If they were fully booked with reservations, they should have just said so right away, it was frustrating. This time, I visited with a friend and there were plenty of empty seats. When we entered and said there were two of us, there was a strange pause before we were led to a raised seating area. I couldn't help but feel like this strange pause wasn't a welcoming gesture. We started with beer, which was poured from a machine that I could see, and it was better than if a person had poured it. They must be doing a good job with maintenance and cleaning. As for the food, we skipped the raw beef and ordered dishes starting from the right side. In the end, I have to admit that everything was delicious. There wasn't a single dish that made me raise an eyebrow. Considering the price, the taste was impressive. The drinks were affordable but had a strong and satisfying flavor. The service had some questionable aspects, but the food was so good that it didn't bother me. Overall, it was a great meal.

At the beginning of this month, I was taken to a traditional yakiniku restaurant by someone, where I was able to enjoy horumon (offal) that I don't usually eat. The sagari and kalbi were both tender and delicious. I was told to try topping Korean seaweed on egg soup, and it was amazing! By adjusting the flavor with a spicy miso-like sauce, the rice went down easily. The gyutan (beef tongue) was packed with rich flavor, and just that alone makes me want to go back. The restaurant is located slightly off the main road, so if you peek towards Makomanai at the corner with a pachinko parlor, you should be able to find it. The only downside is that your clothes will end up smelling like yakiniku, so I recommend wearing casual attire.

I'm a hidden fan♡ The meat is cheap and delicious, but what really stands out is the kind atmosphere created by the family who runs the place. Especially the grandma! I love her! Even though she never seems to remember me no matter how many times I go (lol), her gentle smile always comforts me. My son also wants to see grandma, so we're planning to go there the day after tomorrow after a long time!

The amount of meat is good for the price, and the taste is unbeatable! It's cheap and tasty. The old-fashioned atmosphere is also nice. If they had sunken kotatsu tables, it would be perfect. Since we don't drink alcohol due to driving, we always eat our fill with 4 people for around 8000 yen. The cute grandma there will take care of you!
