[SAMURAI COFFEE] After finishing lunch, I was planning to explore a new store, and coincidentally, I found this place that is easy to access! I came here for a light dessert and post-meal coffee. There is a convenient parking lot in front of the store, and the cozy interior allows for a stay of up to 60 minutes. I tried the "Seasonal Sweet Set" with the Samurai Blend coffee, which is described as having a strong and deep flavor. It was just to my liking as I prefer a strong flavor without too much acidity. The coffee had a strong flavor without a bitter aftertaste, which I liked. The almond jelly dessert was not too sweet, just right, with a nice firm texture and a touch of gold powder for a stylish touch. The lovely store owner and cute interior provided a soothing experience. It seems to be popular among regulars who also opt for takeout.

A wonderful coffee shop with a coffee-loving owner. You can feel their dedication and it's so nice. Now, which one to choose... I prefer a rich, strong, charcoal-roasted type. The recommended one is the "Samurai Coffee" 200g for 1200 yen. It's a classic here. You can make coffee at home. The aroma is nice and the taste takes you to a soothing place. There's also a cafe corner inside where you can enjoy your coffee. I bet the coffee made by the owner tastes different. He really loves coffee! The coffee was delicious. Handsome owner too! I'll definitely go back. Delicious!

I am alone in Sapporo until morning at my second daughter's house. Today, I was told we would be doing activities together, but things didn't go as planned, so I decided to stick to the schedule I made this morning and visited five places. The fifth place was a coffee shop called "Samurai Coffee." I missed the significance of the name at first, but upon closer inspection, it stood out. Inside, they sold beans at the front and had a café at the back. When I asked the owner what the coffee of the day was, he said "Guatemala," but I still ordered the "Samurai" coffee. I paid 500 yen for it, and it seemed to be a dark roast house blend. It was a nice café, and the owners were a lovely couple. The coffee was well-brewed, not too hot or too cold, with a strong, slightly bitter taste that I enjoyed. After finishing my coffee, I left to go eat ramen, satisfied with my coffee fix.

The taste of this coffee is described as coming with a strong and clear bitter taste, similar to dark chocolate, leaving a lasting impression on the palate. The retro nasal aroma is rich and pleasant. It has a slightly higher concentration than the middle-range line, with a bold and mature bitter taste. The reviewer enjoyed the coffee, finding it to be an adult flavor. The reviewer felt a bit disappointed for not waiting for the coffee to brew properly before drinking it. The coffee shop is smoke-free, providing an environment where the coffee flavor can be fully enjoyed. Overall rating: 3.5 Taste: 3.5 Service: 3.3 Atmosphere: 3.3 Value for money: 3.3 Drink: 3.5 Address: 6-1-20 Nishino 4-jo, Nishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. Next time, the reviewer wants to try something other than the samurai coffee.

I paid 750 yen for a set of sweet treats. The coffee roll cake at the bakery Au Cœur in Nishimachi is my favorite with a good balance of bitterness and depth. The roll cake made with lily root is perfect with coffee, and the cream with condensed milk is just right. The customer service is considerate and modest. It's a place I want to visit again.

Until now, I always thought that coffee beans had to be charcoal roasted to be delicious, but my thoughts completely changed after drinking roasted coffee here. I love the taste, flavor, and lingering aftertaste of the beans. The aroma of coffee filling the room when I drink it at home is wonderful. The owner is also very friendly and you can feel their passion for coffee. ^ ^

I passed by Samurai Coffee and decided to stop by because it caught my attention. Due to time constraints, I got my coffee to go, but I wish I could have enjoyed it in the cozy atmosphere inside the shop. The hot coffee had a mild bitterness, a strong aroma, and a refreshing taste with a nice depth of flavor. Unfortunately, I forgot to check the type of coffee beans they used, which was a mistake. I will make sure to try it in-store next time.

Sapporo City Nishi Ward, Nishino. When it comes to Nishino, there was a lot of excitement about Nishino Japan advancing to the finals at that time, but for me, Nishino is of course Nishino Nishino from Nogizaka46. She is my favorite member. Recently, Nishino Nishino fell victim to the so-called "Bunsho cannon." It is said that Nishino Nishino invited a TV director to stay overnight at her home. If this is true, I can imagine it must be a heartbreaking experience for fans. I sympathize with your feelings, but for the fans, including any scandals, I still hope for even more support for Nishino Nishino. Oh, you're not feeling down? Well, actually, this chappytsum spent the night with Nishino Nishino, the TV director. Just kidding!! Nishino Nishino fans, even if you hate me, please don't hate Nishino Nishino! This line has become a small trend for me. Samurai... a blend with a strong bitterness. It has a deep richness and is easy to drink. It's a coffee that I really like. I listen to healing music in a bright shop while looking out the window at the strong rain falling in the city. I think it would be good if the city was washed by a downpour once a month, so I spend my holiday thinking about such trivial things. It's not bad to spend some time alone like this once in a while. In the end, I stayed for over an hour, got a refill, and even ended up buying some beans. Maybe it was because it was such a comfortable place for me. The rain has started to ease up, so I received a call from my wife and went shopping.

We visited the cafe for a snack time on Sunday. The parking lot in front of the store can fit 4-5 cars. Inside, there are 4-5 counter seats by the window facing the road and a couple of tables for four. There was one group of two customers in front of us. We ordered the daily special "Brazil" coffee and a dessert set for 780 yen (white roll cake with lily root and samurai blend coffee). The coffee was freshly brewed using Nel drip method and brought to our table by the owner after about 10 minutes. The straight "Brazil" coffee had a rich and bitter taste which I really enjoyed. The white roll cake with lily root and condensed milk was visually appealing and had a moist sponge with a nostalgic flavor. It's definitely one of the top three roll cakes I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back here again.

A small café located along the Miyazawa Street in North 1 Jo. There is only parking space for a few cars. It is a shop that roasts its own coffee beans, which are also available for purchase. The open windows and white-themed interior create a pleasant atmosphere. The retro sofas and other furnishings are stylishly arranged. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. I arrived around 2 pm and there were already 3 customers. Two more customers came in later. I ordered the blend coffee for 500 yen that day. It was a delicious coffee with a slightly strong flavor. They grind the coffee beans and carefully drip it after taking the order. I was sitting at a table so I couldn't see their work process, but I admire the time and care they put into their work.

On a certain holiday, while walking in Miyanosawa, I stumbled upon a coffee bean specialty store that also serves coffee. The parking lot in front of the store can accommodate a few cars. As soon as you enter, you will find a coffee bean sales corner on the left and a cafe space on the left. The cafe space consists of a counter with 4 seats, a few seats in front of the kitchen, and 2 tables. The counter tables are decorated with traditional Japanese items made from recycled kimonos, creating a calming atmosphere. The background music playing is gentle piano music. I decided to order a sweet set from the menu, but unfortunately, the Yurine White Roll was sold out. So, I opted for the "Samurai Blend (500 yen)" instead. The coffee was brewed using a hand drip method, and upon tasting it, I found it to have a French-like flavor with a strong bitterness, richness, and a hint of sweetness lingering. According to the shop's information, they use an analog roasting method and carefully roast each bean to bring out its natural flavor. I would love to try the Yurine White Roll next time if given the chance. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Nishino, Nishi-ku. It's Samurai Coffee. The location is easy to find, but the traffic flow is fast so it's easy to miss. Please be careful. I actually passed by it as well. This shop used to be called Kissaten Rio, then KIHO Coffee, and now it's Samurai Coffee. The owner told me that the same person has been running all three shops. Finally, they have become independent with Samurai Coffee. Congratulations. Also, they have no connection with the popular Samurai Pudding or Samurai Senbei you see around lately. There is no affiliation or capital tie-up at all. So even if you come here, they don't sell pudding or senbei, please be aware of that. I parked my car and went inside immediately. As soon as you enter, there is a booth selling coffee beans. They are sold in 100-gram units. Samurai Blend for 500 yen, Mild Blend for 450 yen, Santos for 450 yen, Kilimanjaro for 550 yen, Mandheling for 600 yen, Mocha for 500 yen, Toraja for 650 yen, Kenya for 650 yen, Honduras for 450 yen, Golden Mandheling for 750 yen, and also Colombia and Guatemala (each for 500 yen). In terms of their own roasting, it's an average price, or maybe even a bit of a deal. I was guided to a counter seat. It's a spacious seat. I ordered the Samurai Blend (500 yen), which is at the top of the menu and is the blend named after the shop, so you can't go wrong with it. It was a blend that perfectly balanced being easy to drink and having a solid flavor. Simply delicious. What caught my attention was the roll cake. Yurine's White Roll (set for 780 yen) has a moist dough and the cream is pure white. According to the menu, it is inspired by the snow in Hokkaido. The cream contains condensed milk and lily root. It's rich but not too sweet, and it's delicious. It was a set with a drink (Samurai Blend or iced coffee) for 780 yen. It seems to be 350 yen for the roll cake alone. Smoking is allowed in all seats. I enjoyed it deliciously again this time. Thank you very much.

I was able to enjoy a deep and rich coffee in a calm atmosphere. The sweets were also very elegant in taste. I liked the taste of the Samurai Coffee so much that I bought some beans on my way out.
