【Takeout】The only supermarket chain in Japan that is nationwide is the Aeon Group, with 9 domestic and 4 overseas entities. The first store is MaxValu Esashi store in Iwate Prefecture. This store is located in a residential area in Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City, Hokkaido, along National Route 274, about 150m from the intersection of Atsubetsu Chuo-dori and Uenohoro Station direction. --- Revisited on July 9, 2021, at 6:00 PM after work. This store, where I have been a few times with someone in the past, was visited after a long time. Of course, as always, just one person today. I bought some side dishes for tonight's dinner and tomorrow's lunch. Chicken hearts are a favorite. Just sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake. The minced cutlets were surprisingly not greasy. The person in charge of frying at the deli section here has good skills. The stir-fried glass noodles on freshly cooked rice made the rice disappear quickly... and I ended up full. Thank you for the meal. Epilogue: The ankake yakisoba and fried rice were also delicious.

Located inside the MaxValu store along Route 275, this bakery offers a variety of breads including butter rolls. During my recent visit, I noticed some changes in the store, including a new resting area. I purchased a butter roll from the Shirokuma Bakery corner and warmed it in the oven to make an egg sandwich. The roll was fluffy, with a delicious buttery aroma and a slightly sweet taste. It was a delightful treat.
