If there was a cafe that catered to children like this, moms would always gather here. The spacious interior space includes a corner with low tables where you can relax and even take a nap, as well as a kids' play area where they can run around energetically. There are also baby chairs, sofa seats, and regular chairs for adults to enjoy. The lunch menu is not the only thing that's impressive here. The homemade gelato comes in 8 flavors for the kids to choose from. They happily pick two flavors each. Their smiles of joy and delight are irresistible. And the gelato is really delicious. The parfaits are also intriguing, with warm syrup poured over them, causing the chocolate to crack and cover the parfait. The warm caramel ganache mixes with the cold caramel gelato, enhancing the flavors of orange and hazelnuts. It's almost unfair how good it is. The special collaboration parfait with YUHIA SWEETREE has basil grown in-house! It includes yogurt gelato, pound cake, strawberries, and more in layers. Then warm berry sauce syrup is poured over it, creating a rich flavor. Isn't that amazing? So delicious. Also, let's talk about alcohol! The staff are all alcohol enthusiasts and quite knowledgeable, so they each negotiate and source craft beers, sake, natural wines, and more on their own. I really want to try them. For mom gatherings in the evening, there's even an all-you-can-drink plan. This cafe is something else! I definitely want to go back. Thank you for the wonderful experience. And thank you for the excellent service.

The lunch set "Ebeetsu-produced Konayuki Tonton Roti" for 1850 yen and the homemade Nishin anchovy pizza with firefly squid and Hokkaido asparagus for 1600 yen were ordered. The lunch set included a main dish, appetizer "Saba and onion rillettes and salad," corn potage soup, bread or rice, and a drink. The quality and cooking of the pork in the main dish were good, but the sauce was a bit lacking. The pizza was also ordered, and although the lunch prices were a bit high, the restaurant was spacious with raised seating areas where children can play while dining, as well as a kids' play area to keep them entertained. The kids' plate is affordable at 500 yen, and the staff are friendly, making it a recommended spot!

Today's companion. We meet every 260 days to catch up. It seems okay to bring children along, although I don't have any, so I decided to check it out. The parking lot is located at the back after entering from the main road, and there are plenty of spaces available. Inside the restaurant, on the right side, there is a child-friendly area. Straight ahead, there are table seats, and in the center is a painting. After lunch, they offer cafe menu items. We ordered: ◆ Jerusalem artichoke and bacon, basil tomato spaghetti for 1600 yen ◆ Grilled chicken salad and baguette for 1500 yen Both come with appetizers, vegetable potage, and a drink. I felt a bit guilty ordering a beer for my companion. The appetizer included carrot slaw, purple cabbage, and lettuce. The Jerusalem artichoke in the spaghetti was crunchy and delicious. Jerusalem artichokes are good for your health, right? I also asked for some chili oil, which added a nice kick. The grilled chicken salad looked tasty too. As we were leaving, my companion noticed a painting on the wall and recognized it as the work of artist Kurosawa. It turns out my companion is friends with the artist! We had a lovely chat with the staff. I chose this restaurant, but it feels like my companion guided me here. It's a beautiful painting. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The lunch here has a well-equipped kids' space, which is often lacking in other places with mediocre food. I was happy that the food here tasted delicious! Both the pizza and paella were tasty. The kids' plate was also reasonably priced at 500 yen. I was impressed by the presence of a nursing room in the restroom, making it great for families with children. I will definitely visit again!

This cafe restaurant is suitable for adults and has an open atmosphere. They offer a roast bowl with venison (rump) for 1750 yen and a puttanesca with mackerel and semi-dried tomatoes from Yoichi for 1500 yen. The set includes 3 appetizers, soup, and a drink. The venison roast is tender and flavorful, enhanced by red wine soy sauce and mountain wasabi. The puttanesca sauce with semi-dried tomatoes is lighter than expected, catering to both male and female tastes. The kids' half pizza was also enjoyable. The excellent kids' menu adds to the overall experience.

I visited the restaurant for lunch on a Sunday in early September. It is located near a convenience store on Yamate 2-7 and has a big sign on the main road, making it easy to find. It is diagonally across from a popular Italian restaurant, which was too crowded, so I decided to try this place instead. There is parking space for about 10 cars, and the neighboring building seems to be a residence for the elderly, possibly connected to the restaurant in some way. The interior is still new, spacious, with a good distance between tables, and has a clean, woody decor. There are different seating options including low tables, sofas, and regular tables, with a kids' space at the back. The staff, about 5 or more, seemed a bit too many, but they were attentive and friendly. For lunch, I ordered the pasta set which included two types of pasta with appetizers, soup, and a drink for 1500 yen. The appetizers were nicely presented on a plate with slices of French bread topped with Ezoshika pate, Murasaki botesara, and zucchini marinated in vinegar. The soup was a mild onion consomme with lots of onions and croutons. The first pasta was squid ink pasta with semi-dried tomatoes from Yoichi and had a rich flavor from the squid ink and sweetness from the tomatoes. The second pasta was bacon and Ishikari zucchini Amatriciana with Pecorino cheese, which was creamy and had a tomato sauce with two types of zucchinis. I requested some spice, and they initially brought Tabasco but later provided a delicious spicy oil that enhanced the pasta. The meal ended with iced coffee. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch experience, although I wish they had included a salad option in the lunch menu. I would like to visit again in the future.

One weekend, I visited a trattoria bookmarked in the West Ward Yamanote 2-chome and a cafe. I parked in the designated parking spot next to the building. The interior of the restaurant was surprisingly spacious, with tables spaced apart and a kids' raised seating area. The place was bustling with groups of customers who had made reservations since opening. Upbeat Western music played at a high volume in the background. I was tempted by the limited 8 servings of roast venison bowl from the menu, but this time I opted for the "Grilled Chicken Salad and Baguette (1400 yen)" set with iced tea. The appetizer and soup arrived first, and after a bite... The appetizer consisted of three types: broccoli and bacon with powdered cheese, potato salad on crispy French bread, and marinated octopus and turnip with olives and paprika. The onion soup with sliced bread floating on top had a strong taste of olive oil and consomme. When the main dish arrived, I took a bite... The grilled chicken, emitting a pleasant aroma since it was served, had crispy skin and tender meat without any sauce, just the perfect balance of the natural flavor of the meat and saltiness. The salad was filled with a variety of fresh vegetables and dressed in a well-made Caesar dressing. The bread was crispy French bread with a hint of saltiness and flavor, enjoyable even without any spread. Finally, I finished the meal with a dark-colored iced tea. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpectedly authentic cuisine. The restaurant would surely be popular among families with children and groups of friends. If they are serving food of this quality at the nearby nursery school or elderly care facility as mentioned in the restaurant's information, the residents would be delighted. Thank you for the meal.

I was curious, so I went with my mom friends! The tatami seats were fully booked, probably because it was a Sunday, but the table seats and couches were comfortable, with child seats provided for peace of mind. I forgot to take a picture of the main dishes (lol), so I only have photos of the appetizers and the kids' plate... But it was a friendly and cozy place for both kids and moms (^-^)

Snack time at a cafe. Found this place nearby. There is a big sign on the main road, but the entrance is on a small side street behind it. It looks like it's part of a facility like a nursery, with a spacious parking lot. The interior is spacious with good visibility. There is also a kids' area at the back. The atmosphere is calm and nice. I ordered a trio of gelato. It was a generous portion. I chose flavors other than grapefruit. The Madagascar Vanilla reminded me of Häagen-Dazs. The Belgian chocolate was just right, not too rich. Finished with refreshing red grape. It was delicious, but it's interesting that one costs 500 yen, while three cost 1000 yen. I wonder what the dinner menu, with its somewhat high prices, tastes like. I'd like to try it for lunch sometime! The staff was handsome. Thank you for the meal! ♡

There seems to be a morning menu available as well. The spacious interior of the restaurant has high-capacity ventilation equipment. Inside the restaurant, there is a stylish and trendy cafe counter with outlets, and a kids' space which seems to be convenient for housewives. The space here seems quite comfortable and well-equipped, making it potentially very nice, but this time the lunch menu seemed a bit too adventurous. It might have been safer to go with pasta or pizza... However, the drink I ordered came with a red straw! "I'll put a red straw in for you, so that good things will happen to you today♪" I feel like something good is going to happen today. The drink is delicious. I'm not sure what I'm talking about as I write this. In terms of the atmosphere inside the restaurant, there are many staff members and few customers, which makes me feel a bit uneasy as the staff members are constantly in sight and I can't relax. The feeling of being watched or observed is a bit overwhelming, even though the service is considerate and good. I finally felt relieved towards the end of the meal when the staff members were no longer around. The table seats at Cafe & Trattoria Polaris overlook the spacious dining hall, and I felt that the cafe booth-like counter with outlets would be more relaxing than sitting here. The restaurant space is quite nice, but I'm undecided about the service and atmosphere this time. For the lunch set, I had the Zuppa di Pesce with a bread basket, which is an Italian bouillabaisse made with various seafood including cod from Otaru. I chose a red grape juice without ice for the drink. The bread in the basket was dry and lacked moisture, not crispy or crunchy, so I tried dipping it in the bouillabaisse but it didn't really enhance the dish. The quality of the bread needs improvement. I wish there were more variety in the seafood and the consistency of the mussels was a bit off. I feel like the umami from the cod dissolved in the soup, but overall, the soup's umami flavor was still enjoyable.

Wow, it was a long wait, Totoron found out about this place on 10/6. The shop was already finished by then haha Due to COVID, the staff's preparations couldn't keep up. The interior of the shop is spacious and lovely♪ There are also low tables in the back where even small children can feel safe. It's strange that there are also sofa seats for some reason. Now they are open for tea time from 14:00 onwards. In the evening, it will turn into an Italian cuisine restaurant. Lunch will be served once they are fully ready. Since it was tea time, I ordered a cranberry juice. It's sweet and sour, I tried it for the first time haha Next time, I might try their decaf coffee (^-^)

This is a cafe located under a company-led nursery, so it is a family-friendly place. The tatami area with fences is wonderful, but it would be better if there were fences between the neighboring areas as well. Last time I visited, my friend's child tried to touch the mom next to us, so my friend couldn't eat slowly. It would be great if they could offer drinks for moms from the nursery above for 500 yen per cup (for takeaway) so that moms can let their children play in the free space while enjoying a drink. This could increase the frequency of visits and attract mom friends. I tried the lunch menu and the taste and presentation were good, but the portion was too small. It would be nice if they offered larger portions, or at least the option to choose a larger size. The kids' menu is only for toddlers, so I hope they can add baby food and toddler meals for 500 yen. It would be very helpful for moms coming back from the nursery. Also, I suggest reducing the price of adult pasta and rice dishes to 1000 yen. Even a discount of 200 yen when ordering a kids' menu would be appreciated. Since it is a convenient place for moms returning from the nursery, it would be nice if they could listen to the moms' requests. The raised seating area seems popular, so I hope they can expand it so that customers can sit there without a reservation. The male staff who seemed like the manager had a stylish and capable vibe, which suited the atmosphere of the restaurant perfectly! In the future, I would love it if they could host children's events more frequently.
