This time I chose the "fly-four" dish. It includes four different types of fried items, making it enjoyable. On this day, it was menchi katsu, salmon fry, kushi katsu, and chicken katsu. It's very filling with a generous portion! The fluffy cornbread is especially delicious!

I went to get my hair cut on Saturday and then had to go to work, so I stopped by a shop called "こっぺ屋Pocket" near Asao intersection to buy lunch. The shop specializes in fluffy cornbread sandwiches, and this time I got the "プリンクリーム (250 yen)" and "ポテトサラダ (260 yen)" sandwiches. I love pudding, so the sweet and delicious pudding cream was perfect. The potato salad was also delicious, with just the right amount of flavor. It was a freshly made and tasty meal.

I'm around Asabu Station. I've been wandering around Teine Ward, Ishikari, Shinkotoni, and Asabu, and I've only had beef bowl and ramen, so I'm starting to feel a bit peckish. I'm looking for some meat dishes around here, but I can't seem to find any. So, I decided to have a minced cutlet sandwich at Koppeya! The bread here is so fluffy and delicious! The plump minced cutlet sandwich costs 330 yen and comes with shredded cabbage and sauce. It's a simple sandwich with fluffy bread and a juicy, tender minced cutlet. This minced cutlet is probably the type that oozes out meat juices when you bite into it, and it's really delicious! The Worcestershire sauce blends perfectly with the bread, cabbage, and minced cutlet, creating an indescribable harmony. It's quite large, so if you have it for lunch, one should be enough to satisfy you. I wonder if they could open a Koppeya in Teine Ward too. Thank you for the meal!

Welcome.---------- August 2020 ----------Located right near the intersection in the center of Asao area, there is a specialty store for "Coppe Pan" |o| °д°)ノ. There is also "Debupan" available in Paul Town, but it doesn't seem to be affiliated. Although they seem to have forgotten the concept of "freshly made" that they used to focus on, they will make ones that are not available on the spot. I wanted to see the process of making them with various ingredients lined up like Subway. There are many types from sweet to meal-like, so I didn't take any risks. The "Tamago Tamago" with plenty of eggs has an accent of mayonnaise and mustard. The new product "Massaman Curry" has a cardamom flavor when heated, with a mellow spiciness and deep richness of coconut sweetness. It includes chicken thigh meat, potatoes, and chickpeas. It is undoubtedly satisfying with its moist, chewy, soft and large buns. It costs around 400 yen per piece, which is more preferable than the "Apapai" that costs the same but this one tastes better. I hope they return to the performance of making them in front of customers like Subway for an enjoyable experience.

It's been a while since my last visit. I don't think they had it before, but there is a limited edition item at the Asou store called "Daily Soy Milk Cream Puff". The soy milk cream is a must, and it comes with something different each day. It's always a surprise. They frequently introduce new products and bring back seasonal items, so it's always fun to see what they have. And now, with the soy milk cream and the surprise filling, the excitement has increased. On this particular day, the Daily Soy Milk Cream Puff had soy milk cream and red bean paste - a classic combination! The amount of soy milk cream and red bean paste was just right for the size of the puff. Not too sweet, but still delicious, I couldn't resist and finished one in no time. The puff itself was great too. This shop has cute decorations, so I always end up taking my time to look around. Just a heads up, there is no parking lot at this shop in Asou, so please be aware of that. It's right in the middle of the intersection in Asou, so temporary parking is not possible.

When you think of Asou's Koppeya, "Debupan" is famous, but next to Henkei Gosaro, there is a new open "Koppeya Pocket". The menu is the same as the underground store. The store is small, fits only three people, with pre-made items on shelves, but you can also request freshly made items. I tried the "Sauce Cutlet" for takeout, priced at 300 yen. It might be a good value, but I wish the cutlet was a bit thicker. I thought the sauce would be rich, but it was actually quite light and easy to eat. I feel like I always eat "Aji Koppe"... I would like to try "Ama Koppe" occasionally. Thank you for the meal.

I was alone in Sapporo and had some terrible ramen. Then, I had a coffee and on my way to a ramen shop, I saw something. It looked like "coppe" but it was actually "Koppu" (a place name). People from Abashiri can only think of that, right? That's right, right? So, it turned out to be a bakery called "Coppe". The city is a scary place, I thought. So, I parked my car and decided to check it out after having coffee. If it weren't for the coffee, I wouldn't have gone to a city bakery like that, right? That's right, right? I took a deep breath and went in. I was dazzled by the variety and felt dizzy. The girl asked me if I was okay and supported me. I wondered what to get - the rum raisin or the white fish fry. But in the end, I chose the egg. Is 230 yen okay for that? I ate it that day. The bread was moist, but the margarine was too prominent. I don't want margarine to be so obvious. I want it to be subtle. The sweetness wasn't strong, and the bread itself was delicious. As for the egg, I couldn't taste it at all. When I looked at the cut piece, it was thin. If they could make the egg thicker, it would have more presence. It felt like I was eating a margarine bread. Please put more egg in it. Honestly, I was disappointed with the Coppe bread. I might have been too honest, but that's how I felt.

I wanted to compare it with Debupan, so I bought it. The one I made is displayed. I chose it myself and went to the cash register. I don't like mayonnaise. They said all the flavors have mustard mayonnaise on them. They made it without mayonnaise. Thank you (´∇`)

This time, I tried the limited-time White Shiratama Zunda Whipped Strawberry Milk with chunks. The chunky strawberry milk has become a favorite of mine. The visual of the White Shiratama Zunda Whip is very nice. When you open the bag, it looks like the mouth of a Koppa bun is opening up, revealing the white shiratama and whipped cream, which is very appealing. The green color of the zunda is also beautiful. However, making shiratama is difficult. You have to knead white shiratama flour with water, roll it into balls, and boil it. When you eat it, you can immediately tell that it's homemade, similar to homemade dumplings. If shiratama sits for a while after boiling (especially when exposed to air), the texture tends to deteriorate. It's recommended to eat it fresh and hot, but I doubt they boil it upon request. I'm not sure. Maybe I won't buy anything with shiratama anymore, so even if it becomes delicious in the future, I won't notice. This shop also updates its regular menu items (noted as "renewal" on the menu). There is a good chance that the shiratama will be renewed and become tastier, so please don't dwell on old reviews.

I bought salmon flakes, strawberry milk with strawberry bits, and fried salmon from Hokkaido. The fried salmon was unexpectedly large and filling. It wasn't crispy right out of the fryer, but it was delicious. I recommend it. The strawberry milk with bits was similar to a product I used to buy at Marui, with a hint of sourness from the strawberries. It reminded me of a flavor I really like. I will probably buy it every time I go. I wish they sold smaller portions so I could try more varieties.

It was a small and cute bakery with a cozy atmosphere. There were many different types of coppe bread displayed on the shelves, making it hard to choose. I ended up ordering the recommended matcha cream coppe bread. The fluffy cream had a hint of bitterness and the aroma of tea, which paired perfectly with the soft and gentle flavor of the coppe bread. I can't wait to go back!

Coppé bread shop located at Asou's Gokairo. I used to buy it on my way home from work. I can't buy it now because it doesn't end within business hours, but I bought strawberry jam and side dish bread. The taste is very delicious, and the staff also provide friendly service with a smile, which is pleasant. If I had to say something negative, the shop itself is small, so it gets too crowded with about 3 groups (laughs), so I'll give it 4 stars for that! Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.
