In 2023/4, revisiting Chitose Airport for a side trip series. Although I always stop by Eki-no-Michi in Eniwa, this time I will skip the review. This is a shop I love, so I can't help but write a "revisit review." It's a "tofu factory" with a "direct sales store," and the tofu is delicious. The "Hane products" are a great deal. The staff's love for their own products is strong. I always end up stopping by this shop. I bought 2 blocks of "Nakasatsunai tofu" for 200 yen, 6 pieces of fried tofu for 60 yen, and got a complimentary serving of okara. These are unique to a "direct sales store." I also bought 10 pieces of "kitsune-age" for 400 yen and a side dish for rice or noodles for 140 yen. The seasoning is great for rice or noodles. I appreciate the staff explaining things with care. With products from a company like this, there are no disappointments.

Revisited after a year, this place is known for producing delicious soybean products despite being a factory. Their "Mametepo" brand tofu is excellent, especially the freshly made tofu available only on Fridays and Saturdays which has a rich soybean flavor. The "ganmo" is large and satisfying to eat. The "Tamafukura natto" has the largest natto beans I've ever seen, giving a unique eating experience. The staff's passion for their own products is evident in their excellent customer service. A must-stop shop near Chitose Airport when picking up or dropping off my daughter.

I still have some time, so I stopped by Yamaguchi Shokuhin. I bought some donuts and fried Hanepin. Customers kept coming in one after another, and the store is small so you can't really take your time looking around. It's good that they are doing well. Maybe next time, I'll come to have some soft serve on a warm day.

When I went to Eniwa, I wanted to visit a shop that specializes in yuba, a tofu skin product. This time, I chose something I hadn't tried before. I ordered the fresh yuba with ponzu sauce. It was so delicious! It was elegant, soft, healthy, and I could feel the Kyoto vibes from it. This yuba is truly exquisite. I enjoyed it as it is, but I think it would also be delicious wrapped around meat or mushrooms. I'd love to try making yuba dishes at home. Thank you for the meal!

I went around the town of Eniwa and found a factory district with a direct sales store! It looked good, so I decided to stop by. The store was small, but it was filled with various products made from soybeans! How many different types of tofu do they have? I ordered some delicious items: Edamame Kinusan for 170 yen, Wamidofu for 250 yen, Small Tsurunoko-yose for 210 yen, Dosanko Inari for 350 yen, Rice Side Dish for 110 yen, Kitsune Oage for 400 yen, Fresh Agedofu from the tofu shop for 150 yen, Unbroken Sliced Agedofu for 160 yen, Hokkaido Small Agedofu for 100 yen, Mame Tepo Konnyaku for 130 yen, Domestic Small Rolled Shirataki for 180 yen, Tofu Tako Tempura for 230 yen, Young Chicken Tofu Hamburger for 300 yen, Yuki Shizuka Natto for 80 yen. The Wamidofu was amazing, with a rich soybean flavor that is irresistible when made into yakko tofu. Tsurunoko-yose is also a recommended tofu dish from the shop, with subtly different flavors that are delicious! The Rice Side Dish tastes like the fried tofu of Inari sushi, but chopped up. The side dishes are also not to be underestimated. The tofu hamburger is a solid hamburger, and the tofu tako tempura is like a snack. Customers keep coming in one after another. It's clear that they are supported by the local community. If it were closer, it would be a store I would visit every time I go shopping. It was delicious - I'll definitely go again!

During a revisit to Eniwa in May 2021, I always make sure to stop by the tofu factory's direct sales store. The employees at this store clearly love their products. They offer a variety of soy products that are processed in different ways. The taste of their products is excellent. This time, I bought the following items: Rice accompaniment for 110 yen, Kyoto-style fried tofu for 120 yen, Natto (2 super large grains for 130 yen, large and small grains for 40 yen each), Chewy fried tofu for 280 yen, and Tsurunoko tofu for 340 yen. The standout items this time were the three types of natto: small grain, large grain, and super large grain, each with its own delicious flavor. The chewy fried tofu had a soft and bouncy texture inside, and it was delicious. I wonder when I'll have the chance to visit again.

Date of visit: Around 2:30 PM on November 13, 2020. After having curry at "Comienso," I decided to have ice cream at this shop, "Mame Teppo." I walked for nearly an hour and a half from Shimamatsu! Excluding the time spent at the shops, I estimate that I walked at least 2 and a half hours round trip. It's just about walkable within the Eino district... This time, I had the "Soy Cup Soft (¥300)." It was raining that day, and since I didn't have a car, I decided to sit under the roof on a bench to eat. I took a bite of the ice cream. It's not too rich or sweet, so it's quite easy to eat. Personally, I didn't really taste the soy flavor, but I don't particularly like soybeans like natto, anko, or edamame, and I still enjoyed it, so I think even those who are not fans of those kinds of beans can enjoy it. I don't like soy milk, but maybe I should have bought soy milk donuts to take home... Thank you for the meal.

On my way to pick up my daughter for her first visit in 2020, I stopped by the Michinoeki (Roadside Station) "Kanona" in Ebetsu and tried their "otama tofu," which was surprisingly delicious. I found out that it is made nearby, so I decided to visit again on my way back from sending my daughter to Chitose Airport. It is located in an industrial park, and the shop is a small direct sales store using a corner of the factory. The shop had a wide variety of products, including discounted items. The store's layout really shows their love for their own products. I tried the "large grain natto" for 40 yen, which was delicious. It seems to be made from soybeans in Nakasatsunai, and it might be natto that you can't find elsewhere. The "tofu tako tempura" and "shrimp tofu nuggets" were both like side dishes, but they were fluffy and tasty. The fried items were discounted, but they were soft and delicious, perfect for boiling or grilling. The "kitsune-age" was a bit sweet, but it's also great as a drinking snack. It's rare to see places offering "okara" as a service these days, so I gratefully received a bag of it. This place offers delicious tofu, fried items, and natto. Despite being a factory, I found a great tofu shop.

The soft serve ice cream is light. It used to be crumbly before. The soy milk donuts are incredibly delicious!! I saw somewhere that kids on break from school come here to get soy milk donuts. It's a constantly busy shop. They charge for bags. I need to bring my own bag.

Today I went to buy snacks. The parking lot in front of the store is quite spacious. The store itself is small, but there are many products lined up such as tofu and fried tofu. The photo shows the free gifts I received for shopping: okara and mini soy milk donuts, and tofu octopus balls. The okara has plenty of it and I'm happy to be able to use it in various dishes. The soy milk donuts have a crispy texture, and this time I got the plain flavor, but there are also limited-time flavors and ones with fillings. There are regular-sized ones too, but I usually buy the mini ones for snacking during drives or as a quick snack. The tofu octopus balls are soft and have a nice octopus flavor, making them suitable as a side dish or a snack to have with alcohol. Thank you for the meal.

I received tofu as a souvenir from a friend, so I don't know the taste. I bought small fried fish for 50 yen. I forgot to take a picture. The summer limited sashimi konjac was delicious. There were also okara donuts and soft serve ice cream. I plan to go again. We received one free okara per family! It was delicious. I found the restaurant using the map on Tabelog. There were signs along the way, so I found it easily.

I heard a rumor and decided to visit the store at the factory! Despite being a little off the beaten path in Eniwa, the place was packed with customers one after another! When I entered the store, I was surprised by the wide variety and number of products. I ended up buying a lot! Bought a lot! Also bought for my mother and sister-in-law! In total, it was 2000 yen! I love the tofu from Nagayama Onsen, but it's expensive, so buying a lot here is more fun ♫ I bought the popular soy milk donuts and immediately started munching on them in the car. The sweetness is subtle, and the aftertaste after chewing is amazing. This is the kind of donut you want to eat with milk. I also bought the tofu "Tofu Nouveau". It's delicious! Rich, soft, and thick! I ate it while thinking that it would probably be great with soy sauce. Whenever I pass by, I will stop by for a big shopping. The staff were also very kind.

This is a tofu shop recommended by a friend. The shop is not very big, but it offers a wide variety of tofu, fried tofu, konjac, natto, and other daily products. They also have a rich selection of deep-fried dishes and sweets made with tofu and okara. I tried the tofu soft serve and various items caught my eye. The "tofu soft serve" was mildly sweet and subtle. The "edamame silk tofu" had a hint of edamame flavor but lacked smoothness, preferring cotton tofu instead. The "tofu takoyaki" tasted like regular takoyaki-flavored fried fish cake. The "okara croquette" in curry flavor was surprisingly delicious. Personally, I think the tofu and fried tofu at my regular tofu shop are much tastier (Note: Taste is subjective). However, they have a variety of processed products that make it fun, so I would like to visit again. Thank you, "Mametepo"!

On the way to Tomakomai, my husband suddenly said, "There was a place around here where we could get soft serve ice cream, right?" After searching, we found it! I had been there before and decided to stop by again. Inside the store, there were tofu, fried foods, okara, donuts, and more lined up. Since we were about to embark on a long drive, we decided to just have soft serve ice cream. I chose the "Kuromitsu Kinako Soy Soft Serve" and my husband got the Soy Soft Serve in a cone. It was light and refreshing, with a subtle soybean aroma lingering in the mouth. The Kuromitsu and kinako were generously added, enhancing the soybean flavor even more. Ah, I wish we could have stopped by to buy tofu on our way back (laughs).

The natto here is delicious - the first time I came, there was a sign saying "Once you try this natto, you won't be able to eat any other kind." They have small and large grains, so I always buy both. As a natto lover, I can say this natto doesn't have a strong smell, but it's really delicious! Today, there was also a special production of extra-large grain natto, so I bought some to try. The edamame, tofu, and fried foods are also delicious! I also tried some kind of donut called "Tarsan Dagi?" from Okinawa - it was similar to tofu nuggets and went perfectly with beer! Come and try it out!

Recommended by a friend and visited for the first time. I purchased 6 items. The "fried tofu (2 pieces) 220 yen" was like fried tofu, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, very delicious. The "seasoned inari sushi 350 yen" had just the right amount of sweetness, I liked it. The "boiled edamame with tofu skin 170 yen" was eaten with cold tofu, had the flavor of edamame and a slight sweetness, very tasty. The "rice accompaniment 110 yen" was an inari sushi without wrapping, goes well with rice. The "large-sized natto 40 yen" had a strong bean flavor and a satisfying texture. There are still more items I want to try, wondering what to buy next.

In my area, we were experiencing a continuous power outage, and the electricity was finally restored on the evening of September 8th. Of course, everything in the refrigerator had gone bad. There were no groceries available, and even if we bought something, we couldn't store it without electricity. It was a time of uncertainty as we didn't know when the power would come back. I checked Facebook and found out that Mamedeppo was open! They were even selling cooked croquettes, which was very helpful, so I went there with a friend. In this area, electricity had returned by the evening, and they were providing cooked meals as well. It really made me appreciate the kindness of people in times like these. I bought: - Okara croquette ￥110 - Curry croquette ￥110 - Inari skin with Hokkaido flavoring ￥350 - Soy milk donuts ￥70 x2 I tried to buy items that could be eaten at room temperature. We didn't buy a lot because other locals were also coming in, so we only bought what we would eat that day. First, we had the freshly fried soy milk donuts in the car. They had a gentle taste, not too sweet, and reminded me of the ones my mother used to make. Then we tried the okara croquette and curry croquette. We saved the inari skin for dinner that night. The okara croquette was a bit dense, but it didn't have a strong okara taste, making it easy to eat. The curry okara croquette was especially delicious! You wouldn't even know it was made with okara unless someone told you. The inari skin had a nice sweet and savory flavor, just right. During a time when people were avoiding going shopping or dining out due to the earthquake, I was grateful to the people who kept their shops open, even during difficult times. I made crane tofu with fresh beans. It tastes sweeter than usual. It is small, cheap, and has a good flavor. It is a good diet snack.

With 500 yen, you can get 2 tsukune, chopped aburaage, 12 packs of natto, and a free serving of okara. It's a great deal and feels very satisfying! (^-^)

Soy milk soft serve is delicious! Tofu and okara are cheap and tasty too.
