Erimo Misaki, a delicious conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Kikusui Motomachi, Shiraishi-ku. They serve lunch even on weekends and holidays, which is amazing. What's impressive is the quality and price of their lunch menu. It's incredibly affordable! And the sushi is delicious!! The seafood bowl has small pieces of fish, but they are so fresh and tasty. And all of this for only 660 yen including tax. Adding on 2 pieces of cherry salmon and 1 tekka maki roll will leave you feeling satisfied. I will definitely go back again.

I've always wanted to go, wanted to go so badly... I saw it being introduced on TV shows and really wanted to go. My family and I decided to go on a trip for the first time in 10 years, so I insisted on choosing this place for lunch without any discussion. We arrived around 1:00 pm. Luckily, there was only one parking space available, so we made it just in time! We got our waiting tickets inside the restaurant and waited for about an hour. We were seated at a table, and first ordered the lunch menu available on weekends, trying out the potential (laughs). Yes, it's delicious. Everything is delicious (laughs). Then we each ordered our favorite dishes. The chef's recommendation today was fresh flounder sashimi, usually 290 yen but available for 240 yen. Oh, it's incredibly fresh. Delicious. After that, we ordered the signature dish of live turban shell. They open the shell right in front of you. It's so crunchy and fresh. I, living in Hokkaido, have never had turban shell like this before. And then the assortment of 3 pieces of real tuna. Lean, medium-fatty, and fatty tuna. The three treasures, as they say. Real tuna is addictive once you try it. The fat content is amazing. We enjoyed the food at Erimo Misaki to the fullest. Sapporo isn't that far, but it's hard to make the trip. I visited Erimo Misaki for the first time. I wonder if the main office is in Hidaka? The menu seems to have more fish from that area. The shrimp miso soup was surprisingly delicious. It was better than any other miso soup I've had. The sushi was also tasty, but the staff seemed to be understaffed. It was fine at first when it was not crowded, but it got really busy later on (which shows that it's a popular place), and the service was slow! They should consider hiring more staff. Such a shame.

Visited North Safari Sapporo to interact with animals, took a Clark pose photo at the Sheep Hill Observatory, and then went to Erimo Misaki revolving sushi based on the review of local Sapporo resident, satochina. Arrived at 6:00 PM, waited for about 1 hour with 16 groups ahead (preferred a booth seat). The sushi rotation is faster at the counter seats. Excited to eat! Started with the fatty tuna - thick and melts in your mouth. Prices are more than double compared to Kura Sushi in Yokkaichi, but the quality and taste are similar to Sushimamman. The order of the photos represents how delicious they were. The super jumbo botan shrimp was the best ever! Impressed by the Hokkaido-specific ingredients. Friends were also satisfied with choosing this place for their last meal. According to other reviews, the lunch cost-performance ratio seems to be the best. Thank you for satochina's review and information. Worried about Typhoon No. 7 affecting the flight back to Chubu Centrair Airport the next morning, but thankfully, everything went smoothly. From August 11th to 15th, enjoyed perfect weather (though it was too hot), festivals, canyoning, Sapporo sightseeing, Hokkaido gourmet food, and had a blast. It's needless to say that two friends have become captivated by Hokkaido.

By the way, do you know where Cape Erimo is located? It's a place that seems to be in between Southern Hokkaido and Eastern Hokkaido, like a little corner that you might want to go around. Even Hokkaido locals don't usually go there. If you look at the map, you'll understand why. The rotating sushi at this place has a variety of fish from Erimo, including live fish! But because it's white meat, it feels a bit watery. They probably don't have the skills to age the fish to enhance the flavor and texture, so they just cut it up quickly and put it on the sushi. I think they use a sushi robot to put the toppings on the rice. But the fish is cut inside the rotating lane where the sushi goes around. They cut the fish and then combine it with the rice on the other side. So, the best tasting item was the shellfish! Live shellfish is the best! It's a bit pricey, but the shellfish was the most delicious. For sushi lovers, this place might be a bit different. You can apparently fish for squid inside the restaurant, but we couldn't do it that day. The flounder looked sadly swimming around. It's a fun place to go for interesting sushi! Also, the lunch deals are great, so it's convenient for a quick sushi meal during work or on weekends. And if you have young children, they can drink juice for free. Overall, it was interesting to have a variety of white meat options. Thank you for the meal!

In July 2023 at 11:30, there is a sushi restaurant that is a great choice for business people looking for good value. Even though it's just before lunch, many male customers are waiting. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I took a number card and waited for a short while. After about 5 minutes, I was seated at the counter. I ordered the C lunch set (generous 10-piece set) from the lunch menu. It was served in about 10 minutes. Lunch is available every day from 11 am to 5 pm, including weekends. The sushi included tuna, squid, salmon, sweet shrimp, herring, scallop, sea urchin, chopped eel gunkan, tuna tataki, and egg, with shrimp soup on the side. The sushi was fresh, especially the tuna and herring were delicious. After the meal, I enjoyed a cup of their own blend of hot coffee (complimentary). This place offers great value - good taste, affordable prices, and excellent service. It's a strong ally in these times of high prices. I look forward to trying their regular sushi next time. I aimed for the A lunch, which was a colorful seafood bowl with shrimp soup, but it was sold out, so I opted for the C lunch, which was a generous set with 10 pieces including tuna, squid, salmon, sweet shrimp, scallop, minced shad, chopped conger eel, and battleship sushi with tuna sashimi and egg. I also had miso soup and coffee after the meal. It was very delicious. I will visit again.

The staff handed me the set instead of it coming around on the conveyor belt. The set also came with miso soup, making it a good deal for the price. If you find the lunch set not filling enough, you can always order additional items to satisfy your hunger. The sushi was a bit on the sweeter side, but that's to be expected at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Just enjoy it for what it is.

The Triton near my house is a famous restaurant that is always crowded, and it takes courage to visit on holidays. My wife had been eyeing this place for a while, so we decided to visit on a hot summer day by bike. The interior of the restaurant has a nostalgic Showa-Heisei era vibe, which was comforting. The prices were reasonable, the sushi was of good quality, and we ate until we were full. The Sanpei soup had a rich and delicious broth.

The lunch at this restaurant is truly amazing. For 800 yen, you get 8 pieces of nigiri sushi including medium fatty tuna, shrimp miso soup, and coffee. There are 4 different lunch sets available starting from 600 yen. What's even better is that the lunch sets are available on Saturdays and Sundays too! I think the best way to enjoy this lunch is to start with the lunch set and then order additional items of your choice for a great value meal.

I even considered ordering an additional B lunch set (660 yen) due to feeling full, but I decided against it since there was no point in having a food fight alone (laughs). Since it changed from a revolving sushi chain to Erimo Misaki, it was my first visit. My parents advised me to go before noon, so I arrived at 11:30 and found the popular restaurant already full. I waited for less than 10 minutes and was seated in a booth. It seemed that solo diners were seated at the counter. The lunch set offers great value, but I decided to try the Erimo black halibut and four types of blue fish. It was my first time having black halibut as sushi, and it was fresh with a refreshing fat content. The blue fish included horse mackerel, Pacific saury, and mackerel pike. They were all delicious, although I can't remember the fourth type. In the back of the photo is the C lunch set with 10 pieces. It comes with miso soup with shrimp heads, making it a great deal. It's a generous amount that will leave women feeling very full. The free coffee (available until 8 pm) is delicious, so if you can drink it, be sure to try it. However, the portion is small, so the coffee alone might leave you a bit hungry. It's a bit disappointing that the operation isn't refined, but the quality of the ingredients more than makes up for it. The imbalance between the two is interesting.

During the middle of a long weekend, I wanted to eat sushi around 7 PM. I called four famous conveyor belt sushi restaurants to check the waiting time, and they all said it was 1-2 hours. This restaurant lives up to its name by serving high-quality ingredients sourced from various places. Even though it's not well-known and a bit hard to access without a car, it's worth a visit. With just 8 plates, the price is reasonable at 2700 yen. The only drawback was that the squid was a bit hard to eat because it wasn't properly cut, but overall, I recommend this place.

For a late lunch. On the first day of the trip, we stopped for lunch while running errands in a rental car. Since it was past the peak time, we were seated quickly and the food was served promptly! The three of us tried various dishes. In the photo, there is medium fatty tuna, hokke (Okhotsk atka mackerel), and nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch). There were also other options like white fish, shrimp, and shellfish, with seasonal ingredients making the meal enjoyable. Having lunch with people who eat different amounts is convenient with sushi, as you can control your own portions. Although we didn't try it this time, I'm curious about unique items like asparagus tempura. I'll definitely be back soon.

In April 2023, the revisiting daughter returned home for childbirth. The son-in-law returned home to welcome her. Due to some financial constraints, they had a family dinner at a revolving sushi restaurant. They chose "Erimo Misaki" this time, as they were disappointed with the quality of "uni" and "chutoro" at "Matsuriya" last time. The sushi at "Erimo Misaki" was satisfying, especially the "white fish" which they enjoy. They also tried delicious flounder sashimi from Funka Bay, discovering that flounder is just as tasty as halibut. They found a variety of seasonal items at "Erimo Misaki" compared to "Triton" and plan to visit there often in the future.

Delicious sushi with a variety of rare seasonal fish like kinmedai, hondate, ginkei, masuhokke, makajika, ginzara, and Otaru shako. The freshness is top-notch and the sushi chefs' skills are impressive. Sushi is like an art form in Japan, and the chefs here truly embody that. Will definitely come back. On a regular weekday just before 1 pm, I entered the restaurant with a box seat reservation and had to wait for about 30 minutes with 6 groups ahead of me. Once seated, I was left unattended for a bit before being recommended some dishes. Since I came for lunch, I ordered the C lunch set and was also recommended the live-caught suzuki, silver hair autumn salmon, engawa gunkan, maguro tataki gunkan, and salmon oyako gunkan. My companion ordered the deep-fried mozzarella cheese. The C lunch set came with shrimp soup and was decent with no major flaws, offering good value for money. The live-caught suzuki had an amazing texture and tasted light and mild. The silver hair autumn salmon was thin like regular salmon. The gunkan sushi were okay, with the engawa being average, maguro tataki very tender, and salmon oyako having a chopped texture. Overall, the sushi toppings were thin and closer to being thin slices. I particularly enjoyed the C lunch set, maguro tataki, and salmon oyako gunkan and would like to try them again. The fact that coffee is free from 11 am to 9:45 pm also makes me want to visit again. Visited on January 24, 2023! Ordered the D Lunch Reward 8-piece set (with shrimp soup) for 880 yen. I originally wanted the A Lunch, but it was sold out so I went with the D Lunch instead. They didn't have it today, but there is a live squid tank where the squid swim elegantly and are caught and prepared for you. When an order for live abalone is placed, the female staff opens the squid tank, retrieves the abalone clinging to the barrel, and hands it to the male staff at the counter for preparation.
