After returning from a business trip, I bought dinner on the way back to the office. It was from "Seicomart Wind Rank Store". The store is open from 6am to midnight, has a hot chef, and offers eat-in options. I found a new dish from the hot chef called Beef Omurice Bowl for 540 yen including tax. I brought it back to the office and had it there. Overtime after a business trip is tough... The curry from the hot chef is not really to my liking, but how about the Hayashi? Hmm! The acidity is nicely balanced, with a solid tomato flavor. It's lightly sweet, which is nice. The reason for having an omelette on top is a mystery (lol) It's just scrambled eggs.
