewing method produced a generous amount of delicious coffee. The cozy atmosphere was also delightful. The parfait arrived with Mont Blanc cream on top, coffee jelly underneath, and a lemon-flavored crunchy caramel-like layer at the bottom. The overall sweetness was subtle, making it a sophisticated dessert. I'll have to come back for the alcohol menu next time. Thank you for the meal.

Second store of "Morihiko" in Asahikawa. The renovated red brick warehouse near Asahikawa Station has a very atmospheric building. Inside, there is a stylish space with various types of seats, creating a trendy atmosphere. Morihiko offers coffee brewed with a siphon for the first time. The menu includes desserts that pair well with it. This shop also has a collaboration with "Otokoyama," so the alcohol menu is extensive, featuring sake, sake-based cocktails, beer, champagne, and snacks to go with them. Although I wanted to try the alcohol, I opted for the siphon-brewed coffee, ordering the "Morihiko Red Brick 1909 Limited Blend" (680 yen, excluding tax) and the "A La Mode Parfait" (990 yen). The Red Brick 1909 Limited Blend is a unique blend exclusive to this shop, featuring a base of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe blended with Tanzanian and Mandheling beans, offering a balanced sweetness and acidity. The coffee is served with a siphon, providing two cups in a generous serving. The A La Mode Parfait includes pudding topped with orange, strawberry, kiwi, blueberry, and banana. Beneath the pudding and fruit are ice cream, whipped cream, crushed cookies, and at the bottom, a tangy "apple jelly." It was a juicy and flavorful parfait. The cafe offers a comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy a leisurely time in a unique and lovely space. The experience was very pleasant, and I look forward to trying the alcohol next time.

I also stayed overnight! Great atmosphere. It was a pity that the bar was not open on that day.

My partner wanted to eat pancakes, so we decided to come back to this cozy place we liked. Today, we found out that they also exhibit and sell paintings here. The prices were a bit high, so I carefully checked the menu twice, but unfortunately, they didn't have pancakes. I felt bad for my partner. I ended up ordering an iced coffee, and the server had a surprisingly low voice that made me think of a member of the comedy duo "Kirimu." Every time I heard their voice, I couldn't help but chuckle, wondering if they were doing it on purpose or practicing for a morning meeting. The iced coffee was delicious. Sorry for being such an insensitive customer.

Due to the crowdedness resulting in multiple waiting groups, the service was unfortunately not as good as before. It's understandable due to the wait, but seating one person at a four-person table seemed a bit off. The coffee and cake were still delicious as always.
