As I leisurely gazed at the skyscrapers, roads, and airplanes, I forgot all my worries and felt relaxed. It must be even more wonderful at night. I ordered the weekday limited lunch, which was the Cheese Baked Curry Doria, in a large serving (laughs). It came with a salad and soup for just a little over 1400 yen. The texture of the broad beans was delightful! The combination of curry and cheese in the Doria was fantastic! With the large portion, I felt completely satisfied both in my stomach and my heart. I could easily spend hours enjoying this view. For anyone dealing with daily worries, I highly recommend this healing lunch!

Today, I went to Umeda in the afternoon to meet someone! First, I went up to the 29th floor of 32 Building and wandered around thinking about where to go. I ended up here ('ω')ノ. I ordered lunch, which was something with demi-glace sauce and mushrooms (I forgot the name, haha). I also ordered a drink bar, but there were only a few options... Well, I decided to start with orange juice for my first drink! As we chatted, my food arrived, bubbling hot and full of flavor. It was delicious even though it was really hot! I also enjoyed the salad and soup while we continued our conversation. When I went to refill my drink, I thought about getting iced coffee, but... huh? How do I do this? There was no instructions on how to use it, and while you just need to press a button, there were two spouts and I wasn’t sure where to put my cup. For those who don’t use these often, it could be confusing, so it would be helpful to have some kind of instructions displayed. Anyway, my food review isn’t that detailed today (laughs). I ordered the durian cheese dish. The surface was crispy with hardened cheese, and it was incredibly delicious! I’m definitely going to order it again. The soup was also tasty. The prices were reasonable and affordable! I went for the first time with my friends. The night view from the window was beautiful, making the food taste even better!

On the 29th floor of the Hankyu Grand Building is "Kobe Motomachi Doria." It’s been a while since I visited the open-air dining space, and the view is fantastic. I arrived on a weekday at 11:50 AM, and it was relatively empty, but by noon, about 80% of the seats were filled. Orders are taken via a tablet. I had the "Lunch Set (Half & Half)" which comes with a salad and soup. I chose the Parmesan Carbonara-style Doria with a soft-boiled egg and the Cream Doria with Shrimp and Mozzarella flavored like Lobster. The total, including tax, was ¥1,584 (and the Doria can be ordered in a larger size for free). I added a drink bar for ¥319, bringing my total to ¥1,903. I love getting to choose two different dishes in a half & half style! However, I was surprised by the limited selection at the drink bar: iced tea, apple, Calpis, black tea, and coffee. No soda? I wanted ginger ale! While waiting, I had some apple drink, and within about 5 minutes, my food arrived. The Doria comes in a small pot with a flame underneath, keeping it very hot! Even though it’s half-sized, the Carbonara with the soft-boiled egg is there! Both dishes have cream sauce, but the burnt cheese is delicious! The rice is substantial, which is great. I was able to enjoy it hot until the end. The pot is non-stick, so it's easy to serve from it. As it gets cooler, I crave dishes like this. Although you can get a larger size for free, I had coffee after my meal, so I felt satisfied with the regular size.

I visited a rice gratin (doria) restaurant located in Hankyu 32nd Street. I enjoyed a dinner set featuring Margherita-style fresh tomato and three cheese gratin. The gratin is served piping hot on a iron plate. The meal also includes a small salad, soup, and a small cheesecake. Dining at a high floor allowed me to relax while enjoying views of the Umeda skyline and the Yodo River. I even got to see airplanes flying by.

Ordering is done via a touch panel. I struggled to decide between doria and omelette rice, but ultimately went with the omelette rice. It is served on fire, so it’s very hot, and those with sensitive tongues should be careful to avoid burns (laughs). The night view was really beautiful!

When I'm craving a classic doria, I visit around 11:10 on a weekday when there are only a few customers. The restaurant is located on the 29th floor, offering a spacious view.
