"Farm Restaurant 141" is a restaurant directly operated by Ishii Farm in Nanae. It is an experiential farm where you can try making soba noodles, apple pie, and participate in fruit harvesting. Since it mainly focuses on fruit orchards, they sell products such as apple pie, juice, and jam. While passing through the old road of Route 5, I saw a sign for "Apple Pie Experience" and "Soba Dojo," so I decided to visit this farm. They also have a shop where they sell fruit products, so I bought an "Apple Pie called 'Ringo ga Ippai'". The crust was quite firm, and I wish the apples inside were a bit larger. The sweetness was just right."

The restaurant is located facing a one-lane city road with parking space for 4 cars in front of the store. The soba served is made of 80% buckwheat flour. I had the Mori-Oo size. The soba noodles are a light grey color with faint tea leaf specks visible. The cold noodles were not well-drained and lacked firmness. There were some uneven cuts and the texture was soft. The flavor, however, was of high quality. The portion size was generous, larger than other restaurants. The dipping sauce was medium thick with no particular standout features. It complemented the gentle flavor of the soba well. However, due to the poor draining of the noodles, it required constant topping up.
