"Confectionery Workshop Noa" in Sapporo. This time, I don't expect much from the food log activity. I had a specific purpose - I had to go with my family. On the way back, I stopped by Aeon Hassamu store and found that the Holy Method was out of stock. Sorry for the rude way of putting it. The cookies from "Confectionery Workshop Noa" were good. It's a welfare-related shop run by the social welfare corporation Moiwa Konojitsu-kai Noa Second Workshop. They provide work support here. I was able to help a little with my purchase. The cookies were crispy and had a soft, textured feel. I wonder what it is that hits the teeth. The butter was elegant and nice. Even though I don't like margarine, it tasted good. The orange peel was gentle. Well, it was delicious. It was dangerously good.

This shop is located on a street that is not very busy. I saw a flag advertising bread outside, so I decided to go in. They had bread, pastries, and cream puffs available. When I asked for more details, I found out that the bread is baked in a separate factory, while the pastries and cream puffs seem to be baked in the store. When I asked for recommendations, they suggested the "Moiwa Cookie Choux" for 140 yen, so I bought one. They also gave me a salt bread to try. The Moiwa Cookie Choux had a crispy crust and a delicious custard cream filling with a mild sweetness, making it very satisfying to eat. Just be careful as the cream can spill out. The salt bread was light and airy with a strong salt flavor that I enjoyed.

This is a place in Minami Ward, along Nanzawa Street in Nakanozawa near Tokai University. I happened to pass by and noticed a Western confectionery shop, so I parked my car in the front parking lot and visited the shop for the first time. The shop seems to specialize in cream puffs, with a variety of options available. I decided to try the "Moiwa Cookie Choux" and was impressed by the creamy filling. The shop is also a social support facility, offering reasonably priced treats. I recommend giving it a try!

Recently, a Western-style confectionery shop opened in the neighborhood. With several cream puff flags fluttering along the road, it seems like they are really promoting their cream puffs. Inside the shop, there are children's drawings displayed in nice frames, showing how they value these artworks. As I watched for a while, I realized that the pictures are actually well-done pieces, which is why they are framed so nicely! The shop offers a lineup of treats like bear-shaped cookies, plain, matcha, and strawberry ring donuts, which would make great souvenirs. This time, I bought cream puffs and cream pies. There were only two cream puffs left and three pies. They fill the pastries with cream after you order. The cream puffs have a cookie-like choux pastry that is moist inside, filled with a rich, creamy filling. The pies have a crispy, layered pastry with a light, refreshing cream inside. They are designed to be eaten without making a mess. Despite their generous size, the cream puffs are 150 yen each and the pies are 180 yen, making them a great option for children's snacks. I found out today that this shop provides employment support for people with disabilities. I feel like these kinds of shops often have delicious treats, don't you think? I might get cream pies for the tea party during my daughter's home visit next week...

I have seen "Noah" 's baked goods as gifts a few times. This time it was a "Fruit Pound Cake" ... as usual, it was a gift. I will have it after dinner. The ingredients include "orange peel, raisins, almonds, cherries, dried apples". The texture of the moist dough, with a mild sweetness, is delicious. I'm not sure about the price since it was a gift, but if it is priced lower than the "Rain" brand I recently tried, I would definitely buy it. Thank you for the meal.
