I finally visited the restaurant I was curious about. I usually don't choose spaghetti vongole, but I saw it on social media and just had to try it. I think the cost performance is good. The portion of pasta is small, but you can make up for it with unlimited bread and soup refills. The female server who took care of my refills was a bit unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I have been curious about this place for a while and finally got to visit. Both my spouse and I chose the Vongole course with white wine. It's great that they offer a lunch course even on Sundays. The Vongole pasta with white wine costs 1280 yen. The appetizers included salad, cold minestrone soup, and all-you-can-eat bread, which is very generous. And they were delicious. The Vongole pasta was full of clams that you couldn't even see the noodles. It had a strong salty flavor with a good amount of garlic, making it super tasty. You can even add more pasta with the leftover sauce. Lastly, they served coffee and a dessert (today's special was Catalana). This price is unbelievably cheap. I left feeling completely satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The clam pasta was delicious with plenty of flavor. However, it seems challenging to handle the customer flow alone. It's not a good feeling when those who arrived later get their order taken first. Even if it's just a small difference, it's not ideal. I hope for more proper service in general. The pasta was tasty and satisfying in terms of taste and portion.

I was interested in a restaurant on SNS that was close to where I used to live, and it really gave me a sense of the times. There were two male solo customers at the counter. It was a hot day, so I ordered a highball for 1,000 yen as part of the evening drink set. The snacks were nuts and sliced lamb meat, which were delicious and went well with the drink. For my second drink, I had white wine, and I also ordered the pasta vongole bianco that I had been wanting to try. First, the minestrone soup on the set plate was delicious, and the bread was freshly baked and hot. I saved some bread to dip in the clam broth and eat. The pasta, served in about 15 minutes, was packed with clams and had a great garlic aroma. It took a bit of time to remove the clam meat, but the standout feature was the chewy thick noodles. It was delicious. I'd like to try other flavors next time. You can have seconds of bread and soup, so don't hesitate to ask for more. For dessert, I got the sesame pudding set, which was a good deal with a nice balance. I'm curious about the all-you-can-drink option, but it might not be the best place to come with friends. It might be worth it to order just the vongole pasta set and two drinks separately. There aren't many restaurants that specialize in vongole pasta, so it's worth a visit. I was a bit concerned about the tone of the service, so I'll revisit to verify. Thank you for the meal!♪♪

I saw this restaurant on a TV show in Sapporo this winter, and I had been wanting to try it since then. The portion of clams was just as big as it looked on TV! And they were from Akkeshi, so the origin was solid. It was a set menu, and you can even get a refill of bread. And all of this for only 1280 yen, which is cheap. Coffee and dessert were also included. The olive oil used at Bianco had a fresh aroma that paired well with the flavor of the clams. It was delicious.

The restaurant had changed without me realizing. It used to be Italian, right? Spaghetti alle Vongole (white) ¥1280 comes with salad, bread, soup, drink, and dessert. I chose coffee for my drink. The bread is freshly baked and tastes great dipped in olive oil with what seems like rock salt. The soup, a potage, was delicious, although the handle was covered in soup which made my fingers dirty. The pasta was loaded with clams, a bit tricky to eat quickly but tasty with a strong garlic flavor. You can even add more pasta to the leftover broth.

I can't believe I could have such a delicious lunch at this price. The salad, bread, and soup were all delicious. Personally, I would have preferred thinner noodles. I wish the garlic had a stronger flavor. However, the elegant rosso (red) and the large serving of clams were amazing.

On a holiday morning, I visited a restaurant in Sapporo Station after looking around. This place is known for serving pasta with plenty of clams since its opening, and it has been featured on TV as well. I wanted to try their clam-packed pasta, so I decided to have lunch there. When I arrived a bit late for lunch, the seats were quite full. I sat at an available table and checked the menu. I chose the lunch limited Vongole pasta course, which comes with a generous amount of clams. I opted for the Rosso (red) Vongole this time. The Rosso Vongole has clams piled on top of tomato-based pasta, so many clams that the pasta is almost hidden. The clams were plump and delicious. The pasta was slightly thick, with a chewy texture. It had a good balance of the umami and sweetness of the tomato sauce, with a hint of acidity. The bread that came with it was chewy and tasted great dipped in olive oil with rock salt. The soup was a smooth potato potage, which was delicious. The course also included salad, a drink, and gelato, making it a good deal. The pasta, bread, and everything else were tasty, and the cost performance was great. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

The clams were so plentiful that I couldn't even see the pasta, which bothered me a lot, so I decided to have lunch here. I ordered the Vongole Bianco (white) pasta and opted for an iced café au lait for my drink. It tasted similar to the adult coffee milk I had at a café the other day, and the milk was delicious. There were so many clams, it felt like I had consumed a year's worth of clams in one meal. The pasta was chewy and I couldn't help but think, "Ah, the pasta at these kinds of restaurants is completely different from the pasta you eat at home." I expected more of a wine-like flavor, but the olive oil taste was very strong. The freshly baked bread and the soup, which I think was a potato potage, were served before the main dish, and I think it was a kind of service. The bread was simple and went well with the olive oil. For dessert, I had what I think was an orange sorbet topped with cocoa powder, but I couldn't quite hear the server's explanation. The powder was unnecessary, in my opinion. I felt like I had consumed a year's worth of clams in one meal. I'm glad I was able to eat here this time! Thank you, wu-ta!!! (((orz

★Bongole Lunch 1280 yen Located slightly west of Kita 13-jo Higashi Soseigawa Newly opened on December 1, 2022 Specialty store for Agodashi Bongole Pasta directly from Akkeshi During lunchtime, arrived a bit early and got the last seat by waiting until 1:30 p.m. Both the service and cooking staff were overwhelmed with work, but managed to keep up During lunch, only pasta courses are available, with a choice of Bongole (Bianco or Rosso) served with salad, bread, soup, drink, and dessert Started with a pineapple juice, then couldn't resist ordering a glass of white wine for 300 yen The bread was hot and chewy, served with vibrant salad dressed in olive oil with rock salt The soup was creamy and delicious, maybe made with potatoes Both bread and soup were refillable The pasta was generously topped with a lot of clams, making it a bit challenging to remove the shells The noodles were smooth and chewy, soaked in clam essence at the bottom The Bianco sauce was rich in flavor Although the restaurant recommends adding rice to the remaining soup, personally, I felt it wasn't necessary The dessert was a refreshing cold ice cream By the time I left, there were empty seats, but surprisingly, they ran out of clams Good taste and great value for money, make sure to make a reservation in advance! Thank you for the meal (^ω^)

Today's topic is also "Dosanko Wide 179" (laughs). The nearest subway station is the Toho Line's Kita 13-jo Higashi Station, but it's not too far from the Nanboku Line's Kita 12-jo Station either. Well, being cheap, I walk from the north exit of JR Sapporo Station (laughs). It's about a 6-7 minute walk from either subway station, but if you walk from the east concourse of the north exit, it takes about 15 minutes. Well, my feet aren't in the best condition, but it's a nice walk (laughs). A landmark is the "Coop Sapporo Kita 12-jo Store" next door, on the first floor of an 8-story apartment building. I arrived in front of the store about 5 minutes before opening. I wondered if there would be customers waiting in line... (laughs). Next to it is another delicious-looking bakery, right? It's now 11 o'clock, but... the lights inside the store are on... so... a staff member came out and started preparing to open, 3 minutes late. Well, it's common for small stores on the street. But I still politely asked the staff, "May I come in?" "Sure, please do," they said. I entered. The bright interior with a wood motif is really nice, right? And there are no decorations on the walls, it's really simple. The staff brought me water and the menu, but in this store, you only have a choice between Vongole Bianco and Vongole Rosso (laughs). I wanted clams, so I ordered the "Vongole Pasta Course for 1,280 yen" with Vongole Bianco. They call it white here. Well, white or red, right (laughs). Besides pasta, the course comes with salad, freshly baked bread, soup, a drink, and dessert. I ordered oolong tea for the drink... this isn't really Italian (laughs). While waiting, a few couples entered the store. After about 10 minutes, a small plate with salad, bread, and soup in cups arrived. The staff said, "You can have seconds of soup and bread if you like." The salad had leafy vegetables like spinach with French dressing and a sprinkle of coarse pepper. The soup was something with potatoes, but I didn't listen carefully to the explanation (laughs). The freshly baked bread was really hot and chewy, a really delicious bread, right (laughs). The main pasta dish arrived in 26 minutes after ordering. Oh, this is amazing (surprised). There are so many clams that you can't see the pasta (laughs). The pasta is hidden under the clams, not on top. The amount of clams is 300 grams. 300 grams! (laughs). A recipe on Cookpad calls for 150 grams. These clams from Koshiki are really rich in flavor, right? So delicious... and they are slightly grilled, so they have a nice aroma. The seasoning is simple, with garlic, olive oil, a dash of chili pepper, letting the flavor of the ingredients shine. I asked for a second serving of bread. There was olive oil on the plate, probably for dipping the bread, but I poured it over the pasta. The pasta was so rich with the flavor of the clams, really delicious. The dessert that came last was custard pudding, with a lot of cream, also very tasty. I love Vongole Bianco, so I'll definitely visit again (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

On a certain weekday, I visited a pasta restaurant in Kita-ku, Kitaku 12-jonishi 1-chome, which seems to have opened relatively recently and is known for its vongole pasta. Since there is no parking lot, I parked at the coin parking lot across the street and headed to the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is calm and composed of a counter and table seats, likely retained from the previous pasta restaurant that was there. The background music playing was of a sophisticated atmosphere. From the menu on that day, I heard that you could choose between red or white vongole, so I left that decision to the previous customers and opted for the daily pasta, "Meat Sauce (1000 yen)," with an iced cafe au lait as the set drink. Oh? The cafe time from 3:00 to 2:30 offers sandwiches and dessert sets that look quite nice. The first plates arrived, each with a salad mainly consisting of leafy greens with an oily Italian dressing, and a refillable potage soup that turned out to be surprisingly flavorful with clams in it. The freshly baked bread, also refillable, was served hot and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, accompanied by olive oil with salt and other seasonings. When the main dish arrived and I took the first bite... the noodles were relatively thick with a slightly rough surface, providing a chewy texture. The meat sauce was noticeably sweeter than that of a cafe, leaning towards a beefy umami flavor with a touch of powdered cheese, which many people would enjoy. Shortly after finishing the meal, the dessert arrived, and despite being part of the set, it was quite elaborate! A crunchy candy decoration, sliced strawberries with sauce, and a baked pastry with a hint of alcohol aroma, complemented by a light mascarpone sweetness and a touch of whipped cream, creating a well-balanced dessert. Finally, I finished the set with the iced cafe au lait. I suddenly realized that this daily special, priced at 1000 yen with bread and soup refills, plus dessert and drink included, was a very good value for lunch. Next time, I will definitely come back to try the vongole pasta! Thank you for the meal.

I want to believe that it was just an unfortunate day. Firstly, the clam smell. Next, the saltiness (maybe it's because it's Genovese), and also lukewarm equals no hint of al dente. Is it fresh pasta? I don't know about the good points, but apparently the bread and soup were refillable. All the office ladies nearby seemed to have ordered meat sauce...

Visited during the pre-opening period until 11/30♪ The pre-opening is only open for lunchtime. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the lunch course. I tried the Vongole pasta course for 1,000 yen. The restaurant is quite spacious with 4 counter seats and 18 table seats. The course includes a drink, salad, and plate of appetizers. You can have unlimited refills of soup and bread. Today's soup was potato and shiitake mushroom potage. The freshly baked bread was delicious. I wanted more, but I was concerned about the portion of the pasta, so I decided to have it after eating the pasta. I chose the Vongole Bianco pasta, which was generously topped with clams. You can also choose a tomato-flavored version. This set will increase to 1,500 yen after the grand opening, so it's a great deal to visit today and tomorrow. The post-grand opening operating hours are from 11:00 to 21:00, with different offerings for lunch, cafe, and bar time.
