Osaka City, Tennoji Ward. TD and Osaka business trip season 3, Part 2. Tsuruhashi Station front shopping street, standing bar where you can sit, Nabeichi. Let's have some fish in Tsuruhashi for a change, based on everyone's reviews. Inside the restaurant, there is a kitchen on the right after entering, counter seats across from it, three round table seats on the left, and another entrance on the opposite side.
- Draft beer (490 yen) Asahi Super Dry. Cheers to another hard day's work... Wait, where's the photo?
- "Kaze no Mori" (780 yen) From Oilyama Brewery in Gojo City, Nara. Unfiltered, undiluted sake. Made from 100% Akitsuhosho rice, polished to 65%. Slightly sparkling and delicious! But wait, where's the photo for this one too?
- "Sakana no Kimochi Mori Mori" (1,290 yen) Recommended menu. Includes tuna, yellowtail, squid, shrimp, crab, sea urchin, and a side of jellyfish with miso vinegar. Plenty of tuna, which is great.
- "Katsu Fugu Karaage" (1,390 yen) Brother: "Today's recommendation!" Me: "Alright, I'll go with that." Of course it's recommended, it's high-end! Didn't check the price beforehand, got surprised later. But it's definitely worth it. The fried fugu is slightly rare and delicious!
- "Asa Hiki Tanba Chicken Salt Yaki" (980 yen) Brother: "I have one more recommendation!" Me: "It's not another expensive one, is it?" Fell for it again. Salt-grilled chicken with yuzu pepper. Tender and tasty with a hint of Japanese sake. At this point, I'm just going along with it. But when you think about it, it's actually quite reasonable. TD: "They have great ingredients here." A bit pricey, but it was worth it. For fish in Tsuruhashi, Nabeichi is the place to go!
