The flavor is on the stronger side, so if you are concerned about salt intake, be careful. The time from ordering to getting the ramen was quick, so they must have their operations well organized.

The noodles were chewy and hot, which I enjoyed. The fried rice was flavorful with plenty of pork slices, and although a bit strong in taste, it was delicious. The portion was satisfying, and the excellent service made me want to visit again.

It tasted average, maybe because my expectations were too high. The fried rice served afterwards was moist, slightly oily, probably due to eating the Ankake Yakisoba first. It had plenty of chashu and the set portion was sufficient. The price was 960 yen, but it didn't feel like a great deal.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, I can't openly go out and have fun, so I didn't get a warm reception for just going out for lunch. So, I went to "Sanraku Nishi Obihiro" near Tsutsuji-ga-oka Reien. It's a ramen restaurant that caught my eye when I visited my wife's family's grave. The restaurant was about 80% full. Even though it's a pandemic, I still get hungry, haha. I was in the mood for Ankake Yakisoba. But I also wanted to have some fried rice... so I ordered the small Yakisoba and half fried rice set for 960 yen. You can choose between Ankake and Shoyu flavor for the Yakisoba, and I chose Ankake. First, the Ankake Yakisoba... the soy sauce flavor was too strong. The hot sauce was a plus, but that's the only positive thing I can say about it. I would rate the Ankake Yakisoba a 3.0. Next, the fried rice... it was a bit salty but decent. The fried rice gets a 3.2.

The mood of self-restraint due to the new coronavirus has eased a bit, but the number of customers visiting the store is still sparse. I recently had a craving for salt ramen, and finally found this shop. I have been here before, but this is my first time ordering salt ramen. The soup exceeded my expectations, clear and light with a gentle flavor. The ingredients were simple and delicious until the last bite. When I was about halfway through, the Cha-han arrived. It was also on the salty side, but tasty! It's to my liking. The portion of the small Cha-han was satisfying. The taste was good, but the price of 1230 yen seems a bit high, so the cost performance is not great. If it was actually the small Yakisoba set (960 yen) by mistake, I would rate it higher. The total bill was 1230 yen, so it's unclear if it was worth it.

The pickled ginger was appreciated. A fluffy egg was nice. It was just normal miso ramen, but tasty. Overall, it was good.

I used the "Two for One" passport at the soy sauce ramen restaurant for 810 yen. The chashu and boiled egg were delicious.

The "Ankake" festival is currently being held. Try the "Ankake Yakisoba" at Sanraku. The sauce is dark in color, strong in taste... actually, it's too salty. I ordered the large portion, but the amount was not satisfying. This place was a disappointment.
