I chose the cheapest type of Shaoxing wine from the various options available and received a pot of it. The pickled mustard greens were refreshing with a unique aroma and texture. They were crisp and went well in between sips of the wine. I also ordered the Dan Dan noodles. The spiciness was refreshing and the flavor of the minced meat was irresistible. The generous amount of spices gave it a strong and distinct taste. Despite the thin noodles, they had a strong presence, so I recommend being careful not to choke on the spiciness, especially in the bar atmosphere. The watercress was just right for resetting the spiciness. The restaurant was bustling with customers, but it seemed like it was almost closing time as one by one, the customers left. I had the impression that they were open late into the night, but it seems they closed before the date changed.
