Daily Special Set (Sullungtang) 2300 yen, Japchae 1000 yen, White Rice 300 yen. Arrived at 11:40 with no customers ahead of me in Adachi. There are only two types of lunch menu available. I thought it would be boring to have the same thing, so I chose the regular daily special set, while my companion B ordered Japchae and white rice. Today's lunch main dish was Sullungtang. The taste is mild but you can definitely feel the umami in the white soup. There is quite a bit of beef in it as well. I ate about half of my rice with the side dishes, then poured the remaining soup over the rest! It was delicious. I was almost tempted to ask for a rice refill. By the way, it was unexpected that the Japchae was included with the daily special set. I left the restaurant thinking I would like to try their recommended crab dishes at night.
