Located in Mume-cho, Hozonji, Kita-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, this popular bakery has been selected as one of the Top 100 Bakeries by Tabelog Pan WEST 2020. They do not have a parking lot and only accept cash payments. The small shop offers around 20 types of bread. I purchased the Rye Bread Croque Monsieur for 450 yen, Curry Bread for 180 yen, and Melon Bread for 160 yen. The Rye Bread Croque Monsieur had a strong rye flavor with a rich bechamel sauce, plenty of cheese, and ham, creating a perfect balance of flavors, making it quite delicious. The Curry Bread had a crispy bread crumb coating, soft dough, and a curry filling with the sweetness of onions, the umami of meat, and a well-balanced spice level, resulting in a deep and delicious flavor. The Melon Bread had a perfect level of sweetness on the surface, a fluffy interior with a satisfying taste when bitten into, making it quite delicious.

Near the Nakamozu Ramen area (unofficial name), there is a cute bakery on the 1st floor of Heights Nakamozu. It's about a 10-minute walk from Nankai Koya Line Nakamozu Station, with a coin parking nearby. It's a small, cozy shop that seems like it could get crowded with about two groups. I didn't notice it even though I've passed by this road before - it's light blue in color. On a Saturday afternoon, there were no customers when I went. They have a variety of cute-sized breads available: "Gruyere Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato French Bread" for ¥320, "Limited-time Chestnut French Bread with Skin" for ¥300, "Earl Grey Tea and Lemon Bread" for ¥280, and "Brioche Cookie Melon Pan" for ¥230. The wreath-shaped cheese bread was crispy with overflowing cheese and delicious sun-dried tomatoes inside. I really liked the chestnut bread with skin - it's my favorite type! The bread shaped like a pan au lait was unexpectedly not too sweet, but fluffy with lemon peel as an accent. The melon pan had a crispy outer layer, reminiscent of the nostalgic UFO bread. I enjoyed all of them because they suited my taste, so I'll definitely go back again. Thank you for the meal!

It seemed like I passed the shop several times. A stylish bakery... I didn't find the bread I was looking for. The bread here is a bit expensive, but made with good ingredients? Maybe good for the body. This time, it was mostly hard bread? but also soft and chewy? My jaw got tired. You can feel the wheat in it, and the quality is worth the price. I will go back to try a different bread.

I visited the shop around 12 pm on Saturday. Since there was no parking lot, I parked my car at a nearby coin parking. The atmosphere of the shop was cute, but there were no customers inside and the selection of products was limited. I chose the following items: - Walnut red bean croissant - Curry bread - Walnut cheese - Dried tomato and bacon cheese - Honey bread - Baguette I heard that the hard breads are popular overall, but my favorite was the red bean croissant. The combination of walnut red bean and croissant was delicious. The curry bread had a soft bread texture and the curry was not too spicy, it had a mild flavor and was delicious.

A few minutes' walk from Nakamozu Station, this shop is located on the first floor of an apartment building. The interior has a stylish and cute atmosphere. I bought a melon pan and a curry pan. The melon pan was soft and fluffy with a gentle sweetness. The curry pan had a moist and soft dough, with a tightly packed sweet curry inside. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I found a shop near me that was selected as one of the top 100 shops. At first glance, I didn't realize it was a bakery. I was already full from lunch, so I just bought two items: a croissant brulee for 330 yen and a melon pan for 220 yen. Both were delicious! I'll definitely go back to buy more.

I have seen a cute bakery in a magazine before. I heard that their hard bread is delicious, and the store looks like a stylish handmade goods shop. - Location: About a 10-minute walk from Nakamozu Station, it may be a bit difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area. - Interior: The store has a DIY feel with a cute blue exterior and adorable interior. It seems like it would be perfect for Instagram photos. I was surprised to find that the store is smaller than I expected. - Purchases: French bread made with French dough, milk cream French bread, rye bread with ratatouille. - Impressions: I heard that their hard bread and rye bread are delicious, so I decided to buy them. They don't use preservatives, shortening, or margarine, so it's safe to feed to small children. The organic bread is not dry like typical organic bread and is delicious and easy to eat. The ratatouille is homemade, and you can feel the store's dedication in every aspect, including the interior. They had a wide variety of bread, including prepared dishes and pastries, but they are a bit pricey due to the attention to detail. It's more of a luxury bread rather than something you would eat every day, but it's clear why it's popular as it was very delicious!

Visited at 2:00 PM on April 23, 2023. This bakery, "Ishinoue," has been selected as one of the top 100 bakeries in Japan. It's my third bakery of the day. Despite its small size, being selected as one of the top 100 must mean it's quite popular. I heard from a follower that they have two types of melon pan, so I compared the melon pan I bought at the second bakery with three types here. The melon pan here is made with brioche dough, and even the normal one has a different crispy top. The cookie type doesn't even look like melon pan anymore. Both in appearance and taste, they are completely different. The normal melon pan from the second bakery, brioche dough normal, and brioche dough cookie types each have their own characteristics and were all delicious, but I think I liked the brioche dough cookie type the best. It was a very delicious melon pan. Thank you for the meal.

I went around 2 pm on Sunday, April 16th, but many items were already sold out, with only about 20 varieties left. Today, I bought a strawberry milk French bread, bacon baguette, and pistachio, chocolate, and orange bread. The French bread had a great texture and flavor, with a strong buttery taste that didn't get overshadowed by the fillings or cream. The chocolate pie had a pistachio sponge cake inside, creating a nice balance with the chocolate and tasting delicious.

I visited the store near dusk, so there were hardly any products lined up. I bought Garlic French, Garlic Rusk, and a Blue Cheese and Orange? Sauce bread. The rusk was delicious and seemed to go well with wine. The Blue Cheese bread didn't have much cheese flavor, but the bread itself was tasty. I'd like to visit again when they have a wider variety of products available.

Melon pan rusks for 430 yen, black soybean and red bean bread, croissant, brioche, ham and cheese, curry bread, blue cheese and orange honey French bread, and cane sugar rusks with walnuts, honey, and dried fruits. This bakery offers a variety of cute and delicious breads with unique ingredients like walnuts, honey, and dried fruits. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for female customers. The blue cheese and orange honey French bread is a recommended choice for its delicate flavors and abundance of ingredients. The melon pan rusk has a crispy texture with a satisfying crunch. It may not taste like traditional melon pan, but it is a refined and elegant treat.

This shop is located about an 8-minute walk from Nakamozu Station. It has a refreshing exterior and inside, there are many types of bread lined up. I tried the Gruyère cheese and sun-dried tomato French bread for 320 yen, the Chocolate Baton for 260 yen, the Cube Bacon and Garlic Butter French bread for 280 yen, and the Black Olive and Anchovy Butter French bread for 250 yen. They mainly have hard breads available. I reheated all of them and the dough was delicious and satisfying. The cheese and sun-dried tomato combination was my favorite with the tomato flavor and cheese blending well. The bacon and butter was also delicious. I found that savory flavors like cheese and bacon worked better than sweet ones. It's not an area I usually visit, but I would like to go back if I have the chance.

I finally had the chance to visit a cute little bakery that I had heard about from my mom friends. The exterior and interior of the shop were adorable, but it was quite crowded. The staff were very cute and friendly, and I couldn't help but comment on how cute the shop was. The staff recommended the brioche melon bread, which I found to be delicious. I also tried the milk croissant and apple pie, both of which were tasty. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to visit this shop again.

I walked a little from Nakamozu Station. The appearance and interior of the shop are cute, and it has a wonderful atmosphere. The bags were free. I mainly bought sweets, and the Danish pastries were delicious with a crispy crust. The bread was soft and chewy, which I liked.

While waiting for my train, I wandered around the area near Namba Koya Line's Nakamozu Station. I found a cute bakery called Ishinoue-san, which seems to be affiliated with Pan no Hyaku no Omise. The exterior is adorable, and the inside is cozy with a wide variety of breads. I decided to buy three different types this time. The epi bread I tried was crispy on the outside and moist inside, with a hint of bacon that was delicious. I also bought a loaf of bread to enjoy at home. It was soft and slightly sweet, just the way I like it. The melon bread, despite its size, had a good weight to it and a mild sweetness. Overall, I really enjoyed the bread from this bakery, especially the loaf bread. (Visited for the first time on 11/20/2022)

After having lunch, I visited this shop. The exterior has a cozy atmosphere like a miscellaneous goods store, and it's a small shop that can get crowded with 4-5 people. They have quite a variety of bread displayed. I've visited a few times before, and sometimes they run out quickly depending on the time, but this day they had a good selection. I took some photos inside the shop, but I won't post them as it seems the shop prefers not to have prices shared in reviews. I bought one bread for each family member for breakfast the next morning. I bought the Croissant Brulee for 330 yen for myself, to enjoy at home. The prices are a bit higher compared to other shops, but being a popular shop, it was delicious with an elegant sweetness. The bread itself was also tasty. Thank you for the meal.

I searched for a bakery in Sakai City and found a shop that caught my interest. I visited after seeing a review that said their shokupan (Japanese white bread) was delicious. They had a limited variety of bread, so I only bought the shokupan I was looking for. I couldn't get it sliced at the shop, so I sliced it at home! It was soft and fluffy, which was great!

A small and cute bakery with a water-colored exterior, the interior has a fairytale-like atmosphere. - Shokupan: Sweet and fluffy, slightly chewy. Not very oily but delicious. The surface is fragrant and elastic. - Brioche melon pan - Black soybean anpan: The orange peel is delicious. The kitchen was fully visible from the cash register, and there was only one young girl, maybe a college student.

The exterior of the restaurant is refreshing and cute. The interior maintains a fairytale-like atmosphere. The variety of breads is not extensive, but each one seems to be carefully crafted. The Croissant Chocolat (220 yen) is filled with plenty of bitter chocolate in a fluffy pastry. The Lemon Cream Pie (330 yen) has a crispy texture with a balanced lemon cream filling. The Melon Pan with brioche dough (160 yen) has a soft and melty texture with a hint of cassonade. The Curry Pan with brioche dough (260 yen) is an unusual combination that surprisingly works well.
