The zangi was rated as ★★★... It was freshly fried, so it was a very ordinary hot zangi that you can eat at a typical izakaya... As for the miso ramen, unfortunately, it was rated as ★★... To be honest, it was just like "izakaya miso ramen"... Therefore, I had to adjust the taste with ichimi... However, no matter how much I adjusted the taste with ichimi... that was my impression... After eating this ramen, I couldn't help but compare it to the "Akki Ramen" I had at the "Shokudo Matsumae" in the Grand Hotel in Noboribetsu, where I stayed the night before the young-onset dementia lecture on March 3 in the local area...
