I have a bad feeling about this(´^ω^`;) Well, since I'm not in a hurry and not in a helicopter, I'll just wait patiently♬ 【Sunrise vegetables with anchovy sauce】About 15 minutes after being seated, the salad for the previous customer was served... Then... Hmm, about 10 minutes later, my table's salad arrived( ˙꒳˙ )ｵｿ... It's as expected, so it's okay♪*ﾟ Next, the tomato stewed chicken arrived 15 minutes later... Next is...? Yes, about 10 minutes later, the anchovy pasta arrived... Lastly, the set pasta arrived... The pizza came last♬ The pizza is made with homemade natural yeast♪゛The crust was delicious~♡ The atmosphere is quite nice, so even if you're dining alone, you won't get bored and can pass the time easily. For those with a short temper, I recommend building up your patience before visiting (lol) The seasoning is overall on the salty side... It might be suitable for those who like strong flavors... The portions are generous, so it's good for those who want to eat a lot... Lots of vegetables are used(・∀・) The peaceful scenery was lovely...♪*ﾟThank you for the meal~! While driving in Tokawa, I happened to come across a restaurant and decided to give it a try. It seemed like it used to be a farm, but now it's a lucky find as most abandoned farms are deteriorating. I went in wanting to have gelato, but they also had pasta and pizza on the menu. Since I had already eaten lunch elsewhere, I opted for a pizza and the gelato I was craving. After a short wait, the pizza arrived and it was a rare treat for me as I don't often have pizza. It was incredibly delicious, far better than any store-bought pizza. Then, the fig gelato I ordered arrived and it was also delicious. The wait was worth it. It was a nice change of pace from my usual busy routine, and if I find myself on the outskirts of Tokawa again, I would definitely stop by this place.

I had pasta with pancetta and vegetable cream sauce. The portion was huge and the vegetables were delicious, but there was too little cream sauce, so towards the end it felt like I was just eating plain pasta. It was a bit disappointing. Maybe I should have left some? There were also paintings by Van Gogh, which I was looking forward to, but overall it was just okay.

I revisited the restaurant for lunch. I ordered the cream pasta with young chicken and vegetables. It was delicious. However, the way the young chicken is cooked varies. Sometimes it is nicely sautéed with crispy skin, which tastes amazing. Other times, it seems like the chicken was boiled in advance and stored in the fridge, then sliced cold and added to the dish. The same goes for the vegetables - sometimes they are sautéed with olive oil and taste great, but other times they are boiled in advance and added cold to the dish. The only warm components are the sauce and the pasta. When you eat it, the young chicken and vegetables remain cold. It's disappointing because the pasta and sauce themselves are good, but when the chicken and vegetables are just mixed in cold, it ruins the dish. If they properly cooked the chicken and vegetables, and mixed them with the sauce and pasta, it would be a wonderful dish. It's a shame that during busy lunch times, they seem to cut corners and the quality of the dish suffers. It's only natural that regular customers would notice when the quality of the lunch set menu drops.

I recommend making a reservation. The limited-time coffee at Maritottso is delicious when paired with it. The bread dough was firm and chewy, and very tasty.

A charming Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The service, possibly by the owner, is warm and welcoming, fitting perfectly with the Hokkaido vibe. I visited during lunchtime. The lunch set includes salad, bread, pasta, a small dessert, and a drink for only 1000 yen with change left over! You can't choose the pasta for the day's lunch menu, but you can enjoy other options as well. The local vegetables in this area are incredibly delicious, and the pasta dishes made with them are top-notch. The flavor, seasoning, and use of authentic cheese leave nothing to be desired - if anything, the portion size for a lunch set is a bit generous. In other words, the cost performance is excellent! I couldn't be more satisfied. However, when I ordered an espresso for my drink, as someone who has tried espresso made by various famous coffee creators in Kyushu, I have to say that the espresso made by a fully automatic machine was lacking. After enjoying such wonderful food, the espresso tasted watery, flavorless, and didn't even compare to regular coffee. It ruined the great dining experience. If the espresso could match the delicious food, it would be perfect.
