Located between Namba Station and Ooekuni-machi Station, closer to Namba. There is a restaurant on the first floor of an apartment building. It's not in a bustling area, so I think most people come here specifically for this restaurant. The restaurant is quite spacious, divided into several rooms, and the table for me was in a room with two seats. The restaurant was fully booked with reservations. Starting with the usual, I ordered the Harami sashimi for 1500 yen and the tongue sashimi for 1200 yen. Normally, Harami is served as tataki, but the staff recommended having it as sashimi because there was enough good-quality Harami available that day. The Harami sashimi was a first for me, and it had a rich flavor different from regular high-quality sashimi. It was delicious, and I think Harami lovers would be thrilled. The tongue sashimi was excellent as expected, especially the dipping sauce. As a palate cleanser, I ordered the Chinese cabbage kimchi for 350 yen, and then I ordered the premium salted tongue for 2300 yen. It was thick and incredibly delicious, with a soft texture from the base of the tongue. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. Afterwards, we ordered and grilled the regular Harami for 2000 yen, loin for 1000 yen, bone-in kalbi for 1000 yen, boneless kalbi for 1000 yen, liver for 650 yen, and premium skirt for 850 yen. It's a hidden gem that may not be known to those unfamiliar with the area.

The location is Ougokucho. Well, actually it's a visit from Namba on foot. There is a famous restaurant called "Soul" that I know of, but this time I made a reservation based on a friend's recommendation. It's the original "Soul" restaurant, not the two other BBQ Soul branches. It's a well-known place for its delicious food at a reasonable price. The seating is limited to 2 hours. We arrived a bit early, so there were available seats, but when we left, it was fully booked. On that day, a friend returned from Malaysia and wanted to eat Yukhoe for sure. We ordered 2 servings of Yukhoe, 2 servings of Upper Liver, and then grilled items such as salted tongue, Harami, Upper Harami, loin, skirt meat, and belly. We also added hormone and Harami, and finished with cold noodles. For drinks, we had draft beer, highball, and black makgeolli. Honestly, all the meat dishes were excellent. Especially the Yukhoe was of high quality and had a sweet taste that we enjoyed. The quality of the meat, except for the Upper Harami, was standard, but even the standard meat was of higher quality compared to other restaurants. When comparing prices with nearby restaurants, Soul is the clear winner in terms of meat quality and cost performance. Enjoying delicious meat with standard cuts at a BBQ Jumbo-level restaurant like this is a sign of a great restaurant in my book. I would like to try ordering mainly premium cuts next time. By the way, the total bill for 3 people with plenty of food and drinks was 24,000 yen. It was a very satisfying BBQ experience.

I made a reservation and visited at 7:00 pm on Saturday. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but easy to spot with its Korean-style exterior. I ordered salted tongue, loin, harami, chijimi, kimchi, and rice. The kimchi was delicious! It was richer than it looked, and it was my favorite kind of kimchi. The salted tongue was also tender, and overall the meat was tasty.

After several years, I visited this restaurant with a reservation. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel where I was staying. I ordered the following items: top harami (the menu item I was most looking forward to), bone-in kalbi, top tongue with salt, top liver, cold noodles (medium size), tail soup, and 1 liter of makkoli. Everything was incredibly delicious with no complaints. It might be my favorite yakiniku restaurant! I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Osaka (^o^)!

Visited with colleagues because it is close to the company. Started with a beer and the tongue meat, which was thick, chewy, and tender when dipped in lemon juice. Immediately felt that it was a good restaurant. Ordered the loin, which was also thick with a refined marbling and not greasy like typical loin cuts. The hormone meat looked high-quality with a fresh appearance. All the meats we ordered were delicious, and we even finished the cold noodles as the finale. Completely forgot to take photos of the dishes...

Obon! Summer! Played until USJ closing time, both husband and wife arrived at the hotel quietly with anger at the distance of USJ's parking lot... Feeling hungry with children, they didn't have the energy to go to Dotonbori, but they found a wonderful yakiniku restaurant behind the hotel!! They thought they would quickly order and leave, but one amazing meat dish after another kept coming... The naengmyeon was also amazing, we wanted to eat more slowly, we wanted to order that dish, we were curious about that menu... We still talk about that yakiniku restaurant as a memory of Osaka. Can't wait to visit again in October! So excited!!

It's been 4 years since I last visited this prestigious Seoul restaurant. It's my favorite yakiniku place in Osaka. I feel like the prices have gone up a bit since the last time. However, the tongue and hane-shita rare cuts are still incredibly delicious. I recommend trying the daily specials. It's always delicious no matter how many times I go. I will definitely go back again.

I always struggle with making reservations in advance, but on a whim while in Namba, I tried for a same-day reservation and surprisingly got a table! We ordered a kimchi assortment, fresh raw intestine, a delicious wagyu sirloin, ribeye, skirt steak, and tongue—all of which had top-notch quality. The marinade with gochujang and fresh garlic was a perfect match. The grilled liver was the best I've had, with a noticeable freshness and crunchiness. We ended the meal with cold noodles. Despite not drinking much alcohol, the total bill for two came to around 14,000 yen. For the quality and amount of food we had, the overall cost performance puts this place at the top of the list in the Namba area for yakiniku. Truly a renowned spot for its flavors.

Personally, this might be my favorite yakiniku restaurant in Osaka. Finally got to go for the second time. There are several types of tongue available, but even the regular salted tongue here is top-notch. I wonder how good the premium tongue must be. We ordered the loin and harami with both salt and sauce. Even though we ordered the regular cuts, the meat was tender and had a nice sweetness to it. We were completely satisfied. We also ordered the soup, bibimbap, and cold noodles, and everything was delicious. Mixing the meat with the sauce and bibimbap was heavenly.

I visited the restaurant on the night of June 25, 2023 because I was craving meat. I love their loin, so I ordered 4 servings for 3 people. As I'm getting older, I prefer normal cuts like loin, harami, and salted tongue instead of premium cuts. The dishes in the photos are all normal cuts. Even though they are normal cuts, they taste as good as premium cuts from other restaurants. I would love to visit again when I crave meat.

All the meats are high quality, not too heavy on the oil, and very easy to eat! Delicious and excellent! The meats have just the right amount of oil, so you can eat as much as you want. The abalone porridge that I was curious about is also very delicious, gentle on the jaw and stomach after eating meat! Even on weekdays, it's always full! Reservations are a must.

Let's go for a quick yakiniku dinner. It's always popular here. Good value for money and lots of young people. I usually order the same things: salted tongue, loin, harami, tetchan, bean sprout namul, chisha, and a big bowl of rice. I like this place because it's easy to clean up. The staff are attentive. Oh, by the way, they changed to table checks since the last time I came. It's not that I don't trust the part-time staff, I just prefer to see my card being swiped at a visible place in these kinds of restaurants. Thanks for the meal!

I made a reservation a week ago to visit this restaurant on a Saturday at 6pm. It was a short walk from Namba Station. The restaurant was fully booked with reserved guests. Although there are many famous yakiniku restaurants in the Namba area, this one was the most relaxing and perfect for enjoying yakiniku while having a conversation. The tables were spaced out nicely, and the service was polite. The food was delicious, especially the cold noodles. I will definitely come back here for yakiniku when in Namba.

A must-visit yakiniku restaurant in Osaka. It's always fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, and sure to please anyone you bring along. Recently, it's become even harder to get a reservation, so I recommend making one early if you plan to go, even if it's a bit in advance!

In 2021 and 2022, I have been visiting a yakiniku restaurant once a month at the top 100 restaurants. It is the most delicious yakiniku in Minami. The quality of the meat in the entire menu is quite good, and while some items are a bit pricey, all menu items are quite reasonable at around 1000 yen. The kalbi has a lot of marbling, so be careful as it can be a bit rich. I recommend the salted tongue, harami, and loin for leaner options. If you like liver, try the premium liver. It comes with sesame oil and has a firm texture without any unpleasant smell. I always end up ordering two servings. When trying to make a reservation by phone, it's a popular restaurant so you will always be told to come back in 2 hours. Since they have a lot of seats, I think you can get a table without a reservation. Many people mistake it for a famous Korean BBQ restaurant in Minami, but it's actually Yakiniku Hyakumeiten, so please don't get confused.

[Namba/Osaka] #YakinikuSoul 5000yen~ I've always wanted to go to this yakiniku restaurant✨ Ordered Tan Shio, 3 kinds of Harami, Upper Liver, Bone-in Kalbi, Kakuteki with a small rice, and half portion of cold noodles. The price was reasonable and everything was delicious, very satisfying◎ It felt like a good deal too! The Upper Tan Shio is the most popular, but even the regular Tan Shio was satisfying enough. The 3 kinds of Harami were Harami, Upper Harami, and Sagari. They were marbled and flavorful, almost like sirloin. It was a nice change to have something fatty once in a while, and it was delicious❕ Finished with cold noodles as always. The soup had a unique Kansai flavor, different from other places, and it was delicious~~ I would definitely want to come back if I have the chance. Tried two types of tongue, the regular salted tongue and the premium salted tongue, and found the premium one to be superior in terms of meat quality and flavor. It was 8,520 yen for two people! We had salted tongue, loin, harami, heart, rolled vegetable set with round intestine, green salad, bean sprout soup, wakame seaweed soup, and cola. Also, rice! The salted tongue was especially delicious! The surprising deliciousness at this price is amazing! The combination of chewy texture and the flavor of the meat is excellent. It was a weekday but the place was full with reservations. It might be better to make a reservation.

There are many delicious yakiniku restaurants in Osaka, but this place is also recommended. The quality of the meat is good, so it's great to eat with just salt or with sauce. Even if you don't drink, the rice goes well with it. It's not too formal or too casual, so you can easily go there! It was delicious!

Visited Yakiniku Soul for dinner today, April 3, 2023. Located within a 10-minute walk from Namba Station on the Yotsubashi Line. This Korean barbecue restaurant is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Minami, in a slightly lonely location. I heard that the meat here is cheap and delicious, so I finally decided to check it out. We made a reservation for 6:30 pm, and it seemed like entering without a reservation would be tough given the atmosphere. This place must be quite popular, right? We started with the salted tongue, which was average, but the galbi, harami, and horumon that followed were delicious! The sweet miso sauce really enhances the flavor of the meat. We ordered 2 servings of lean meat and 1 serving of horumon for 4 people, but the portions were huge. So, the four of us men were already full after the first round of meat. We also had a variety of side dishes, which I forgot to take a picture of, and the bill came out to be 7,500 yen per person, surprisingly reasonable! I felt like I had eaten and drank around 10,000 yen worth, so it was quite cheap. We left the restaurant after 8 pm, and by then, it was already fully booked! Good and affordable restaurants like this always become popular, right? It was delicious! I will definitely come back! Thank you for the meal! Oh, there is another restaurant with a similar name nearby, so please be careful when searching! (laughs)

This time, I was recommended by a friend of the Kansai Yakiniku King to try the Salted Beef Tongue on Rice, and I tried it. It was incredibly delicious!! I love the tongue, beef cheek, skirt steak, and grilled lotus root here. There are many places with delicious tongue, but the beef cheek here is thick and juicy, and I'm sure it's a safe bet to order it.
