Due to work, we ended up eating Christmas cake on the Emperor's birthday, so it was a mix of Japanese and Western traditions. On Christmas Eve, I had a business trip to Onneyu, and we went to a charcoal-grilled meat restaurant called "Nishiki." It's a relatively new establishment located along the road to the airport. When we entered, there was no one there, which felt a bit eerie. The owner cheerfully escorted us to our seats, and we ordered various meats and side dishes. The meat was delicious, especially the beef hormone. The atmosphere was cozy, and the owner was very friendly. We ended up having a good time despite the initial lack of customers. The total cost was around 7,000 yen, which was reasonable. I would consider revisiting this restaurant in the future.

There used to be a yakiniku restaurant called "Rin" in this place. The exterior and interior are almost the same as before. The restroom has been improved to be clean and stylish. It just opened in July, so it's still a bit busy. However, personally, I feel that the customer service has greatly improved compared to before, so I have high expectations for the future. The meat is delicious. I ordered a variety of items, but there were no disappointments like "I should have skipped this..." so you can rest assured. Sake is served in a masu cup, and it's actually quite a good deal!! It may not be clear from the photos, but it was a lot. As a local, it's great to have a place like this nearby, even though going to Bihoro is nice too. If the portions were a bit bigger or the prices were lower, there would be nothing to complain about. When it came time to pay, I felt like it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated. Well, that's true for any restaurant, though (laughs).
