ミドルオザキ
I had been to the Miredo store before because it is famous nationwide, but this was my first visit to the Ion Mall Sapporo Hassamu store, which has a parking lot. It wasn't too crowded, so I waited for about ten minutes before entering. The difference between lunch and dinner is whether a mini salad is included. The double hamburger had a decent amount and was tasty, but I still thought that over 2,000 yen for a hamburger was expensive. In terms of cost performance, Uyoshi-san wins. What was disappointing was the cooking and customer service. The avocado cheese hamburger was a failure. If it's 100% beef, it's fine to have it medium rare, but since it's a mixture of beef and pork, unless it's SPF sterile pork, thorough cooking is necessary. I wish there had been some words of apology at the time of payment. The hamburger is rated 4.2 and is delicious. If it had been served hot on an iron plate, it would have been around 4.5. The miso soup is average, so if you're particular about pork and vegetables, pork soup would have been perfect. The rice is close to perfect. Among the recent dining establishments, the rice was very delicious and piping hot, and since it was all-you-can-eat, there was nothing to complain about. Therefore, the operation and customer service were a bit strict in evaluation due to the fact that the store had just opened. However, the response from the superior was wonderful, and they seemed trustworthy, so I think the store will continue to improve in the future. The hamburger itself is very delicious, so once they settle in and get used to it, I hope they will make improvements such as offering sizes other than plain or allowing customers to try two different types, like in the Tokyo stores, and aim to become a store that makes you want to come back. I hope they will continue to thrive in Hassamu for a long time.
