The prices are a bit high, but the staff is very kind and nice. Most people were ordering the Ankake Yakisoba. This time, I ordered the Potato Croquette, Otaru Croquette, Hokkaido Sora Chiesu, Tsubugai, Ume Shiso Onigiri, and the Ankake Yakisoba. Since many people were ordering it, I decided to try it too (lol). All the dishes were delicious, and the Ankake Yakisoba had plenty of ingredients and was very satisfying. There were also rice bowl options, but they were a bit too expensive for me to try.

As you approach the building, you can see several small houses from afar. When you enter and turn to the right, you will see the kitchen. The seating arrangement is designed for enjoying Genghis Khan (grilled lamb). The recommended menu items include the set menu and crab or seafood dishes. The self-service water is available. The ginger is a nice touch. The Genghis Khan pot has a great flavor. The set menu is available for two people and comes with a generous portion of meat and vegetables. The vegetables are three times the amount of meat, which is a pleasant surprise. Enjoy the mix of bean sprouts, cabbage, and onions with the meat. The sauce is sweet, and you can also add some chili powder for extra flavor. The thinly sliced meat cooks quickly and tastes delicious with the sauce. The set menu is satisfying for one person as well, and you can also enjoy some side dishes. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy Genghis Khan!

There is only one restaurant in the Hilton hotel where you can eat, so it was good to have more options and I decided to try it out. Inside, it is a Hokkaido izakaya. The main dish is Genghis Khan (grilled lamb). The price is reasonable for raw lamb Genghis Khan. The portion size is quite large. I entered without a reservation. I thought I could have a quiet meal because the group reservation was for an hour later, but suddenly they changed the time and came in, making noise and adjusting the air conditioning to lower it to around 14 degrees without permission. The place was enveloped in a thick purple smoke, like a pachinko parlor. The restaurant was also in a neglected state. Chinese restaurants in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and mainland China are all the same. This Chinese-run restaurant prioritizes money, so I recommend that Japanese people do not go there. The staff are all pure Japanese, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant is purely Chinese. I lost the desire to order more and left quickly. If asked if I would go again, I would not go because it is Chinese-run.
