Visited for the first time on August 24, 2019, "106th cup" I rested at the hotel and sobered up quite a bit. But I don't have enough energy to go to another izakaya (^^;) Well... let's have some ramen for now lol. I didn't feel like going far, so I decided to go to a shop that was on the way to the previous one. It's my first time entering this shop♪ Hakodate Menya Shidaime Actually, I don't remember this shop much. I have explored around Hakodate Station a few times, but... it seems like a relatively new shop. It was quite empty as it was close to 11 o'clock. I purchased "Shio Ramen" and "Draft Beer" at the ticket machine. The staff's movements were nimble and energetic, which left a good impression. The beer arrived, so I took a sip. Mmm! It's cold and delicious. And then, a while later, the ramen arrived. The clear soup. The noodles also look firm and transparent. I took a sip of the soup right away. Yeah. It's salt. The saltiness is not that strong, but it's refreshing with not much dashi flavor. The noodles are not like Hakodate salt, but more like Sapporo noodles with a thickness closer to straight noodles. They are boiled slightly softer, which goes well with this light soup, but it feels different from the image of Hakodate salt ramen. The toppings are simple with green onions, menma, and chashu. The chashu is made of belly meat, quite fatty, which I didn't really like. Also, the green onions were quite firm, which didn't quite match the smooth noodles. It didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste good either (^^;) I had leftover beer, so I ordered gyoza. This time, I paid in cash. The gyoza was quite delicious♪ Crisply grilled, not too much filling, but the flavor of the filling was solid. I finished the medium-sized beer with this gyoza as a side! The ramen was okay, but I was able to enjoy drinking with delicious gyoza in the end, so it was good. That's it for today!! Getting ready for the morning market tomorrow~ It was delicious! Thank you♪
