Today's lunch. Since I had miso two days ago and soy sauce yesterday, I think I'll go with salt today (^^;;. Now, let's think about a place near Sapporo Station where you can eat "regular salt ramen". Surprisingly, there are not many options. There are plenty of unique ramen shops, as well as shops catering to tourists. However, there are few places that offer cheap and delicious "regular" ramen. Oh, how about trying that place over there. So, I headed to a Chinese restaurant called "Tendan," which I had bookmarked beforehand. I heard that it is a shop with a reputation for being cheap and delicious. The restaurant is located at Nishi 6, Kita 5, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It is on the basement floor of the 2nd Daido Building. Walk straight north from in front of the "Spicy Ramen 14 Sapporo Minami Exit" and you will find a building on the north side of the Mitsui Garden Hotel. Go down the stairs to the underground dining area. There are izakayas, Chinese restaurants, and supper snack bars, creating a relaxing space for salarymen (*'▽'*). Now, I entered the restaurant. There were three staff members: an elderly male owner, a woman, and a young man. Perhaps they are family? I was curious about the chicken cutlet curry and the Zhajiangmian for lunch, but I decided to order the "salt ramen" for 650 yen as planned. While waiting, I heard the sound of ingredients being stir-fried in the kitchen in the background, and I leisurely watched TV. The TV was full of news about the spread of coronavirus cases. I'm starting to get used to this kind of news. The ramen was served in about 6 minutes. The noodle bowl with a high rim contained a beautiful clear soup with a golden hue. So, let's dig in♪ First, the soup. Oh, it's delicious (*^o^*)/ It's a clear soup made with pork bones and chicken bones. The fragrant oil is also savory, and it has the unique taste of a Chinese-style soup. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles. They have a chewy and slippery texture, and the unique slurping sensation is enjoyable. They have a good firmness like udon noodles and are delicious. They are provided by Morizumi Seimen. The toppings are simple, consisting of small slices of char siu, green onions, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. The char siu is a small piece of roasted pork loin, but it is quite delicious with a certain thickness. Well then, once again, I finished every last drop of the soup and noodles, delicious (*´∀`*) Finished eating and drinking again. This "refreshing ramen that salarymen will love" is truly satisfying in terms of taste and cost performance. It's just a regular ramen, but it's delicious. Next time, I want to try the "gomoku ramen". I'm also interested in the set menu. It's a shop that serves as a model for office district Chinese restaurants. Well, since I've had miso, soy sauce, and salt ramen, maybe I'll have spicy miso ramen tomorrow (^^) At any rate, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal♬
