Wagyu Beef and Pai Pork Course (Shabu-Shabu) – 5,500 yen I had a bit of a connection that led me to visit this restaurant. I arrived at a slightly early dinner time, and the place was nearly empty. An employee from Southeast Asia taught me how to enjoy shabu-shabu, while I, a Japanese person, felt a bit awkward. The vegetables were colorful, and the meat had a nice amount of fat. I enjoyed dipping it in ponzu and sesame sauce. The ponzu had a gentle citrus flavor. For some reason, they also served me pig's ear. The udon noodles for the final dish were of a softer texture, and I wished I had some rice instead. It felt like the restaurant mainly targets customers from China and South Korea, including hotel guests.
