Have you tried the fluffy creamy espuma ramen that is very popular among women? This popular restaurant in Teradacho, Osaka, called "Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi Sohonten," has a long line in front of it, especially before noon. They have even won a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. The owner of this place trained at the popular ramen shop "Ramen Style JUNK STORY" in Osaka, which unfortunately had a sudden accident recently. The ramen costs 770 yen, or 880 yen with a flavored egg. The chicken white broth ramen with foamy yuzu topping is visually stunning and delicious. The shop has a spacious interior with counter and box seats, as well as a noodle-making room. They use domestically produced wheat and homemade noodles without any chemical seasonings or Chinese ingredients. The atmosphere and service are great, making it a place you'll want to visit again.

I visited this place about a year ago and had ramen, and I've been curious about the Maze Niboshi Junkie ever since. Finally, I visited and tried it. Despite being called "Junkie," it had a generous amount of dried sardine powder and had a refined taste. There were two types of chicken on top, which allowed me to enjoy the meatiness as well!

After playing futsal, feeling a bit dizzy, I decided to visit Mazeni Bojankee which I hadn't been to in a while. It was full but there was no line, so I was able to get in pretty quickly. I ordered the large Mazeni Bojankee, a small rare chashu rice bowl, and one piece of fried chicken. The Mazeni Bojankee had a great balance of broth and was very flavorful with a generous portion. The rare chashu was also delicious with a unique taste. However, I made a mistake by ordering the rice bowl without knowing it came with extra rice, and the sauce on the rare chashu was too sweet for my liking. The fried chicken, on the other hand, was juicy and tasty. Next time, I think I'll try their regular ramen.

Fuku-Ryu Ramen for 900 yen.

Visited the last ramen shop in Osaka for the Ramen WEST Top 100 Shops tour. The foam of the gentle chicken flavor spreads in the mouth, and the savory soy sauce taste is irresistible. The creamy texture is the strength of Tetsu (Wadachi) shop. The noodles are smooth with a firm chewiness and a refreshing texture. The rare chashu is slightly thin and moist, allowing you to enjoy the meaty deliciousness. As it heats up, the original savory taste becomes even more delicious. It was delicious - thank you for the meal!

Osaka 100 Famous Shops Tour ✨ Located just a 2-minute walk from Teradacho Station!! When you think of Tetsu, do you imagine chicken shio ramen? The niboshi (dried sardine) flavor is also really delicious. This time, I ordered the niboshi ramen. The soup had a layer of back fat floating on top, is this the En 3-Jo style? It was a light yet flavorful bowl, with a strong aftertaste of oil. Thank you for the meal!

I went again~ (lol) I couldn't resist after eating Mazeni Bojaniku (lol) For lunch, I ordered the Mazeni Bojaniku in large size with extra garlic and a soft-boiled egg! Last time, I regretted not getting the large size after ordering the regular size, so this time I made sure to get the large size! And boy, did I regret it - as you can see from the photo, the regular and large sizes are completely different. The large size has a crazy amount of soup! At first, I thought "Is this really the amount?" because it was so much. But when I tasted it, it was delicious! It was so good that I couldn't leave any behind. I thought about leaving some, but it was too tasty to waste! And the problem was the rice at the end! I asked for it, of course! And I finished it all! Dive rice is so delicious, right? (The dive rice looks pretty good this time, doesn't it?) I will definitely go again! Please wait for me!

Long time no see! I started craving Mazenibo, so I went to Teppesan after finishing my late-night work for breakfast/lunch. I ordered the Mazenibo Junkie SP with a soft-boiled egg on top. I debated getting the large size, but ended up getting the regular size. The ramen came with diced chashu, thinly sliced chashu, and more. And of course, the soft-boiled egg! The Mazenibo powder was generously sprinkled on top. I mixed it all together and dug in! It was delicious! I was worried about having so much Mazenibo on top, but it was perfect! The soup was also delicious! It was a bit on the rich side due to mixing everything together, but the Mazenibo paired perfectly with it. I had almost forgotten how good this was! I will definitely be going back. Oh, and they even serve rice as a finishing touch! It got a bit messy, but I'll still share a photo. I will definitely be going back!!!

Visited on Sunday, no wait at 19:47, seated. Half full at 19:52 when dishes arrived at 20:06. Left when it was still half full. Located about a 2-minute walk from Teradacho Station.
- Crab Miso Ramen ¥1300
A unique ramen with a strong crab flavor and a kick of garlic. It's a bit tricky to know when to put in the toppings as the soup can cool down quickly, but the flavor subtly changes as you eat, making it quite enjoyable.

Menu ordered: Ajitama Mazeni Bojankee for 1100 yen
The restaurant is located a 2-minute walk from Teradacho Station. There is a parking lot nearby, making it convenient to go by car. It was around 7:00 PM when I arrived, and I was able to enter smoothly. Inside the restaurant, there were counter seats surrounding the kitchen and table seats at the back. After purchasing my meal from the touch panel ticket machine near the entrance, I took my seat. The food arrived in about 10 minutes.
The soup had a strong umami flavor from the dried fish, enhanced by the richness of the pork fat, and a salty soy sauce-based sauce. The noodles were chewy and had a good elasticity, with a thick straight noodle. The texture was satisfying, and it felt great in the mouth.
As for toppings, there were chashu pork, green onions, diced onions, and fish powder. The chashu pork was thick and had a firm texture with a rich meaty flavor. The cut was not very neat. The addition of fish powder gave a strong dried fish flavor.
I finished by diving into the rice and enjoyed every bite. There were other customers of the same gender who ordered the same menu, and they were asked about paper aprons, but I was not asked anything. It's fine either way, but it somehow caught my attention. Thank you for the meal.

Order: Fukuryu Ramen (regular) with seasoned egg, and a small rare chashu bowl. Arrived around 1:00 PM. The interior of the restaurant had a fairly spacious layout, with about half the seats occupied. I ordered the white tonkotsu ramen with foam, along with the rare chashu bowl. Upon trying to eat the chashu bowl first, I was surprised to find that the bowl was extremely hot. I was caught off guard when I tried to pick it up normally. It would have been helpful if they had warned me that it was hot at the time of serving. The chashu had a good texture and was delicious with the flavorful sauce. The ramen, on the other hand, was slightly different from what I had imagined, with a hint of acidity giving it a refreshing taste. The noodles were thin with a good firmness. It wasn't bad, but I felt that it lacked a distinct character due to its lightness. I would like to try their dried fish ramen next time.

I slurped up the Mazeni Bo Junkie SP ramen at Fuku-ryu Ramen Teppou Sokenoya in Terada-cho for ¥1200. Many customers have commented that, true to its name, once you try it, you'll find yourself coming back for more. Despite the risky-sounding name, this dish is free from artificial seasonings. The noodles are generously topped with soy sauce, soup, stir-fried green onions in lard, dried fish powder, and pork chashu. Devour the noodles heartily, and when you finish them, ask for a small portion of rice as a finishing touch. The slightly light ending left a sense of happiness. It was a delicious meal. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant as a second stop for lunch on a regular day. I arrived around 11:30 and was able to be seated right away. The restaurant had only two other customers at the time. This place has five locations in Osaka and Tokyo, and their popular menu item is chicken broth ramen made with foam. The interior had a clean and spacious feel, with 11 counter seats and two 4-seater tables. There were no dividers between the counter seats, and the spacing was wide. The walls were orange and white, giving a clean look. There was also a noodle-making room in the back, which made the space quite roomy. I ordered the "Niboshi Ramen" for 900 yen. It arrived in about 7 minutes. The soup had a decent umami flavor from the dried sardines, with no bitterness or fishiness, and a clean taste from the bonito flakes and kelp used in the broth. However, it may not satisfy those looking for a rich and thick soup. Personally, I felt that the seasoning oil, possibly made from dried sardines, was a bit too much, and the soy sauce flavor didn't suit my taste. The homemade medium-thick noodles were cooked just right, with a nice chewy texture and a strong wheat flavor. The toppings included pork shoulder, chicken breast, chopped green onions, and regular onions. The pork shoulder was a bit tough to chew due to the fatty parts, but the chicken breast was moist and had a good texture. Even for those who don't like dried sardines, this ramen is still quite enjoyable. While each component had its good points, I felt that they didn't quite come together perfectly. Overall, it was a decent meal.

Special Crab Miso Ramen ¥1300, Extra Noodles ¥160, Ma Zeni Bojankee ¥1000. The crab miso is rich and flavorful, with a deep complexity that permeates from beginning to end. The special toppings are served separately from the ramen, with roasted pork that has a sweet outer layer and a deep, rich flavor that lingers. The aroma of herbs and yuzu in the chicken chashu is prominent. The richness of the flavored egg complements the soup well. Overall, it was a delightful experience. In conclusion, I will definitely be back for more. #ramen #noodles #tsukemen #hiyashi chuka #tonkotsu ramen #pork bone ramen #fish and pork bone #dried fish ramen #soy sauce ramen #miso ramen #salt ramen #chicken white broth ramen #chicken white broth #chashu #abura soba #Taiwanese mixed noodles #tantanmen

"Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi Sohonke" in Teradacho, Tennoji-ku, Osaka City has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Ramen Restaurants in the West" by Tabelog. Located just across the street from the north exit of JR Loop Line Teradacho Station, you can purchase the "Special Fukuryu Ramen" (¥1300 including tax) at the ticket machine on the left side of the entrance. The main seating area is at the counter, but there are also table seats in the back. The interior is surprisingly spacious compared to the exterior. After purchasing your ticket, you will be served in just a few minutes. The presentation of the ramen is quite impressive.
- Soup: The soup consists of two types of foam, "Yuzu and Kombu broth" and "Chicken white broth", which is the highlight of this ramen.
- Flavored Egg: The flavor and half-boiled texture of the egg are just right. When cut in half, the foam soup mixes well, creating a delicious taste.
- Chicken Chashu and Pork Shoulder Chashu: The thickness of the chashu provides a satisfying texture. Especially the Pork Shoulder Chashu has a nice balance of meatiness and lightness due to the addition of Yuzu foam, making it quite delicious.
- Noodles: The noodles go well with the soup, sliding smoothly into your mouth and leaving a lingering taste of the foam soup. The chopped onions add a nice crunch to the overall experience.
Overall, this ramen is excellently crafted with attention to detail in each ingredient. The quality at this price point is highly satisfying. I recommend everyone to try this ramen at least once. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

Teramachi-cho, Fukuryu Ramen Teji Teramachi-cho Main Store. Ajitama (flavored egg) for 1000 yen. What is this? Fluffy. Creamy yet the soup at the bottom is rich in broth and not lacking. There is also a refreshing lemon-like mousse. Perfectly matched with homemade noodles. Truly deserving of being a top 100 restaurant and a Bib Gourmand. It was delicious.

"Fuku-Ryu Ramen Wadachi Sohonke" is a ramen shop located just a short walk from JR Teradacho Station North Exit in Osaka. This shop has been selected three times in the past as one of the top 100 ramen shops in the west. The flavorful fish broth soup with a hint of citrus such as yuzu was quite delicious. The ramen is known for its foam-style fish broth and is one of the best in Osaka. When I visited on a holiday afternoon, the shop was relatively empty, and I could comfortably sit at the counter with empty seats on both sides. You order using a ticket machine, and I chose the Fuku-Ryu Ramen. The ramen was served promptly after being seated, and the presentation of the foam-covered soup was impressive. The soup had a strong umami flavor from the fish broth, complemented by the citrusy taste of yuzu. The noodles were slightly thin but had a decent texture. Overall, the ramen was enjoyable, although the price has increased from the past. The taste, service, and atmosphere of the shop remained consistent, and I would rate it above 3.5 stars. I hope that the Fuku-Ryu Ramen will continue to be a dish I look forward to enjoying occasionally in the future.

When I visited a while ago, I didn't think much of it, but this time the ramen was delicious. I think the fact that there is oil floating on top means that they are always serving hot ramen. I still don't really understand the meaning of the fluffy foam, but I think they are making the soy sauce-based soup creamy to bring out the flavor. The rare chashu rice bowl was amazing. The flavor of the chashu is perfectly intertwined with the caramelized top, like a brulee. Definitely worth ordering for only 220 yen. Even the small size here is satisfying enough.

I tried the special large serving of Mazeni Bojan-ki. The dried fish powder that stuck to the noodles was just the right accent and delicious. The chashu had both melt-in-your-mouth chashu and rare chashu, which was very satisfying. The fact that you get free extra rice is a big plus. I definitely want to go back again.

Teradamachi Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi Head Office Mazeni Bojan Special, with extra noodles. The saltiness is quite strong, so I wish there were items for flavor variation like vinegar, spiciness, or garlic. It's delicious, but I get tired of it! The pink chashu is really tasty, I want more of that. The brown chunky chashu is normal. The rice at the end is a nice finish and leaves you feeling full. 😊

This is an account run by a ramen shop employee who only shares about ramen! Please follow us! [@kanegon.ramen]. [Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi Main Store] (Osaka, Teradamachi) Special Fukuryu Ramen ¥1300 Rare Chashu Don ¥350 around ★★★★★4.6 __________________________ Visit Date: 04/05/2023 [Noodles] The medium-thick straight and chewy noodles are amazing. They lift up the soup well. The firmness is just right, with a soft surface due to perfect boiling. [Soup] The soup is easy to taste, thanks to its foamy texture. The chicken white broth with yuzu foam allows you to enjoy it twice. The rich chicken white broth is elegant and not too heavy, with a high concentration that coats the noodles well. When mixed with yuzu foam, it gradually becomes refreshing with a good aftertaste. This is truly an art. [Toppings] The rare chashu is incredibly delicious. The pink rare chashu is high in rarity. If you soak it in the soup, it will cook, so those who like it rare should eat it quickly. The texture also changes completely. [Bowl] Ordering the rare chashu don was a great choice. A must-order. The sauce, in foam form, is placed on top of the rare chashu don. Both the taste and texture have been carefully considered, making it completely different from a regular rare chashu don. The rare chashu itself is incredibly delicious, so I was impressed. [Atmosphere] The interior has only counter seats. There is also a noodle-making room in the back, giving it a true ramen shop atmosphere. [Next Visit] I'm curious about the dried fish, so I will definitely come back to eat it! [Overall Evaluation] I was happy to eat a bowl that exceeded my expectations. In terms of taste, I think it's No. 1 in the fierce ramen battleground! (I haven't been to other shops, so I don't know). I ordered the noodles with boiled egg. I went just before the last order time and was able to get in without waiting. The soup was full of dried sardines and was incredibly delicious. The chashu was tender, and I was satisfied with diving the rice into the soup at the end.
