In my hometown of Sapporo, there is a stylish Genghis Khan (Mongolian BBQ) restaurant called "Be." They are very particular about everything here. Even the cola comes in a fancy glass with a lemon slice. It's luxurious for something kids drink (lol). The meat, of course, is top-notch. The raw lamb loin, lamb chops, heart, all glisten beautifully. I think I prefer the sauce with lots of garlic in it. The white eggplant I added at the end was amazing. It absorbed all the fat from the Genghis Khan pot and turned into the most delicious eggplant. Thank you for the meal. I love lamb meat.

The service and taste of the food are impeccable, with a special touch of adding a slice of lemon to a simple cola. Although the menu is limited, each dish is delicious, including both meat and vegetables, making it easy to keep ordering without getting bored. Unlike other tourist-oriented restaurants with a wide range of frozen options, this place stands out. Just visiting this restaurant alone makes the trip to Hokkaido worthwhile.

I completely forgot to update my visit on 2023.03.29 (^_^;) I found out about this place opening around 3/26 and decided to make a page and visit. There are about 6 counter seats and table seats at the back. Is this a suddenly popular place? It seems like you need a reservation to get in (^^ゞ I heard in advance that the lamb shoulder loin is 1,200 yen and the lamb rump is 1,000 yen! Even if it's expensive, it's still around that price, right? But when I visited... (sweat) It's actually cheaper and around that price (^^ゞ I found out that the owner used to be a chef! This is their first Genghis Khan restaurant. But they focus not only on using fresh meat but also on managing the meat to be in the most delicious state (*^^*) And what surprised me was the amount of vegetables from the start! Is this first serving of vegetables a service? The additional vegetables are listed for 300 yen on the menu (sweat) Maybe it comes as a set with the shichirin and pot. If that's the case, I'm excited (*^^*) The meat is really good (*^^*) They recommend eating it rare, which I was planning to do anyway (*´艸｀*)ｳﾌﾟﾌﾟ The lamb shoulder loin is delicious♪ I won't write unnecessary things. But it's delicious♪♪ The rump tasted like usual. I tried lamb sausage for the first time, and it wasn't too gamey, so even people who don't like lamb might enjoy it. I added more vegetables and ordered another lamb shoulder loin because it's so delicious (*´艸｀*)ｳﾌﾟﾌﾟ Oh! I got carried away, so the bill is probably going to be high, I'm sure (^_^;) It's a great hidden gem of a restaurant. It would be appreciated for casual business entertainment as well.

Congratulations on the grand opening of the store~♪ I finally got a chance to visit after not being able to go for a while! The restaurant mainly has a counter with 8 seats, and there are also spacious tables in the back. On the day I went, there was a group of about 8 customers, but I think normally it's two tables for 4 people each? They offer three types of Genghis Khan (grilled lamb): loin, shoulder loin, and fillet. You can really taste the quality of the aged shoulder loin, it's delicious! I forgot to take a picture, but the sausages were also quite good! Enjoy some tasty meat while sipping on your drink!

I had Genghis Khan for the first time and it was really delicious. The manager explained that they thoroughly remove the blood, so there was no smell at all. The draft beer was ice-cold and tasty, we all ended up having two glasses each. The interior and restroom were clean and jazz music was playing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely visit again.
