The meat is thickly sliced without any strong smell, and when grilled, it becomes crispy and fragrant on the outside while juicy on the inside. There was also a cut called "Karsaga" that I could try. It's like a cross between Kalbi and Sagari. It has a Sagari-like texture but tastes like Kalbi, which is interesting. It took me three tries before I could eat it. If you can try it, you might be lucky. All the meats are of high quality, so you can order with confidence. I also like the private table with a sunken kotatsu and a TV, which allows you to enjoy grilling meat in a cozy home-like atmosphere.

Noboribetsu Wakakusa. Today's restaurant is Huckleberry. It is located along the main street in Washibetsu. I went there with friends because we wanted to eat yakiniku. This restaurant has been around for a long time, and even though the reviews are old, locals know about it, so we felt comfortable going there. We called ahead to confirm that they were open and then headed over. There are about 10 private rooms in the restaurant. It was quite busy, with mostly families, including grandparents and young children, creating a cozy atmosphere. They offer all-you-can-drink, including beer, for 1758 yen. It's nice to have all-you-can-drink at a yakiniku restaurant. The beer they serve is Super Dry. We ordered the following dishes: - Thick-sliced beef tongue Sendai style - Aged sagari - Tender lamb loin - Genghis Khan three kinds of assorted - Top mino - Top hormone - Collagen-rich maruchou - Namul - Kimchi assortment - Grilled vegetable assortment Even though my friend and I eat a lot, we were full after this meal. The portions are generous, especially the thick-cut meats. The prices are reasonable, and it's a good place to go with a group of hungry people. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and I would definitely come back here again. Thank you for the meal!

I had seen this restaurant in a flyer and was curious about it. There wasn't much information on Tabelog or other websites, so I was a bit worried. But I decided to visit for the first time. The prices seemed reasonable, with aged sagari for 680 yen and premium kalbi for 750 yen. I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be delicious! The beef tongue was tasty, the sagari was delicious, and I have no idea what shintoro is but it's yummy! The premium mino had no smell at all! Personally, I think this place is much tastier than Brusta. The good thing about Brusta is the all-you-can-eat yukhoe, haha. You can choose a half portion of soup, which I recommend. Even though it's a half portion, it's just the right amount for two people to enjoy while eating yakiniku. It's not too little. Also, you can hear the voices from the next table, but having a private room is nice too. They also have a TV. You can order using a touch panel similar to an iPad, and you can bring it with you when you pay. I want to try the rich and chewy premium beef mino next time. Thank you for the meal!

I used to go here often, but since a few yakiniku restaurants opened nearby, I hadn't been here in many years. It had been about 10 years since my last visit, but the owner and the staff still remembered me, which was so touching! The meat was delicious, especially the hormone (guts). The beer at 390 yen was a great deal. Although I had been cheating on this place with others for a while, I was satisfied and would like to come back here again. There were many families with small children as customers, but since there are private rooms, you can relax without being bothered, which is nice.
