Today's topic is also "Dosanko Wide 179" (laughs). The nearest subway station is the Toho Line's Kita 13-jo Higashi Station, but it's not too far from the Nanboku Line's Kita 12-jo Station either. Well, being cheap, I walk from the north exit of JR Sapporo Station (laughs). It's about a 6-7 minute walk from either subway station, but if you walk from the east concourse of the north exit, it takes about 15 minutes. Well, my feet aren't in the best condition, but it's a nice walk (laughs). A landmark is the "Coop Sapporo Kita 12-jo Store" next door, on the first floor of an 8-story apartment building. I arrived in front of the store about 5 minutes before opening. I wondered if there would be customers waiting in line... (laughs). Next to it is another delicious-looking bakery, right? It's now 11 o'clock, but... the lights inside the store are on... so... a staff member came out and started preparing to open, 3 minutes late. Well, it's common for small stores on the street. But I still politely asked the staff, "May I come in?" "Sure, please do," they said. I entered. The bright interior with a wood motif is really nice, right? And there are no decorations on the walls, it's really simple. The staff brought me water and the menu, but in this store, you only have a choice between Vongole Bianco and Vongole Rosso (laughs). I wanted clams, so I ordered the "Vongole Pasta Course for 1,280 yen" with Vongole Bianco. They call it white here. Well, white or red, right (laughs). Besides pasta, the course comes with salad, freshly baked bread, soup, a drink, and dessert. I ordered oolong tea for the drink... this isn't really Italian (laughs). While waiting, a few couples entered the store. After about 10 minutes, a small plate with salad, bread, and soup in cups arrived. The staff said, "You can have seconds of soup and bread if you like." The salad had leafy vegetables like spinach with French dressing and a sprinkle of coarse pepper. The soup was something with potatoes, but I didn't listen carefully to the explanation (laughs). The freshly baked bread was really hot and chewy, a really delicious bread, right (laughs). The main pasta dish arrived in 26 minutes after ordering. Oh, this is amazing (surprised). There are so many clams that you can't see the pasta (laughs). The pasta is hidden under the clams, not on top. The amount of clams is 300 grams. 300 grams! (laughs). A recipe on Cookpad calls for 150 grams. These clams from Koshiki are really rich in flavor, right? So delicious... and they are slightly grilled, so they have a nice aroma. The seasoning is simple, with garlic, olive oil, a dash of chili pepper, letting the flavor of the ingredients shine. I asked for a second serving of bread. There was olive oil on the plate, probably for dipping the bread, but I poured it over the pasta. The pasta was so rich with the flavor of the clams, really delicious. The dessert that came last was custard pudding, with a lot of cream, also very tasty. I love Vongole Bianco, so I'll definitely visit again (laughs). Thank you for the meal.
